"Cinnamon’s is a favorite for fans of sweeter breakfasts. The menu here includes enormous stacks pancakes in flavors such as guava chiffon, red velvet, and pistachio cream. The menu also includes a Kalua pig Benedict, wasabi rib-eye steak, and eggs, and a four-egg pork adobo omelet with kimchi fried rice." - Krista Diamond

Great food, friendly staff and a unique set of flavor combinations. I had the half order of kalua pig Benedict and wasn’t disappointed. The flavors blended in a unique and surprising way. I also had a half stack of the guava chiffon pancakes, they were sweet and fruity. I only wish that the half stack was actually half the size, it was to much food and I only got a half order of each. I look forward to returning when they are able to serve mimosas, it just isn’t Sunday breakfast without mimosas.

you walk in and you feel like you got beamed to an old store in haleiwa or the old kemoo store by schofield. its got that hawaiian feel. the staff was very attentive and was greeted at door by hostesses. the servers werent standing around and acting like thats not my section. they actually walked around in sections other then theirs, refilling coffee and running food. the food was great. i got the adobo and kimchee fried rice omlette, a side of tots, and a side of corned beef hash. i also got to sample a red velvet pancake which was awesome.

In A Nutshell: -Cinnamon's has 4 locations (2 in Hawaii, one in Yokohama and their location here in Summerlin (Vegas)). -This location was easy to find w/ plenty of seating, however due to the pandemic, it's advisable to make a reservation so the staff can seat you using social distance protocols. -The food is definitely 100% authentic Hawaiian comfort food. -We were able to try out their Kahlua Pig Loco Moco, Portugeuse Sausage & Guava Chiffon buttermilk pancakes. -Each dish is EXCELLENT, left super full & satisfied. -The prices are very reasonable too. Overall, as soon as you step inside you feel the aloha spirit among all the staff :)

Got this recommend to me by a friend. Thought this was going to be a nice dessert place but that's was not even close. When we got there turns out its a hawaiian dinner, in las vegas. Is this going to be ok? Turns out this place is awesome. We got the pistachio pancakes and the kalbi ribs with the hawaiian bread french toast. The pancakes came first, and we dove right in. They were fluffy and moist, the pistachio flavor was there but not overwhelming. This was probably one of the best pistachio flavored items I've ever had. Next came the kalbi ribs, which was very close to teriyaki short ribs, without the bones, very tasty and great as a breakfast dish. Lastly, was the french toast, which had a slight cinnamon flavor. All of the dishes where delicious.

My boyfriend and I were walking around the park and smelt some good delicious food. My boyfriend said it smelt like Hawaiian food. So I got on Yelp and looked around our area for some Hawaiian. He was right! This place was right around the corner. After our walked we headed that way. When we arrived we were greeted by a kind host and some awesome Hawaiian feel music. We thought maybe it would be a wait because it was so packed and the parking lot filled with cars. But we were able to be seated quite quickly. Not to mention it was a Sunday when we came in. T The waitress was kind and attentive. She gave us plenty of time to decide on what to eat. My boyfriend got the "Tasha's Guava Hull Hull Chicken. I got the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes and a side of fried rice. My boyfriends food was delicious. The chicken tasted like it had bee marinating for a while. It was nice and juicy. The macaroni was also good. I liked that it wasn't filled with so much mayo. It tasted very light. My food on the other hand tasted kind of mediocre. I thought the pancakes would taste more like a cinnamon roll but it didn't. It tasted more like a dough and some cinnamon. The fried rice also lacked some flavor. I think the forgot to use some salt. It was also cold. If the service was poor and wasn't such a great vibe I would have probably given them a 3 star but everything was great other than my food just being alright. I'd definitely suggest one trying out their best sellers.

Pancakes looks delicious, needs more flavor, food was very well presented, no flavor at all, the meat was burn on one side. We waited 35 minutes for a table on a busy weekend, customer service was good, but the waitress forgot to bring my coffee to go and i cannot wait anymore.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy, the staff was so kind and attentive, even brought out extra chicken because they thought that the dish didn't have enough on it. I had the hamburger loco moco and it was DELICIOUS. The meat had a wonderful seasoning to it without it being over powerful. I also grabbed a short stack of the red velvet pancakes and they are TO DIE FOR. They were so perfectly fluffy and dense. It tasted like I was actually eating cake.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Hawaiian food on the mainland or on the islands... just not my thing, until now. This place is very good and has a great menu with plenty of tasty options. The Kalbi short ribs and mahi mahi w/ kalua pig & cabbage were perfect and filled us up. I will def be back in the near future. I live in the far southwest but will make a special trip for this place.
