Thought this place was fine. The base on the cinnamon rolls was rough and hard to slice/eat but the toppings and icing was good. We got the following, with asterisks to indicate what we enjoyed: - Oreo Cheesecake* - Strawberries and Cream* - Old Skool - Campfire Smores - Blueberry Pie - Cookie Monster

Walked into get some Signature Rolls for my out of town visiting family: Cookie Monster, Caramel Apple Pie, Sparkle Berry, & Tropical Bliss. We've ordered from here before so I knew it would be good. The presentation however...eesh! I live 1.2 miles from the store and when I got home & opened the boxes to lay out the rolls, they looked unrecognizable! They looked so bad I'm embarrassed to even put them out. I'm so disappointed; surely y'all can figure out a way to keep them from melting like a wax figure left out in the sun. The website photos are gorgeous but the actual product falls very short of expectations esp when I paid over $30 for 4 rolls 😥Below is what they should look like vs what I got.

There's too many good options is my only complaint!! Talk about down right DELICIOUS! We did the classic roll and a very berry.. chefs kiss!!!! 🔥🙌🏻 Satisfied my craving for a cinnamon roll today for sure!!

They once had a offer that they give free pineapple sherbet, and it was really good. So we ordered more. The cinnamon buns are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and are a great cheat meal for anyone. The people are nice and there is not anything bad that I can say about this fine establishment.. 5 stars

Great cinnamon rolls. We ordered birthday cake and cookies & cream. We sampled the birthday cake and it was phenomenal. The cashier was friendly and very helpful. We were offered samples of their pomegranate and pineapple soft serve. The soft serve tasted fresh and delicious.

Amazing gourmet cinnamon rolls! Also brownies, banana bread, cookie dough and dole whip. Friendly service and super clean and quiet.

Love the cinnamon buns but not the service. I always order online for pick up and the last 2 times, my order has not been ready at the time given. The employee always comes from the back. The time before last, it was late because the employee was on her break and last time she took a long time to even come to the front and both times the orders were not ready, she made them when I got there. As a receptionist I can honestly say, do not leave the front unattended for long periods of time and always pay attention to online orders and customers coming in.

I live in the neighborhood and had no idea they built a Cinnaholic!!! The first time I tried Cinnaholic was 2 weeks ago in New Jersey and I loved it! I tried the 3 mini rolls and Cookie Monster. I recommend both items. The roll came out fresh so my Cookie Monster tasted extra delicious. Warm and sweet! Next time I would get less cookie dough. Customer service was above and beyond. Michael ensured every customer was greeted. He was helpful as well and recommended some coffees for me to try next time! Definitely will be coming back! So worth the calories.

Amazing menu variety of creative rolls. Definitely something delicious for everyone taste buds. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very nice. My first visit. Truly delicious.

What an indulgence! Soft roll with a crisp exterior and a hefty, generous portion of cream. It was delicious and big enough for two. Service was great. The employee who gave me my order was quick and of note, he was super hygienic. He changed gloves, washed his hands, put on new gloves. Would definitely recommend!

This is my second or third time here! This time I didn't know what to get so I asked the nice lady at the front for a recommendation and she told me to try the Richmond roll. The last time I came I had the biscoff one and that was very very good. The Richmond one was okay, I'd give it a 6/10, I think the brownie crumbles threw it off a little bit. Overall I still enjoy cinnaholic, very clean and very friendly establishment and great to have a sweet treat in the area!

A pretty nice find for just moseying around the neighborhood stores. Cinnaholic is a quiet store for any cinnamon bun lover's dream. Since we're in the fall, a good cinnamon bun will always hit the spot. We ordered two cinnamon buns. 1 was their seasonal fall bun and their pizza bun. The pizza bun was an absolute let down - It was nothing more than a glorified Lunchable pizza from back in elementary school. Its quite sad and underwhelming when it came out. You get your bun with pasta sauce and shredded cheese on top. Very simple, not complexed and definitely not up to what I was expecting to get. Hard pass on this one. The season fall bun was actually quite exquisite and delicious, filled with berries, crumble, syrup and most importantly, it filled up the entire container. This one I thoroughly enjoyed. The pricing on these cinnamon buns are more than I expected. However if you're in a pinch to scratch the itch of one of these guys, you'll pay for whatever for them. Just don't get the pizza bun.

This was a random find when we were in the area and just looking to kill some time. Walking in, you're definitely greeted with the warm smell of cinnamon rolls that just makes your mouth water. This place is meant for decadent desserts and they definitely deliver on that. We got 2 rolls - one savory and one sweet. I will say, I actually preferred the savory roll a bit more than the sweet, just because it was too sweet for me. The savory roll was the pizza roll, which reminded me of a pizza lunchable on top of a bread roll. It was made to order, but I still wish the cheese was fully melted. It was still a bit chunky and cold, which is what made it feel like I was back in school eating a lunchable. Flavor was there, but execution could be better. The other one we got was the fall crunch which was an overload of the fruit, chocolate, and granola. It was just too sweet for me. I just tasted sugar, and if you're a big sweet fan, you might enjoy this, but it wasn't my favorite. The price was okay - a bit more than I expected at around $7-8 per roll, but I guess in this economy that's all expected. If I go again, I might just want to try a plain cinnamon roll to scratch that dessert itch. Overall, if you want a place to take someone's kids, hop them up on sugar and return them to their parents this would be the perfect place for it.

Come with an appetite leave out with diabetes Definitely will comeback. If you searching for a nice little dessert spot this is it !!! The selections are so amazing and you're going to want to try everything but don't try it all at one time for me however I needed to give you guys a good review so I tried a cinnamon roll and a brownie and they both were delicious, I wish it had more indoor seating area because it was kinda hard to come and sit down with a group of four we had to put tables together. They might want to invest in a few booths and a couple tables.

These are vegan cinnamon rolls that taste just as good as any cinnamon rolls I have ever eaten. Yummy! Stopping by for the first time, I went with the old skool. This is a classic roll with vanilla frosting. The roll itself was incredibly soft and covered in the brown sugar and cinnamon coating. It was warm and ooey gooey. Excellent consistency. The vanilla frosting was slightly running, just enough to run down the sides. We asked for less frosting and it was a good amount. Sweet enough to feel indulgent without making my teeth hurt. This was a treat! And the employee behind the counter was so nice.

Came here on a weekday morning and curious to know how the vegan cinnamon bun fared. Ordered the classic, saw many choices that were rather delectable, but glad I tried the classic. It was hot and fresh and the icing was delicious. The dough is a bit chewier but overall I enjoyed this better than cinnabon. Definitely plan to return to try the other flavors. Shop itself was very clean and new and the worker was super nice.

Came back to give this place another shot, the person working was so kind and the cinnamon rolls were delicious. Glad I tried again and will be back!

I was literally only person in the store and dude got my order wrong. Also found piece of fork or plastic in cinnamon roll that was not from our forks. Had high hopes, but feeling very disappointed.

I wanted some dessert on an Friday night and came across this place and decided to try it out. You can create your own Cinnabon or get one of their created ones. I built my own and my friend got their caramel apple pie. If you are not an fan of Cinnabon, they have other desserts on the menu. Mine was not too sweet with my own creation of toppings and was pretty good but I tried my friends caramel apple and that was a little too sweet and couldn't finish. They have an small dine in area to enjoy your desserts with your party. Overall, I would come back and grab an Cinnabon or soft serve when I'm in the mood for a dessert.

I stopped by to get a little treat. I got a cinnamon roll with almond frosting and walnuts. I will say the almond frosting is on point. It has nice almond flavor without being too terribly sweet. I love almond pastries. I wouldn't say it was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had but it was good. I'll also say the price is steep. The one I got was $6.23 and it was fairly basic. I thought about getting an order of the cookie dough but it is one scoop for $3 before tax. Didn't seem worth the price. I could get a tube of it at H‑E‑B. I think I'll still go to the original cinnamon roll joint. I like the texture of their roll better. Give it a try though, if the price doesn't deter you.

First trip to this and it was not a disappointment. Dang these rolls are so freaking good. I got the pecan pie one, my wife got the Cookie Monster and my son with the s'mores. It was the best I have ever had in my life. Later I learned they are completely vegan. Wow. The service was great and friendly. The atmosphere was ok we didn't stay just got them to go. Totally worth the visit and they even were on shark tank 9 years ago. So good

OMG if you like cinnamon rolls, you will think you have died and gone to heaven!!! They have a bunch of different cinnamon roll variety. Or you can customize your own. I did coffee frosting with pecans. It was so good and fresh . I will definitely go back for mor

Came today around 3:30 and wanted to try multiple cinnamon rolls but they only had one left that was ready. We were told we could wait 22 minutes if we wanted more than one. Who is going to wait 22 minutes?? Hopefully in the future we can walk in and get more than one roll because it was absolutely amazing! So many to choose from! If you love cinnamon rolls, this is the place to come. You might just want to call ahead and see if they have them ready!

Oh my goodness are the sweet treats here amazing! Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought a VEGAN cinnamon roll would taste so good! The staff were so friendly, attentive, and fun. There's a plethora of flavors and sizes and toppings to choose from. Everything about this place is fantastic!

This is my first time trying out Cinnaholic, and although I don't have the biggest sweet tooth, I genuinely enjoyed the cinnamon bun! I ordered their "Nutty Nut" flavor, which is a local special specific to the Sugarland, TX location. The almonds, pecans, and walnuts added a nice crunch/texture to every bite, but I felt like there was too much almond icing, overpowering the overall dessert and causing it to be too sweet. On a final note, this treat was a great combo with Feng Cha (located right next door), one of my favorite boba tea chains in the US!

So many combos of cinnamon rolls you can create. I got coffee icing with brownies. It was good but had a flavor of raw dough which I'm not a big fan of. The mango dole ice cream was good. They also had pineapple flavored. Service was friendly and fast. I liked it and would come back to try other toppings

Ordered the large cake w pie crumbs, blueberries, strawberries, pecans, and cinnamon cookie crumbs. It was good for a party of 15. Everyone was able to get Texas sized portions.

Every time I come here with my friend, we're always greeted immediately with friendly workers! They're always so nice when taking our orders, and I really admire that. Cinnaholic has to be my favorite Cinnabon place ever; tasty and so soft cinnamon rolls. It's also so nice and peaceful here, jazz mellow music playing in the background, and also very clean!

Went during the $5 off promotion and got some fast and efficient service! My friend and I got the Raspberry Lemon cinnamon roll and the Sugar Land cinnamon roll. Both were both good and tasty! The Raspberry lemon has lemon tart throughout the frosting and fruits sprinkled around. would recommend this to those that want a roll that doesn't have too much cinnamon The Sugar Land has coffee, cinnamon, brown sugar?, and sugar cookie pieces. It was good and can definitely taste the coffee but was a bit too much for me in terms of sweetness. If you like sweet and cinnamon, would say it would be a good fit for you. I see potential to come back for more during a unique occasion!

Nice, clean small cinnamon bun shop. Great customer service. There was one of cinnamon bun from an older batch left. They were making a new one and asked if we wanted to wait for a bit so we could have a fresh one. That was so nice and courteous. We customized our own cinnamon bun. They're big too. They take up a whole small to-go box. It came out warm and gooey as well. We had crème brûlée frosting with strawberries and snickerdoodle toppings. We don't really have a big sweet tooth so it was a good idea to share.

When I found out about a location opening up in Sugar Land, which is much closer for me than the Pearland location, I was ecstatic! The grand opening was PACKED, but the workers handled everything so well. I got a cinnamon roll with banana cream and pecans and it was to die for! I'll always have a special place in my heart for the Pearland location, but super happy for this new location. Highly recommend everyone trying this lovely place out!

Checked out this local spot and it is Awesome.!!! Staff was super friendly, a guy offered to explain their customer favorites on the wall board and then their display of local favorites. Love that you can customize your cinnamon roll if you don't fit the selections. For those of you who don't like cinnamon rolls, they do cookies as well. They are also offering a few soft serve samples and the manager Michael today was super nice and gave us samples of the pineapple soft serve. Plus I love reward programs and they have one you can download on your app. Hubby rated the cinnamon roll as delicious!! Rich toppings on the PB explosion and the center was soft and gooey the way we like it. Plus after being in the store, you walk out smelling like cinnamon. Store is clean and the customer service is friendly and helpful.

Went for dessert and food was delicious. In addition to cinnamon rolls, they have raw cookie dough and Dole Whip (just like they have in Hawaii). Staff was very attentive and provided good service. Also had the chance to meet the owner, Michael. He was polite and appreciative of our business. Will definitely go back for more.

Came in for the first time to get a half dozen assortment of their most popular. They did not have anything prepared for a quick to-go order. Highly recommend ordering before walking in, unless you are willing to wait 45 minutes. Two stars for options and taste. Nice concept. Poor execution

Why didn't I come sooner? This place is delicious! My parents prefer eggless desserts and this was perfect. We got two rolls, customized each. My dad and mom wanted chocolate with pecans and I wanted cream cheese with Oreos. It was pretty quick. They have a variety of options for toppings and even a specialized menu! We dug in and oh my god. The roll is soft, the sweetness was perfect. Perfect amount of cinnamon. I'm in heaven! The roll is pretty big. I couldn't finish in one sitting.

Came into this location for the first time and was greeted at the door. You could smell the fresh aroma of Cinnamon rolls as you walk in the door! The location is very clean, and they had nice music being played. I would definitely recommend this location!

If I could put more than 5 stars I would, best cinnamon roll I've ever had! We tried one classic and one custom with berries and lemon and they blew us away. The staff was so friendly and helpful with explaining all the options. Inside dining area was clean and inviting. Can't wait to come back.

What a delightful and delicious treat! At 8:15 this evening my daughter, who was visiting me from FL, was telling me about Cinnaholic. She saw that there was one about 20 miles from us in sugar land (we live in Katy) and suggested that we rush over to try it before they close at 9PM. When we walked in at 8:50 the young lady behind the counter greeted us very welcoming. She patiently waited for us to look over the options, answering all of our questions and offered suggestions when we asked. She quickly made our desserts and offered for us to even sit down and eat them there. Knowing that it was after their closing time we thanked her, but asked her to pack it to go. We apologized that we had walked in so late, explaining that it was a last minute decision and that we had come from so far. She was so excited that we had come all that way to visit, generously offered us an additional coffee bar. When we got home we enjoyed our delicious desserts, still discussing how friendly the young lady was. I will certainly return to Cinnaholic in Sugar Land.

Was greeted at the door by the staff and was given a sample of their ice cream, which was great. Then we ordered 2 cinnamon rolls, and they were made fresh and warm. I will definitely be going back.

So I was recommended by a friend to come try this place out, and I was in the area and I said why not. When I enter I was greeted by the wonderful staff and the amazing scent of cinnamon even my son was in love. We got to try the dole whip which was 10/10 would recommend for everyone it's a must have. The employee at the register was Mario and was very attentive and helpful in the process of me ordering, definitely going back for that old school cinnamon roll. Great business 10/10 :)

Having the biggest sweet tooth I couldn't wait to try it out. I've been here many times now & still can't decide which cinnamon roll is my favorite. The cinnamon rolls are always warm & fresh including all the ingredients that you can add. As for the service they are also amazing. Very attentive and kind. They make sure you feel welcomed and are truly helpful when you aren't sure of what you want. I have tried the sugar land roll, the Cookie Monster roll, and the strawberries and cream roll. They are all sooooooooooo good.

Very delicious cinnamon rolls! My husband and I popped in on a Saturday night near closing time and they still had freshly backed cinnamon rolls.

Came at 8 pm and was greeted at door and was offered a free sample of they're raspberry dole whip (it was amazing!) and we got the sparkle berry cinnamon roll and my sister devoured it in 3 minutes! Definitely one of my new faves!!

The best cinnamon rolls ever. I think the guy's name was Farouk (sorry if that's spelled wrong), he was so amazing and sweet! Also the music they were playing in the place was so good! I loved it so much!

Personalized service. Attention to detail. Fair pricing for vegan options. The actual Cinnabon may not have been what many people are used to, but the combination of toppings, cream cheese topping and other toppings are what set this shop apart from other Cinnabon places. Will be back again.

Just saw this place popped up near Sprouts and had to give it a try since we are sugar-holics. Very clean place, employees were super friendly and helpful, but best of all are the cinnamon rolls! I would like to think I am a cinnamon roll connoisseur...these are sooo good! We had just a regular cinnamon roll, nothing fancy and added the cream cheese frosting. The frosting was very very good as well. We will be back! I definitely want to try some other options they offer and some Dole Whip!

I ordered a dozen baby buns online for a family members birthday. I had my husband pick up. The picture advertised online is not the same one I received. Flavor was great. Presentation was very disappointing and sloppy.

Must try! 3/14/23 was our 5th time purchasing from this location since February. Our family loves sweets and this is the place to get some of everything. We got the death by chocolate roll, the old skool, a chocolate chip banana bread, a brownie, and samples of the mango soft serve. ALL WERE VERY DELICIOUS! We enjoyed every bite. The people who work there are very nice, patient and helpful. Sawer(sp) assisted us on 3/12/23 and was super cool/friendly. Yesterday there was a different set of ee's and everyone greeted us. The owner Olu, was there. We spoke to him for a while and expressed how much we love the food and the ambiance! 5/5 all around! Check them out when you are in Sugar Land!

Delicious vegan cinnamon rolls, with a really good variety. You don't have to be a vegan to like these rolls, they're awesome!

Is like a Cinnabon with steroids. Too much high fructose corn syrup. You cannot feel the flavors only a powerful sweet roll. Service is not bad and the place is not really more than the regular shop.
