Cipriani Dubai

I visited the Italian restaurant Cipriani located in DIFC, Dubai. It is a well-known restaurant with locations in several countries and is listed in the Michelin Guide. The atmosphere inside is refined and calm, creating a mature setting where you can enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace. The desserts were simply good and satisfying as a way to finish the meal. On the other hand, the pasta was disappointing. The noodles were quite thick and felt overly firm, which took away from the overall balance of the dish. The harmony between the pasta and the sauce was not what I expected from an Italian restaurant of this reputation. Overall, the food was average, with few dishes that left a strong impression. This is a place that may appeal to those who value ambiance and brand recognition, but if taste is your top priority, it may be better to adjust your expectations.

We served dinner at Cipriani two night ago, and from the lovely ladies at the entrance and the lady who was like a ray of sunshine and walked as at the table and the two lovely staff who took care of us, everyone was lovely. We had a wonderful -melting in the mouth- wagyu rib eye, exactly the way we were looking to eat and even the mashed potatoes felt like a waltz for the mouth. We loved that pastas were not al dente and from the “dolci” we had the famous vanilla meringue and tiramisu. The wine serving glasses are very unusual and interesting. Definitely we’ll go again next time when we’re in Dubai.

We went to Cipriani Dubai for dinner with friends. I was looking forward to it but it fell short of my expectations. All the food was very ordinary and nothing memorable. For some reason, the pasta noodles were like udon noodles, which made them difficult to eat and not very tasty. And the staff were always so careless and rough. Even though there were still seats available, they seemed to want us to go home quickly. From the first step inside, my heart feels calm, happy, and spoiled in the best way. Everything is so elegant, soft, timeless like luxury that doesn’t need to shout. The service is full of grace and warmth, you feel seen, cared for, and welcomed. And the vanilla meringue… 🥹 It is pure magic. Light as a cloud, delicate, dreamy, and comforting. One bite and time stops. It tastes like happiness, like childhood innocence mixed with absolute perfection. I crave it even when I’m not there. Every visit feels special, romantic, and unforgettable. This place holds a piece of my heart 🤍

We had a wonderful time eating at Cipriani. The products were quality. Authentic Italian food, fantastic service, and exceptional panettone. I've never eaten so well, not even in Italy. Highly recommended.

Overrated and disappointing Today was supposed to be a special day — we went for a business lunch at Cipriani, but I honestly don’t understand why people like it. The appetizer was a beetroot and goat cheese salad with asparagus, which turned out to be just a mountain of beetroot, a few asparagus pieces hidden underneath, and two small pieces of goat cheese on top. Everything felt disconnected instead of working together as a dish, and it was simply too much beetroot to enjoy. For the main course, we had pasta with mushrooms and cheese. The portion was tiny — just a thin layer of pasta with a few mushrooms under baked cheese. Flavor-wise, I’d rate it 3/5 at best. The bread basket was included, and dessert was yogurt ice cream — the highlight of the meal, actually delicious. Coffee was fine, and they do offer alternative milk options. The full set cost 180 AED, which is absolutely not worth it, especially in DIFC where many competitors serve far better business lunches at the same price. The atmosphere also wasn’t what you’d expect from Italian fine dining — there was even a strange curry-like smell, which felt very out of place. The staff were friendly and attentive, so service was good. But overall, I wouldn’t recommend Cipriani for lunch, and I definitely won’t be returning.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Cipriani Dubai. The food was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our meal. The service was perfect. I would especially like to thank the blonde lady at the entrance. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, truly adorable in a way you rarely encounter. She even took photos of us without us even having to ask.

Been there with business colleagues for a lunch, cold appetizers were not so good for me at least, for the main course I had burrata pizza with black truffle, I didn’t like the cold cheese (I was assuming it will be hot), my colleagues asked for other varieties of food including a flattened lamb chops looks like scallop almost. Pizza had been served after a long delay.
