Cinnamon Hotel Hanoi

The entire staff at Cinnamon Cathedral Hotel worked hard to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable! Would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Hanoi. The front desk staff spoke English very well and were helpful in recommending sites or places to go. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and our sweet server made yummy egg coffee and fresh juice. They even went out of their way to open early for us one morning when we had an early departure. The rooms are clean and plenty big. Hot water and fresh towels. Lovely place and a great location!

A great experience, staying in Hanoi, in an old town building, with views over the City Cathedral. The rooms and bathrooms need a little TLC, and the public space is limited, but the attentive and helpful staff work hard to create a welcome place,and they succeed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, even though the Cathedral bells might disturb some. The location is near the city centre, and the area comes alive with food, bars and street life after dark. Well done to Mai and her colleagues.

Long and inefficient check in process, shoes are not allow to wear up to the room but the staircases are dusty, no slippers are provided from lobby to the room, the locker where you place the shoes are not lock. Assigned the wrong room until it was mentioned as if it was their mistake, no apology extended. Booking portal mentioned room can sleep 3 persons but only 1 big bed, different from the photos posted online, without the small single or day bed. Wardrobe not able to open properly. Wardrobe bar is with obvious dust, fragile hanger, broken with nail. Vanity counter light only 1 side working. Duvet place inside the wardrobe instead of bed? without cover, when the temperature can be 18 degree. Can get better accommodation option with the price that they are charging. Disappointed

Great staff and incredibly helpful. They speak pretty good english and they know the city very well, leading and recommending for eating and sightseeing. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Good location within walking distance from many Hanoi attractions. Highly recommended and would stay here again!

Cinnamon Hotel - Value for money. The staff is amazing; very friendly, always smiling and genuinely happy to have you as a guest. We were welcomed with a cocktail on the house and were offered another cocktail which we could other any time we wanted. Also, a complimentary foot massage was offered. And we only stayed 2 nights! The breakfast, which is included, is also very nice. We will definitely stay at the Cinnamon again!!!

I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this hotel during their visit in Hanoi. Its right beside the church so has a nice view. The staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful, room is quite clean with nice decor. The only downside is that they don't have a lift but it didn't bother us.

This is a very well-appointed and well-run hotel. Unfortunately, our third floor room (30 feet straight up from the street!) was burgled while we slept, thanks to a defective window latch. Fortunately, only a small about of cash was taken - not sure why. The hotel management were appropriately mortified; they promised to inspect every window, and I have no doubt they have done so. This was not so much about this hotel as about EVERY hotel - we now double check windows and always use the safe, even when we are in the room. One other thing about the Cinnamon: skip the lame breakfast, there is so much good food and coffee within 20 metres of the front door!

Great location Cinnamon Hotel Hanoi is located in the heart of the old quarter I spent 4 nights onư my holiday here The rooms were always made clean with the balcony beautiful Church view on the night and the nice landscape. It is so convenient to drink a coffee while you can enjoying the fresh air Amazing breakfast with various cuisine such as beef noodle, Cinnamon omelet, eggs coffee, coconut coffee....one of the best drink is eggs coffee which I really like Moreover, the staffs were always so enthusiastic and helpful... That's cause we always felt comfortable when staying there I had ever been a wonderful holiday in Cinnamon hotel I will recommend the hotel to my friends
