🌈🍎✨ Sweet treats, safe space, and pure comfort in every bite! ✨🍍🌈 After a long day of travel, I treated myself to Cinnaholic and WOW, exactly what I needed. I ordered the Caramel Apple Pie signature roll ($12.50) along with a pineapple + watermelon Dole whip ($6.25). Total came to $20.69, and every dollar was worth it. First off, I absolutely love that this is an LGBTQIA+ affirming space. As a transman, it means so much to walk into a place where community is represented and respected. It truly feels like a safe, welcoming space where you can relax and enjoy an incredible vegan treat. Tiffany was sweet, friendly, and kind Now let’s talk about the food 🤤 The watermelon pineapple dole whip is EPIC, refreshing, fun, and bursting with flavor. The Caramel Apple Pie roll…Unreal. Fresh apples, soft, light, fluffy dough, rich caramel, and a perfect crumble topping. It’s like biting into grandma’s homemade apple pie, but vegan and elevated. If you’re looking for a spot to grab a delicious vegan treat in the heart of LGBTQIA+ central in Seattle, this is the place. Come for the sweets, stay for the love, community, and comfort. 💖🍩 Highly recommend! Don’t sleep on this spot! 🍩💖 🌈The Traveling Truck Show🛻🌟🏳️‍⚧️❤️

I like sweets and I could have eaten many things on the menu, but I went with the Bakery Associate's recommendation of the Very Berry. It was tasty enough and satisfied my craving. It wasn't too sweet but the bun could have been more moist and rich though. The place is cute and casual with a couple of small tables and bar stool seating. I'd go again.

Edit: honestly, unless the artificial butter recipe has been changed since new management, then my review still stands. If it has been, love to try again. Also not delivery — a 5 min walk. The cinnamon roll purely tasted like artificial butter — tasted as bad as it looked. It was really not good you guys :(

Very berry combo was delish w the cake batter cream cheese frosting was delish

I went on a sunday at 4pm. There was one worker and she seemed stressed and busy but she had a positive attitude. And my cinnabun was great!

Google
Really good, but a tad pricy. Was $13 for a cinnamon roll you know, so I get that its Seattle and things are generally pricy, but yeah, didn’t feel all the way worth it. But besides that! The place is great, cute and clean inside. Service was friendly, helped me with my order. And most importantly the food/taste was amazing!

Google
I had the best experience due to Ari and V! They were both so sweet and kind! I’ll be back for sure. They recommend the berry one and it was the BEST!

I’ve been meaning to try this spot in my neighborhood for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did! They’re best known for their “create your own” cinnamon rolls, but they also offer a variety of other sweet treats. I visited last winter and tried a seasonal flavor—strawberry—and absolutely loved it. While it was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, the flavor was fantastic overall. The place has a great vibe, and the staff is genuinely amazing. I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

Yelp
First, I should say that the service was excellent. Vibe wise it's more of a to go place than eat-in, but cute. Menu has a lot of options. The problem was with the cinnamon rolls themselves. We ordered a smores one and a regular, and both were just ok. The frosting had an odd consistency. Rolls were bland. Felt like eating an oddly textured stale cupcake if that makes sense? To be fair, we went for dessert on a week night. We'll try again, hoping breakfast time will mean better rolls

Yelp
My friend was craving something sweet and while looking for some sweet pastries Cinnaholic came up. Boy, am I glad it did. Made our way over and placed an order for an "Old Skool" and a "Cookie Monster". There was a 10-minute wait, so we went for a walk around the area, so be prepared if you come as there is likely to be a wait on a busy evening. I'll first add that Cinnabon is a guilty pleasure, do you remember walking through the mall and the smell of Cinnabon rappels you in and next thing you know you're sticking your flimsy plastic fork into some doughy goodness that probably has enough sugar and calories for a day? Well, Cinnaholic does an awesome job replicating that, and it's vegan. I finished my Old Skool so fast, it is such a treat, literally. I tried some of my friends Cookie Monster roll and it was equally awesome. Only thing is, these rolls come at a cost... The cinnaholic staff told us it's dependent on pricing as you can customize but it was like $20 for the two rolls, so you're looking at maybe $8-12 for roll, maybe more for the fancier ones. That said, these things are good and am eager to get back for another.

Yelp
Food - Very doughy and undercooked cinnamon roll. Couldn't even finish my whole cinnamon roll. The toppings are the only saving grace but they're way too sweet and overwhelms the whole roll. Overall if you love sweets and have an extreme sweet tooth it's fine, but if you're looking for a high quality cinnamon roll, I would look somewhere else. Service - Great workers, very friendly and easy to order. Rolls come out quickly. Ambiance - Small cinnamon roll shop open late. Seating is available to hang out and eat.

Yelp
I tried two custom cinnamon rolls, and both were amazing! The chocolate frosting with cookie and brownie bits was rich and indulgent, while the crème brûlée frosting with fresh strawberries was surprisingly light and absolutely delicious--the frosting stole the show. I was shocked to learn both were completely vegan! With friendly staff and endless topping combos, this place is a must-visit for dessert lovers.

Yelp
This was a great stop! You're able to choose your own frosting and toppings, it's always made fresh and very yummy. The staff was a little overwhelmed, with only two people working, a busy store and online orders it seemed like a lot, but they were very nice. It's a very cozy place and not a ton of seating options. But there is space for atleast 10 - 12 people. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
I put in a fairly large order of multiple batches of the mini rolls and a couple flavors of cookies. The mini rolls required a 2-hour minimum wait and a pickup time was included on my receipt, which is when I arrived at the store. I was greeted upon entering and the employee quickly apologized for the delay and informed me that the rolls hadn't been baked yet and would need another 30 minutes. I waited in store and they offered me a full size roll on the house for the inconvenience, which I appreciated (and happily enjoyed while sitting in the window). Once all the items were completed, I brought them back to the office to share amongst my team and I think everything was gone within an hour. Needless to say, they were delicious! Honestly if nobody told me they were vegan/plant-based, I would never have been able to guess that. They're warm, fluffy (there is a slight firmness on the outside of the roll that would maaaayybe suggest the dough was made by alternative ingredients - so not quite as fluffy as say, a Cinnabon), and the icing was rich and creamy. I think if the rolls were given enough time to cool down, the icing would have been less gloopy or melty, but overall it was a tasty and pleasant experience, both eating and being in-store.

Yelp
First this is the most delicious cinnamon rolls!! Always my first stop when I come to Seattle. Today they saved the day when my oven died while baking for my daughter's baby shower. In 2 hours I had the most adorable baby buns that are perfect! The staff is always friendly, only challenge is always parking
google avatar

Andrea B.

Yelp
Cinnamon roll heaven You can build your own cinnamon rolls and choose the icing flavor and toppings. There are some fan favorites on display and on the paper menu up front if you're stumped on ideas. I got the strawberry cheesecake crunch with caramel drizzle. The cinnamon bun itself was delicious, soft, and fluffy. The caramel was so good and the icing did remind me of cream cheese. They offer coffees and lattes too with a few syrup flavors I hadn't heard of. Always happy to support a vegan business! I will definitely be back another time. I would honestly love to just try the plain "old skool" classic cinnamon bun.
google avatar

Yelp
My son ordered the S'mores and we enjoyed it! I love that it was hot, fresh, and flavorful! It was our first time and we will definitely go back again if we are in the area. It was pretty pricey for 1 Cinnabon but it was a special Treat for my son so I didn't care. I mean the ones in the mall aren't that cheap either and they don't come with toppings! Here they have toppings so I understand the price. Plus everything in Seattle is pricey they have to pay their rent. I enjoyed it! Great customer service as well.

Yelp
Decided to stop by after dinner because the smells were too good to pass up. I split the season special, Biscoff Cheesecake cinnamon roll, with a friend. I'd say half a cinnamon roll is just the right amount for one person. Not sure I could eat a whole one by myself. Overall it was really tasty and hard to believe it was vegan. The price tag was pretty steep so not sure I'd be a frequent flyer but it'd be a fun treat every once in a while! Customer service was great.
google avatar

Joey G.

Yelp
Been here twice and the food is always bomb, especially since you can't really find gourmet vegan cinnamon rolls of this quality. That said, both times the wait has been slow. The service is polite but far from friendly. Even though they close at 11, tonight they began loudly stacking chairs and wiping tables at 9 in what honestly seemed like an informal way of encouraging us to leave. By the time we DID receive our food, we were notified within 5 minutes that the staff was going to close out our table to restrict the amount of customers. More like sit-a-holic. Bummed and won't be back.
google avatar

Josh C.

Yelp
Honestly, thank god these rolls of goodness are so expensive. The cost is the only thing stopping me from being a regular. The rolls are so fluffy and after seeing pictures, I was scared that the frosting would be overly sweet and sugary like nasty cake frosting but it was very light and nice. Highly recommend after a gym session or run.
google avatar

Brian W.

Yelp
We came in because the smell of fresh baked cinnamon rolls was too much to resist! That said the cinnamon rolls, for being vegan, do the job. We were not particularly impressed but when you consider how hard it is to do a vegan version of the real thing, it's actually not bad. Inside is long and narrow, feels like a popular shop with a very lived-in feel.
google avatar

Simon W.

Yelp
Customized cinnamon rolls and raw cookie dough with whatever toppings you want, open late and next to all the bars. Um... yes.
google avatar

Emily T.

Yelp
How could I not love a good fluffy and hot cinnamon roll! I ordered the half dozen of the cinnamon rolls, 3 specialty and 3 regular and it came out to about $65. The cookies and cream, peach cobbler, and strawberry shortcake rolls were the specialty ones that I ordered. In the end, I loved the original roll the most. Service was really friendly and we also came about 30 minutes after opening. Cinnamon rolls were piping hot, so much so that the frosting on all of our rolls melted and ended up in gooey piles 15 minutes later. Maybe we should have asked for frosting on the side. Overall, I love cinnaholic, It's a great spot to satisfy the carb and sweet tooth craving.
google avatar

Yelp
Overpriced, fancy cinnamon rolls that look and taste more like sugary donuts--definitely gives off Voodoo Doughnuts vibes. Street parking is a pain during daytime :(
google avatar

Jenn H.

Yelp
Pricey but oh so good!! We stopped in twice while visiting Seattle!! Loved the different combinations of rolls and that you could customize your own. The shop was busy either time we were in and we got everything rather quickly, even when we had to wait for some cookies fresh out of the oven. The inside is a little small but doesn't feel cramped. The chocolate chip cookie was stellar as well!! A definite stop next time we're in the area
google avatar

Anna C.

Yelp
Ordered the crème brûlée frosting with no additional topping and it was over $8 for something I can get for half the price at Cinnabon. I was expecting some sugar brûlée on top but it looked like a normal plain cinnamon roll, and tasted like a normal one too. Nothing special. Would not recommend going here, there's better elsewhere for a way better price.
google avatar

Keely N.

Yelp
I love purchasing cinnaholic whenever I'm visiting Seattle. However, I was so disappointed by the quality of the cinnamon roll today. I ordered the special biscoff cinnamon roll and it looked like the cinnamon roll got ran over. Visually unappealing and challenging to eat as it was $11. Not worth it. The bun was also dry. I'm very concerned about the quality of buns and service because this was the first time that I had an irregular experience. But typically, I always order the cookie dough and it never disappoints. Therefore, I'll stick to that order from now on. I wouldn't recommend the biscoff special flavor.
google avatar

Meesh N.

Yelp
They had me at "all vegan"! Inside seemed a little loud but the servers were friendly and the Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch I ordered was ready in no time! And boy did it taste good!! I thought I was just gonna take a bite & leave the rest for later ... yeah right; I inhaled the whole thing in no time flat! No shame to that game. Worth another visit whenever I visit Seattle again.
google avatar

Laur C.

Yelp
Really friendly service and the cinnamon rolls had all sorts of wonderful toppings, and they were delicious! I got three little mini cinnamon rolls that were bite size and then I put my own custom-made toppings on them! Such a cute idea in a small bite size wrap!

Yelp
I love the concept and really want to love Cinnaholic, but I thought the execution was poor and simply didn't stand out. We had two Creme Brulee Frosted Cinnamon Rolls with Brownie Bites, a Marshmallow Frosted Cinnamon Roll with Almonds and PB Cups, 8oz Cookie Dough, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. Cinnamon rolls were fluffy and light which was great, but the frosting was pretty average. It did feel like I could replicate it by buying rolls at a grocery store and heating them up. With this method, I'd have six times the cinnamon rolls too. The cookie was overwhelmingly salty. Hoping it was just a one time thing because I do want to come back and try some of the specialties - maybe that's where I went wrong and I should've opted for a premade custom. Creme Brulee Frosting Cinnamon Roll with Brownie Bites - cinnamon roll, as mentioned above, was very fluffy and soft. Warmed up just right. Creme Brulee frosting wasn't very apparent - it was really a gooey frosting that was likely warmed up a bit but I wouldn't call it a creme brulee. Needed to actually be burnt. Brownie bites were alright, nothing special. Marshmallow Frosting Cinnamon Roll with Almonds and PB Cups - great foundation with a warm, fluffy roll but marshmallow frosting was really just regular frosting. Tasted slightly different than the creme brulee, but I definitely would not consider it marshmallow. Toppings were fine. 8oz Cookie Dough - not too bad, this was actually my favorite item though the chocolate chips are a bit excessive so they do get in the way. It's a tad bit salty but the actual cookie was much saltier whereas you could get some sweetness from the dough. Chocolate Chip Cookie - I would never order a cookie again unless I found out that this was simply a bad batch. Each bite was like eating salt. Salt on cookies is good when in moderation or intentional, but this cookie was thin and the salt overpowered every aspect of the cookie. Only the first bite resembled a cookie with a hint of sweetness but after that, the aftertaste alongside every bite tasted like straight salt. We did not end up finishing this, no one wanted to.

Yelp
I love cinnamon rolls and I was so excited to have a custom cinnamon roll but I was slightly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the toppings on the cinnamon roll were good but the cinnamon roll itself was subpar. It just tasted like dough rather than a cinnamon roll. My cinnamon roll was also not warm and I asked if I could have it warmed more and they said they don't take them back after they give them to the customer. Everyone in my group wanted theirs to be warmed a little more but was rejected. Other than that, the workers that day were really nice and friendly and gave good insight when we had questions. Would I get another cinnamon from there? Most likely not, I've had basic cinnamon rolls that tasted better but it was a good experience. If you look at my review history, I'm not one to give bad reviews but I couldn't help it.
google avatar

Ian S.

Yelp
I heard they had Dole Whip! Popped in today at ~8:15p, (they close at 11p) we were the only people there. We got the customary Capitol-Hill-non-acknowledgment for the first ~5 minutes, but were eventually asked what we'd like. Sadly, they pulled a McFlurry on us! The Dole Whip machine had been shut down early & my heartbroken kids left w/a mediocre "Cookie Monster" sugar-bomb cinnamon roll. Honestly, I don't know how business owners tolerate the actively discouraging customer service routine from their employees. Why stay open till 11p if your staff essentially checks-out at ~8p? Very disappointing! Dole Whip is hard to come by though, so I imagine the kids will ask for it again at some point in the near future. Otherwise I'm sure this first trip there would most likely be my last!
google avatar

Josh K.

Yelp
I love this place. The place in general has a really positive vibe. The person who made my cinnamon roll was really nice. I tried the strawberry shortcake one, and it has me wanting to come back for another one. I didn't know they were vegan until I read the reviews after, and honestly, I couldn't tell the difference. It tasted like a normal cinnamon roll.
google avatar

Amy V.

Yelp
Honestly I still can't believe everything here is vegan! The cinnamon rolls tastes so so good. They never disappoint every time I come here. Everyone is super friendly and there are a couple of seating areas inside. They have so many toppings to choose from and they often have seasonal special rolls as well. My husband has never tried Cinnaholic before and he loved it! We really enjoy their cinnamon rolls, especially when you pair it with a cup of coffee! ⁣
google avatar

Shanelle S.

Yelp
Customizable cinnamon roll spot that's open late. Came here around 10pm after dinner to satisfy my sweet tooth. There is indoor seating available as well as takeout. Credit cards are accepted. You pay first and then they'll call out your name once your order is ready. You can customize your cinnamon roll or get a pre-made option. I got the cream cheese frosting and cookie dough on mine (it's 75 cents per topping option). The cream cheese frosting was a little thin but there was a generous amount spread over the roll. There was also a good amount of chocolate chip cookie dough. The cinnamon roll tasted better the next day (microwaved for 30 seconds). You could also easily share one cinnamon roll between 2-3 people. They have drinks available. There's one single occupant restroom available but it was out of order when we were there. Overall, it's a good option to get something sweet before going out in Capitol Hill.
google avatar

Josh H.

Yelp
How can anyone give this place better than a 1? Prepackaged ingredients, flavorless base, abysmal prices.
google avatar

William K.

Yelp
Ordered: Strawberry Shortcake Roll and Fluffernutter roll This place is a decent place with decent dessert, but it is just average, especially for the price. The rolls will cost you $10.50 a pop (in 2023) and they are just not worth that price. It's a cinnamon roll, and then they put some topping cream on it, and then spread some toppings over it, and it also does not look as appetizing as the storefront demos. It was also way way sweeter than I was expecting, and I have a sweet tooth. The service was normal, no complaints there. We walked in, ordered, and waited for our order, and then walked out. The ambiance seems like it could be a nice place to just chill out.
google avatar

Tammy L.

Yelp
On the day I went the location was empty and I was able to place an order right away. The staff was super friendly. I ordered an old school cinnamon roll and a side of cookie dough. The cookie dough was good but honestly too many chocolate chips, but that could totally be just me. Like many others I'm used to the cream cheese flavor you'd get from Cinnabon. This is more like vanilla frosting and they do slather it on. However, I felt like it did not have much flavor, and the while the cinnamon roll itself was a nice texture, it was not as rich with ooey gooeyness that I am used it. Overall I felt like it was okay.
google avatar

Nicole Y.

Yelp
For cinnamon rolls that are 100% vegan, dairy & lactose-free, egg-free and cholesterol-free these are pretty impressive!! It's wild because I actually had no clue the first few times I had them. That's also pretty impressive. They've done an amazing job with their frosting considering its vegan. I would never have guessed. As for their frosting, it seems like they've made a big adjustment to the sugar levels in the frosting because they're night and day difference compared to the last time I went there. The sweetness is way more comparable to what you'd expect on a cinnamon roll. I tried their banana cream and their cream cheese frosting. Both were great. Id actually come back. Which is surprising because last time I ate here I wasn't planning on giving them another try. Glad I did. I recommend.
google avatar

Stacy S.

Yelp
Slightly sweet and cinnamon-y with delightful texture and a big wallop of creamy vanilla frosting. What else do you need in life? Something to wash it down, probably. My morning walk to Cinnaholic was rewarded with the Old Skool Roll. There other tools like decadent and delicious, but I wasn't sure how'd they'd travel on the walk back home. I also wasn't sure how much of the roll I'd be able to eat before it got toooo sweet. Turns out, I managed to eat the whole thing. Easily. With some tea to wash it down, of course. If you love cinnamon rolls and aren't concerned about calories, go now. Maybe go even if you are counting calories. It's goooood.
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by Cinnaholic! I stopped by with a friend who has a dairy allergy, and apparently everything here is 100% dairy free. I normally think cinnamon rolls are too sweet, but we ordered one with coffee flavored icing and that was a perfect balance with the sugar. The employee was super great and served us quickly. This was a perfect stop after dinner in the neighborhood!
google avatar

Joey W.

Yelp
My boyfriend loves cinnamon so when we walked by this place, I knew we had to try it. We had just gotten ice cream so decided to try their classic, Old skool roll ($6). The cinnamon roll was warm and soft. It was topped with a generous scoop of vanilla frosting. The frosting had a very subtle hint of vanilla. I thought it would be super sweet but it actually wasn't that sweet. I think it's to account for the sweetness from the toppings people usually get it with. The outside swirl of the cinnamon roll was a bit dry so it was probably not fresh. Although it was a good cinnamon roll, nothing really stood out. It was pricey for what it was.
google avatar

Arnold T.

Yelp
$10 for the turtle cinnamon roll. No wonder this food chain didn't survive in Pacific Beach San Diego - students live in the area. Then $6.50 for my miniature drink- I'm serious. It's the kid size cup. Visiting in Seattle I can't say if that's the normal price. But for my hometown San Diego standards it's on the higher end. (Cinnabon is about $7) The cinnamon roll is very similar to Cinnabon- which is soft and gooey, lots of cream cheese frosting. Flavor is of the roll is good but you can tell it's vegan. Could use more cinnamon.
google avatar

Paul K.

Yelp
I came here for a Yelp Elite event and brought along my wife and Vegan daughter. We were greeted with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness from both employees here and found that both were Vegans as well. My daughter talked Vegan with them for a bit. I had the Yelp complimentary Old Skool Roll and 8 oz coffee (with Oat Milk). My wife had the Old Skool Roll with coffee frosting topped with walnuts. My daughter had the Old Skool Roll with PB Cup topping and cookie dough and a 16 oz Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I could not believe I was tasting Vegan products as each were so delish! This place is a great and the staff wonderful. Thanks Cinnaholic for being here in this community and I hope you continue to thrive.

Yelp
My 26 week pregnancy eye caught a glimpse of Cinnaholic as we were in route to Plum Bistro and the tiny thumps prompted me to instantly looked up the menu (LOL.) Cinnaholic is nestled in Capitol Hill off of Pike St, on a Saturday evening it could be tough to find parking. Being that the order ahead option was only for preorders for the next morning, my amazing husband walked across the street to get Kinley and I the classic. Who doesn't love a warm, moist, not overly sweet cinnamon roll?!? We just enjoyed our rolls this morning with coffee while sitting outside. Cinnaholic roll was excellent, I greatly appreciate it not being too sweet!! I definitely plan to return again to order the cinnamon roll cake for my mother in loves 73rd birthday brunch. It's cinnamon rolls of course I highly recommend!!!

Yelp
A sweet-tooth staple for vegans Location is sketchy but that's how you know the food is fire . I love how they never shy with the amount of toppings or icing (but sometimes it's wayy too much ) but for the price you basically deserve it , right ? Definitely a once-in-blue-moon thing due to it almost being $8-10 for ONE ROLL . I also wish they cared more about keeping the roll warm ...
google avatar

Alex N.

Yelp
Wow what a cool spot to get cinnamon rolls! They have so many flavors and you can make your own too! What I love about this spot is that it's vegan and it's not too sweet either! My favorite is the strawberry one but the fluffernutter was good too! Very friendly staff too! I'd come back.
google avatar

Amber P.

Yelp
Wow this place is cool! Located Right over in Cap Hill this place is a small little store. Their Old Skool Roll was to die for!!!! Definitely very sweet and very very large. The inside of the cinnamon roll was gooey and delicious! The two workers were super friendly and helpful. There isn't much seating on the inside so be prepared to take your roll to go!
google avatar

Sheridan T.

Yelp
Good concept, OK execution. Build your own cinnamon buns starting with the base, then adding frosting and toppings. You can also order any of their pre-set cinnamon buns. If not for the novelty of being able to top it with stuff like cookie dough or crumbled Oreos, the base cinnamon bun leaves much to be desired and is dry and a bit hard. A tad overpriced for what you get, too.
google avatar

Yelp
I had never heard of this place, and I thought the concept was right up my alley. Cinnamon rolls that you can tailor to your liking? Count me in! I ended up going for their Very Berry cinnamon roll with a scoop of cookie dough and let me tell you there is alot going on when combining the two! I'm not too sure if the texture of the cinnamon roll and cookie dough meshed well for me, but individually the products were great! The cinnamon roll was well baked and had that gooey middle center that is needed for a cinnamon roll. The frosting was also very well done and flavorful and the berries helped to balance out the sweetness by providing just a bit of tartness. The cookie dough scoop, well, it tasted like cookie dough! Not something that blew me away, but it still satisfied my sweet tooth. The overall setting of the place was very low key and relaxing and the staff was nice and pleasant as well. Next time I would definitely either get just the cinnamon roll, or the cookie dough separately, but otherwise this is another great place to go for dessert!

Aze W.

Yelp
I just wanna do a quick shout out to the owner, I definitely don't come on here and do reviews, this will be actually my first review for a restaurant/business, I just wanna say the desserts are good as always because I've been spending my money on this business for about 2 1/2 years since I've moved to Seattle, there was a a little miscommunication with my last order and I didn't want any accidental miscommunication again with an employee or a unwanted argument, or embarrassment on any of the employees behalf, so I decided to contact the owner directly when I called, and not only was he very understanding, but very respectful, and fix my order and concerns very quickly, not only did he give me my order again without a refund, which I wanted, but also gave me another bakery item on the house that was very amazing! Yelp
Was really looking forward to trying this place, but they were just ok. The service was good and I love the idea of this place, but I'd much rather have Pillsbury cinnamon rolls from my oven.

Yelp
Girlfriend picked up some cinnamon rolls and brought them home, they looked hefty and mega decadent. She got jelly donut, caramel apple and a plain one. Our favorite was the jelly donut flavor wise...because we love jelly. The caramel apple was okay, really skimpy on the fresh apple though. The reasoning for the low stars is because the frosting was overpowering (and SO much) and there was a weird aftertaste to it. The cinnamon roll itself was okay, couldn't really taste the cinnamon and the parts not covered in frosting were hard. The plain cinnamon roll was meh. My partner said customer service was friendly.

Yelp
I love it so much and always want more. I cannot wait to bring my daughter here! The rolls are huge, the cookie dough is so gooey. It is perfection in a dessert.

Yelp
Wanted to love it but it just wasn't that great. It was sweet and imaginative but the texture of the bread wasn't chewy enough. Still for a vegan dessert it was pretty darn good! Keep trying.

Yelp
I'm a huge fan of cinnamon buns, so when I saw this place existed, I had top stop by. I came by on a Monday night about 30 mins before closing, and it was super empty. I got a custom bun with chocolate frosting and strawberries on top to go. The buns themselves seem to be kept warm in a machine they have, which I'm assuming helps with the assembly time for custom orders. The sole employee was able to get my order ready in less than 5 minutes. Maybe my expectations were a bit too high, but I was pretty disappointed with my dessert. The bun itself wasn't moist or delicate at all - I've actually had better buns from Cinnabon. It wasn't overly sugar-y though, which I quite enjoyed. I'm sure this is to account for the sweetness from the frostings and toppings. I was hoping the chocolate frosting would provide some bitter notes to cut through the sweetness of everything, but the chocolate was arguably the sweetest component. It was actually TOO sweet. The strawberries were nice though - they give a solid amount of cut up strawberries so you can have a piece with each bite. The pricing is a bit high. The buns themselves cost $6, and with my frosting and topping, I paid a little over $7. The buns are pretty hefty though, so perhaps that justifies the price point. The interior is quite small. Right now, they have some small table and bar tables with a couple chairs, but I can't imagine people dining in right now with COVID. Being in the heart of Cap Hill, your best bet for parking is street parking. It's right across from the QFC, and I've heard of people parking in that parking lot. However, with COVID, there's ample street parking available. If you go late night like I did, you shouldn't have any problem finding parking. I like the idea of Cinnaholic. I REALLY like the idea of it. But the execution just didn't do it for me. It seems to be more of a novelty dessert than anything. But maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Go in and try for yourself.
