I had high hopes for this place. The reviews said the food would be great. Walking in the place is beautiful and staff is friendly. I got the loco moco and sadly this was the worst loco moving had on the island. The rice tasted like box rice and was hard. Personally wasn’t a fan of the black olives in the Mac salad. My fiancée got the spam omelette which seemed to lack in seasoning. The potatoes looked good when they came but they were also flavorless. The only thing I did enjoy was the red velvet pancakes. Sadly the most disappointing meal I’ve had on the island.

Google
Had a great time at cinnamons. Service and fast and friendly. Food was great and delicious!! It's a little on the pricey side but still definitely worth it. Had the French toast...so yummy!! If your in the area, stop by for breakfast. Come early so you can get good parking.

Google
We were disappointed. Staff was helpful but at the same time had no clue about allergens in their meals (hence 2 stars). The only good thing about the dishes was the size. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from.

Google
A friend recommended that I go and try the Guava pancakes, I would have but they had Pistachio soI tried those and was very happy that I did. Thick fluffy light tint of green pancakes with delicious flavor topped with a decadent lightly sweet pistachio cream and a swirl of whipped cream. Ordered as a side for two over easy eggs and spam 4 slices ageless than half and was more than satisfied. Service was friendly. My friend had the kobe ribs also huge, quite tender and delicious.

Google
Yeah...no. The only redeeming thing about this place is the food didn't taste that bad...but we paid almost $60 for terrible coffee, corned beef hash that was mostly potato, crab cakes that were again mostly potato, and some burnt potatoes on the side. They don't even have hash browns. Then they have the audacity to add a per egg service charge. Come on people, it's breakfast food, it's dirt cheap. If you're going to charge high prices then do your customers right. This place is overpriced and overhyped. Go somewhere else.

Google
One of the best breakfast places I’ve been to. My husband and I traveled a ways to get there, but it’s all worth it. The farmer’s omelette with guava chiffon pancakes is amazing…not to mention the homemade ginger ale. Check out the menu for more delicious options.

Ka’imi was a welcoming and attentive server. The food was delicious and we plan to come back on our next trip! Highly recommend the ham with tropical compote and the cinnamon pancakes!

Google
We used to love coming here, but lately it's lost some of its luster. That last time we went, there was some special event going on such that they only had a limited menu, and we had to sit in the patio area. I got the loco moco, which was good (I especially liked the pickled onion side), but my wife's egg dish was unusually bland. I'm afraid it's no longer worth the trip for us, especially given the fairly high prices.

Yelp
Good food but saw a roach in the water. We were served in a timely manner. The general atmosphere is alright.

Yelp
Michelle is amazing! So friendly and such good service. Always topping off our drinks and checking on us. Delicious options on the breakfast menu this week. One of our party had the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with Peanut Butter glaze. Wow!! This is on our regular rotation now.

Yelp
A Kailua institution for breakfast and lunch dining. In and outdoor seating. Check in with the hostess. Friendly service. Great coffee re-fills! The gazebo seating area is the most festive and temp cool in the interior of the restaurant. Grab a key from the hostess if one needs to use the restroom.

Yelp
Cinnamons is one of my go to brunch spots in Kailua! Food and service never disappoint. Wait times can be long though but just goes to show how good it is! The best options of pancake flavors and yummy fried rice

Yelp
This was my second visit here. This visit i brought my daughter with me. We agreed to each order something we've never tried before and share. She got the cinnamon pancake and I got the eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce with tots. My daughter doesn't really care for cinnamon but said the pancakes were delicious and I agree with her. It wasn't too sweet (we didn't use any syrup) and there was a nice crispy texture in the right amount. Definitely worth a try. The eggs benedict was good. I never had one so I can't really compare but I did like it. So I learned this eggs benedict has an English muffin, Canadian bacon, and a nice over easy egg covered in hollandaise sauce. I thought I wouldn't enjoy it, but all the flavors together complimented each other and it was really tasty. If I would change anything on that plate is I would choose either rice or toast instead of the tater tots. The coffee was delicious! I quit drinking coffee many years ago but every once in a while I do have a sip or two for the taste. This coffee was so good that I nearly finished the cup. They also sell their coffee so we have a bag of it at home. Our server was extremely pleasant and we got our food as quickly as expected. I feel like I sat in the same area the last time I was there. So I hope next time I can sit somewhere else to experience all the areas of the restaurant. It's clean, noise level average. The bathroom is located outside and upstairs from their restaurant which you need a key and it was clean too. To me the prices are what I expect it to be for a place like this. Good portions enough to share with one other person. We took home what was left of the pancake so that was a plus. A place to definitely return to if we're in that area during the morning.

Yelp
This was our first breakfast stop on vacation...I used to visit their Ilikai location. Got lucky with parking AND there was no line no wait to be seated! I ordered the strawberry cinnamon roll pancakes, bf ordered the Pake Chinese omelette, friend ordered Decisions Omelette. Everything was delicious! Wish I had room for more...

Yelp
By far one of the most exceptional and memorable meals we've in Oahu for brunch. My sister recommended Cinnamon's during her first trip last year and I was finally able to rent a car to drive up North to try their pancakes. Although there is a parking lot, it was pretty full during our arrival on Sunday, which also happened to be during the same time the farmer's market was open across the street. Wait time around 2pm was 30+ minutes but so well worth the wait. Staff was helpful in checking us in for the waitlist and checked in on us a few times. We were seated right next to the indoor gazebo which was so cute. Atmosphere was upbeat and lively full of chatter and good vibes all around. Lots of families, great for small and medium sized groups. We ordered: 1. Beef Short Rib Loco Moco with Fried Rice w/ Sunny Side Up (so tender, great char and flavor - fried rice upgrade was an absolute must) 2.Tater Tots (crispy and the pico de gallo topping was tasty) 3.Seasonal Pancake Special: Lemon Blueberry (stunning and equally rich in flavor) Highly recommend and would love to go back!

Yelp
We arrived around 1 pm after a football game and a craft fair. Really happy there wasn't a line. Asked the aunty outside at the podium if we could have inside seating if possible, she said Follow me. Wow! Hubs was supposedly moving the car closer so I ordered him a Diet Pepsi. When our server asked if I wanted to wait for him I said don't know what he wants to eat but I'll just order for him. Got him an Old Fashion Hamburger with additional cheese etc for $3 more, I overhead her inform the next table she liked the French Dip. I'm always on the hunt for exactly that sandwich so I got that with additional mushroom and cheese. Salad or fries! Supposed to limit carbs but gotta enjoy life sometimes so I asked for crispy fries for both of us. Our server Nicole was sweet, charming and had the best smile. Just like she had ESP cuz before the meal arrived and she knew I was headed to the kupuna restroom downstairs instead of the one on the 2 nd floor. After being hit from behind in a car accident stairs and I are not in sync. The food was delicious. Our beverages were also refreshing and hit the spot, Hubs got a refill for the road, Perfect lunch for a perfect day. Bud's team scored big so they are in next week's playoff.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for hype. And did Cinnamon's meet that hype? It most surely did meet the hype. Starving after a long morning at the beach, we stopped by Cinnamon's to carb up for the rest of the day. There was a bit of a wait but definitely worth it! We heard great things about the Guava Chiffon pancakes, which were fantastic but I was even more impressed with the Red Velvet. Perfect for any sweet tooth! I can't brunch without something savory so I had to also order the Beef Kalbi Short Ribs with Eggs. I wish every brunch restaurant offered Kalbi & Eggs, steak and eggs is so overdone lol! The plate is massive and stacked with beef. Cinnamon's was probably the most impressive brunch spot we tried in Honolulu yet. Can't wait to visit again soon!
google avatar

Yelp
Cinnamon's is a local favorite, the breakfast here is on another level! Even during a busy weekend morning, we were seated quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you visit, the pancakes are a MUST! From red velvet to guava, their options are creative and delicious. I kept it OG with the original pancakes, and they were outstanding, so fluffy! We also tried the corned beef hash and the cinnamon roll pancakes, both of which were top-notch. The cinnamon pancakes are like Cinnabon in pancake form--WOW! If you're looking for a great breakfast spot, Cinnamon's gets it right.

Yelp
I'm sad they closed the location in Waikiki but Cinnamon's is THE restaurant to go to try their guava pancakes. We shared one dish and at the whole thing. Their Kalbi and pork dishes were also delectable and had a lot of good flavors. It is a smaller restaurant so seating is outside, but the ambiance wasn't bad. The service was welcoming and there weren't any issues that we had. It is definitely a must restaurant when you're going to Oahu.
google avatar

Angelica Marie B.

Yelp
The food is great and the portions are big. It is also packed with people so you need to wait for your turn but it's worth it once you try their signature pancakes!

Yelp
Sooo ono can't believe have not tried cinnamons before but it's because of the drive most times. Straight up fire and has made my top list of brunch/breakfast spots now. Recommend going early because parking is a hassle. Forsure try out their guava chiffon pancakes no need for syrup, delicious as is! Lechon kawali loco moco with lomi on top was the best too. Service was well didn't wait long for food. Ambience was fine very family friendly environment ! Love it here

Yelp
It's always so warm and cozy in this restaurant. Very homey. Their Pancakes, no matter the variety, has never let me down. Banana Pancakes are my absolute favorite from them. Fluffy, soft, tasty and not too sweet. And it always comes to the table hot off the griddle. My Mom and Aunt had both ordered the Farmer's Mega-Omelette, one with the Country Tots and the other with Buttermilk Pancake sides. Both absolutely loved their omelettes. Saying it wasn't liquidy in the middle, like how sometimes there's too much water released from the tomatoes sometimes. The onions still had a crunch to them and the Potatoes were delicious.

Cynthia H.

Yelp
The food was tasty. I kept it simple with pancakes and bacon. Our wait was about 30 minutes to be seated but there were plenty of things to do while we waited for our seat. The ambiance was very relaxing with outdoor seating. Plenty of spacing between customers and an overall good experience

Yelp
Went here for breakfast withy coworkers. If you didn't know the area you wouldn't know it existed. The food was delicious and i thoroughly enjoyed the pancakes (I forgot the name of them). There were a lot of us and the service handled it well. They have outside seating as well as inside. The day we went the weather was nice and hot so it was enjoyable to get a slight breeze. It does share parking with other businesses I got lucky and rode my bike so I shared a space with some coworkers so just be mindful when you decide to go. Overall I really enjoyed the experience and have already planned to try and make it back later in the year when I have time.

Yelp
Good spot for breakfast or lunch, best get here by 2 pm or miss out. Since breakfast is my favorite meal, I like the fact that they serve it all day. They were busy and seemed under staffed, but the ladies were moving and worked well together to take care of the tables. The mahi Benedict was pretty good. The fish was cooked well. The home fries were meh. It lacked flavor and soggy. They had salt, pepper and Tabasco so I was able to add flavor, but could do nothing about the sogginess. Cute old country type feel with a gazebo sitting area in the center.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I went to Cinnamon's Kailua for our first time for breakfast and brunch and the food was absolutely amazing. Love their different menu items and pancake options. We were initially expecting a bit of a wait when we came on a Saturday morning, but we actually got seated right away and our food did not take too long to come out. Parking is not bad at all...it is metered in the public lot. We definitely plan on coming back to Cinnamon's Kailua very soon!

Yelp
lechon kawali, good pancakes and omelette. Clean and kid friendly outdoor dining. Patient server was needed for all the kids.

Yelp
Cinnamon's Restaurant was recommended to me and I am glad I decided to have breakfast here! Restaurant is tucked away in the building. Parking lot seems big but lot is very busy and parking is to be paid! Came around 10am, it was pretty busy inside and outside but got seated right away. Did not know what I wanted all I knew is I wanted to eat rice. I ordered the Chinese omelet with white rice, cinnamon bun pancakes, eggs and bacon. I'm pretty basic with the omelets I eat but this omelet had lots of different things in it such as char siu, veggies like bean sprouts, cabbage, green onions, and roasted chicken drizzled with oyster sauce on top. It was delicious, I ate it all. Cinnamon bun pancake was sooo gooood, I wish i had more or done a separate takeout order for leftovers. Service was great, our server was friendly and enthusiastic.

Yelp
This is a local gem. Parking is easy. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Ok. Now the food. Super yummy. And generous portions. The prices may seem a little high (eg charged me over $4 for egg white only) but the portions are huge and we have brekkie for tomorrow morning. The kalua pork was really good and the purple sweet potato at the base was a unique and tasty addition. The fried chicken seemed like it was a thing so we ordered a side of it even though it was barely 8am. Soooooo good. Light and good quality chicken. The setting is super relaxing and warm. Perfect setting.

Yelp
Parking is easy and quick. $0.75/h for parking. The customer service needs to be improved. My friend and I were unnoticed for a while when we waiting for a seat and when we were seated. There were a lot of tables available, but some reason they took my name and number down. We literally got a text in less than 5 minutes. We ordered the Old Fashion Loco Moco and Boneless Kal-Bi Ribs Loco Moco. For drinks, we ordered Homemade Ginger Ale. The food was great! I wondered why the Bonless Kal-Bi Ribs were under the Loco Moco section, but there's no gravy in it. The pickled onions is amazing with the Loco Moco!!! I think the Homemade Ginger Ale was too strong in ginger taste, so ask for extra limes to make it better!

Yelp
If you're looking for the best guava pancakes on the island this is the place! It will be worth the drive! The pancakes are large and fluffy and perfectly flavored. The Portuguese sausage was delicious but the egg white were the BEST egg whites I've ever had. Sometimes egg whites can be dry but these were cooked to perfection! The food is amazing but it's the service that will make you come back! We had a party of 7 with two toddlers under 4 and our server for so attentive and put the kids order in first which helped a lot. He was also telling us how to order items to get the best value. The ambiance is simple and relaxed which was perfect for a casual breakfast with the family. Pricing is reasonable especially for the portion sizes. Pancakes are big enough to share! Overall, we loved our experience and will be back soon. -coca cola products -plus size seating -staff is super friendly -worth the drive

Yelp
The. Best. Pancakes. I've. Ever. Had. This isn't just in regards to the speciality ones either, just the normal are BOMB. They have the pistachio year round and were the best of the three I've tried. The pumpkin crunch. If you go to Hawaii in fall and see pumpkin crunch ANYTHING, do yourself a favor and get it. It's pumpkin and pecan pie having a bastard. That was this in pancake form LiliKoi is passion fruit. Never had a citrus pancake before. Not my favorite of the three, nonetheless it's worth the try. My girlfriend has been here before and loves to try new spots everywhere she goes but she said this place is a must go again. She has never steered me wrong with food and I knew this was going to live up to the hype. The only reason it's not a 5 star is because the omelette was eh

Yelp
Long overdue review! Sorry. Dined with a friend for lunch. Started talking stories to an intriguing individual, got to talk about crystals and related topics. Turns out that carsie is one of the partners. Carsie swears by the cinnamon roll, so we tried it. Yes!!! I think it's way better than Cinnabons. The cinnamon roll here has a perfect balance, not overly sweet like Cinnabons. I'm going to order it next time. Of course I'm getting the egg Benedict combination of Kailua and crab. Then ordering velvet pancakes and a hot chocolate with whipped cream!!!
google avatar

Gavin Carl K.

Yelp
The food was so good chorizo cheese and eggs with crispy tortilla fire . Can't go wrong with link sausage and eggs and of course guava chiffon pancakes. It was busy so service was delayed here and there ambiance love the Christmas decor and vibe.

Yelp
We came to Cinnamon's for brunch and let me tell you it did not disappoint. We were there on a weekday around noon and expected to have to wait, but were pleasantly surprised when there was no wait and we were seated immediately even with a party of five. I was especially excited about the red velvet pancakes as they are typically hard to find and oh my goodness they were absolutely mouthwatering. I also ordered the eggs benedict with bacon instead of ham and it was one of the best eggs benedict I've ever had and I am pretty picky especially about hollandaise sauce but this one was delicious. Our table also ordered the guava pancakes, the decisions omelette, as well as white rice and all were fantastic. I wish we had more time in our trip to Oahu to come again because it was truly amazing and I will be making sure to return on future trips.

Yelp
Came here after a morning spent at Lanikai beach. Cinnamons has been on my Oahu food list since forever but I finally had a chance to try it. We actually weren't too hungry but decided to stop by and grab their infamous guava chiffon pancakes. I walked in and it was quite busy. I only wanted pancakes to-go and fortunately, I was helped quickly and took down my order. I waited on the bench right outside and it was hand delivered to me in about 10 min. I went back to the car and ate it immediately. It was hot and fluffy and the guava sauce was delicious and not overly sweet. We devoured it in the car and it was the perfect amount to share between 2 people, although I must admit I could even eat the entire stack myself. Come do yourself a favor and grab yo'self some guava chiffon pancakes if you're in the area.

Yelp
By far the best meal we've had in Hawaii so far! We came here on a Thursday morning and had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but the servers were kind to give us a few menus to browse while we waited. We ordered the lilikoi pancakes, aloha omelet with a side of guava pancakes, kalbi ribs, and an eggs benedict. The food came out all together and rather quickly (~15 min) and we dug right in. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. My favorite was the lilikoi pancakes, which was lighter and more tart than the sweet guava pancakes. We also asked for an extra serving of butter to make it even tastier but that's a personal preference :). Everyone was a huge fan of the kalbi ribs which came fatty and well seasoned. There was also a side of mac salad that we all enjoyed. The omelet was my third favorite dish and felt the healthiest out of all our selected dishes. I would definetly recommend this omelet if you're a fan of meat and eggs. Lastly, the eggs Benedict was well cooked but not my favorite. Everyone in my party preferred another dish over the eggs Benedict although it was still an enjoyable dish. Tips: - The omelet comes with a choice of side, which you can substitute for a specialty pancake for an extra $4. I would recommend doing this as the side is the same size as the regular! - Every dish seems to fall on the side of sweet or salty, so I would choose your dishes to be balance of both!

Yelp
I came on a somewhat busy Friday morning. There looked to be a wait, but because we were a party of two we got seated very quick. The servers were very nice and provided fast service. We were seated on the outdoor patio which looked to be in the middle of a square. There were lots of tables around and the servers were regularly checking in on the people outside. I thoroughly enjoyed their pancakes. The rest of the savory options on the menu looked good too, but their guava pancakes are incredible.

Yelp
Cinnamon's is a great local spot to come try out! My friend and I came around opening for some breakfast and wow did it hit the spot! Food 5/5 I got the kalua pork eggs Benedict! To my surprise there were some purple sweet potatoes that paired well with the salty kalua pork. I'm not sure if the English muffin was homemade or not but wow was it so fluffy! Service 5/5 Service was great! We got there at opening but they didn't open the gate until 10 minutes later. Island time? Ambiance 5/5 It's so cute inside! Feels like you're eating at Auntie's house. It was a bit cold with the fans blowing on you so just a heads up! Overall, I'd come back next time I'm on the island!
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
Everything was so delicious!! Not my first time at cinnamons but my first time at this location! We got there at 11am and the wait time was estimated for an hour but we got called in 45 minutes on a Monday. All the food was top tier!!! Everything was so yummy! The lilikoi pancakes were amazing! I usually get the guava pancakes but happy to see they added lilikoi to the menu! Vibe was very local Hawaiian brunch spot, but I know a lot of tourists come here. 10/10 would recommend!

Yelp
Came here for some breakfast. Got the steak and eggs. It was cooked perfectly medium rare. The service was great. It was quiet when I was in and had a good vibe running throughout. I'd definitely come back

Yelp
I heard this was the place to go for breakfast and it definitely was! Started out with some guava pancakes and they were yummy! I ordered the loco moco and it was a very healthy serving and it was delicious. My auntie had the Portuguese sausage with eggs and fried rice. She loved it! We also had an omelet at our table. Everything looked great and tasted great. So many things on that menu I want to try which means I have to come back! Thanks for great service and great food!
google avatar

Casey D.

Yelp
I'm so sad we don't have a Cinnamons back home ):, I think about the brunch we had all the time. This restaurant has such cozy and homey vibes and the staff here are all so sweet. We tried other short rib plates and pancakes on the island but man none of them were as good as cinnamons. Also, the portions here are massive! If you're a small eater, make sure to bring someone with you who can eat! We were barely able to finish the short rib plate and could only eat half of the guava pancake 2 stacker.

Yelp
To save the scroll: good food, reasonable prices, but more veggie options would be great. It's been a while since I've been to Cinnamon's, but stopped by for an early Mother's Day breakfast with the family. For 8 AM on the Saturday before, the wait wasn't bad at all at around twenty minutes. If you don't want to wait, Kailua at this hour probably isn't for you. Be patient, kind, and humble. Good food takes time. Service was friendly. Ordered a Decisions Omelette with home fries. The rest of the family got a number of other items including crab cakes, lilikoi pancakes, and guava pancakes. The omelette was a good size. Honestly, it's the first time in a while where I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to finish it. Good amount of fillings. Home fries were crisp and well seasoned. I also sampled the both flavors of pancakes. Personally, fluffy but too sweet for me. The creaminess is also just not something I want in the morning, but everyone else gobbled them up. Good reviews for the crab cakes and other items as well. For a spot like this and the quality of the food, the prices were very reasonable at around $18 for most dishes. My one complaint is I wish there were more veggie options or a veggie meat. However, there is probably at least one veggie option per major area of the menu, but I'll never understand how places can serve seven different types of meat and not include a veggie alternative. The verdict: why didn't I return sooner?

Yelp
Amazing experience. Our waitress was so kind and soft spoken and really took care of us. It was clean and cool, we ate outside. The food was great. I got the guava chiffon pancakes. So fluffy and not too sweet. I also got the furikake ahi with truffle fries and steamed veggies. It was good. The ahi wasn't dry and the fries were very tasty.
google avatar

Rin L.

Yelp
First time here and brunch service was extremely slow because of brunch crowd I guess. I had the traditional breakfast and it tasted how it look. The spam needed to be cooked longer. It was busy inside and out so its very loud.
google avatar

Pauline C.

Yelp
The guava pancakes are a must when you're on the East side of the island! The restaurant is homey and comforting. The service is always great. Our waitress was very prompt in getting us seated and making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish. We were waiting for a few members of our party to get to the restaurant and our waitress was very attentive and understanding. The second everyone was present she quickly took our orders and our food came out shortly. The guava pancakes are fluffy and not too sweet. I will definitely come back and will continue to recommend this spot to any of my family and friends going to Hawaii!

Yelp
Small restaurant tucked away off the Main Street. It was so cute and had a little bit of a country homie style to it. I cannot say enough about the food. Everything that came out looked amazing. I couldn't stop at looking at others food around me. But hands down the special lemon blueberry pancakes were a piece of heaven. We shared them at the table and all loved them. We will be going back to try the other pancakes and stuffed French toast. I got the traditional eggs Benedict but I changed out the Canadian bacon for regular bacon. The hollandaise sauce was perfect. My egg was cooked to perfection and the home fries were seasoned just right. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for our table but our food was worth the wait. As soon as we were sat our server greeted us and brought our drinks out. I came back raving about my experience and I will be taking my family back to experience this place as well.

Yelp
Food: Best pancakes I've ever had!!! The guava chiffon and liliko'i chiffon pancakes are a must try!! If u want more of a tart lemony taste then go with the Liliko'I but if u want a smooth sweeter taste go with the Guava Loved their Eggs Benedict too. This place is one of the few places where the english muffin is actually crispy. Hashbrowns was a great add on. Potatoes were okay and the kalbi was above average. But in regards to breakfast foods Cinnamon's is one of if not at the top of my list :) Service: Super friendly staff. Restaurant gets super busy on the weekends and sometimes later in the morning, but their kindness is consistent throughout. Amazing service Ambiance: Has both indoor seating and outdoor seating. Parking is paid parking on the streets or paid parking in a parking lot. Can get a little noisy but does give that breakfast brunch vibe. Though it gets crowded at times, that's how u know their food is good ;)

Yelp
I loveeeee coming here. We often do a family breakfast and drive all the way from Ewa. This was the first time coming back after almost a year. The service is still excellent, food still delicious, and the price is decent compared to a lot of other places. However I do miss the Mexican omelette, this time I got the skillet and it was good. They didn't skimp out on the topping I ordered which was great since it was 3 choice.

Yelp
Kailua Cinnamons: Try the Cinnamon Pancakes!! Guava is ok, red velvet is too much like cake...pistachio still tastes so good!!

Yelp
We stopped by Cinnamon's to get breakfast after a morning hike at the mokapuu trail since it was about 20 minutes away. There is metered parking and some rows that take cards luckily. Most of the metered spaces are quarters only. This brunch spot is located inside a shopping center on the first floor. We arrived around 9am and were seated right away. They did have a good amount of seating inside and outside. Our waitress was super nice. My husband ordered an omelette with lilikoi pancakes. I ordered spam and eggs with guava pancakes and a side of tots. I really enjoyed the guava pancakes the best! And the tots were very crispy and topped with bell peppers and onions which I loved. Our food took longer than usual to come out but they did have a busy flow of people coming in and out. They do have a restroom on the second floor, you go up the stairs and make a left. Ask your server for the keys since a key is required to use the restroom.

Yelp
Cinnamons is a cute little breakfast spot tucked away in Kailua town and surrounded by several shops. You do have to pay for parking. You can pay via coins or credit card. Cinnamons has indoor and outdoor seating but I prefer indoor. Today we had the sweet bread French Toast and the Hot Meat Loco Moco. Both were cooked to perfection and always delicious.

Yelp
Service was great. It was top-notched. Our server made conversation with us and gave us a history lesson on the place. Restroom was located upstairs but I was given a key to use the restroom on the floor because of my bum leg. I never had loco moco so I decided to get it. I like it a lot. The meat and gravy are amazing. Brunch is pretty much standard

Yelp
Iconic brunch spot for locals and visitors - and with good reason! Took the bf for his first time here and he loved it! We both got a loco moco for our main course. He got the classic and I got mine with corned beef hash, just cuz I've been missing home. (I live in WA now). Often times some places make their gravy too salty or greasy but Cinnamon's got their recipe down! Add the mushrooms and onions and oh, so ONO! Then ofc we had to get the red velvet pancakes! (Guava Chiffon is also good FYI if you prefer fruity.) Bf is a bit of a choco fanatic so he wanted to try the red velvet. He wasn't disappointed. We loved that the pancakes are rich but not dense. Still fluffy and not too sweet! Just right. We also ordered the macadamia nut cinnamon roll - this was just ok. A little too sweet for us and the nuts were a little stale unfortunately. But I can see the appeal. Maybe we just got sugared out by the pancakes. Service was on point as always and the vibes were so chill. I know this place has gotten popular with tourists too but the vibe is all aloha. Overall a solid experience per usual and will definitely still frequent this local cornerstone brunch spot for years to come! Let's keep supporting local, ya'll!
