Cip's Club

Went here on our last day in Venice. We took a private water taxi over to Cips Club from our hotel at St Elena and it took you right to the door. Lovely setting on the water with wonderful views of Venice. Staff very friendly. Food was amazing, I didn't have it but I'm told it's the BEST tiramisu EVER - good Hugo Spritz's too to wash the food down!! There was a bit of a debate with the dress code for lunch within our party especially for the guys, so the put on chinos, shoes and a long sleeved shirt - however at lunch time it would appear that any clothing is ok, for evening service it might be stricter so best check with the restaurant to avoid disappointment and over heating on a hot sunny day!

One of the most magical dinners of my life. We took a water taxi over to the restaurant and it was magic. The food and service was perfection and when my husband mentioned his sensitivity to dairy, they brought out a non-dairy dessert for him! I would go again in a heartbeat.

I visited Cip’s two times now and it is always a terrific experience. Really awesome staff, fantastic food and an exceptional atmosphere.

We at at Cip's for lunch upon our arrival in Venice. We arrived just after the restaurant opened and were the first table to be seated. The view from our table was astounding and a lovely way to start our vacation in Venice. We had been traveling through Italy for about a week so I was delighted to be able to order a simple salad with tomato, avocado and chicken with a side of steamed veggies. Fresh and delicious it was just the reset I needed to get me ready for pasta again at dinner! My husband had a bellini and the eggplant gnocchi which he said was very good. The service was prompt and attentive and I really can't stress how amazing the view is.

I took my girlfriend to lunch here to propose and everything was SUBLIME! First you arrive in the hotel’s private water taxi making an entrance like all the Hollywood legends who stayed at the hotel. Then you arrive at Cip’s club with unrivalled mind-blowing views of Venice and sit right on the water. The food was heavenly and the service was impeccable. Francesco made sure everything ran like clockwork and gave us rockstar service. At the end of the meal I asked the waiter to write “will you marry me?” in chocolate on the tiramisu we ordered for dessert, got down on one knee and proposed to my lady and she said yes! The whole restaurant was clapping and cheering! Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to have proposed! 10000 out of 10! You gotta come here, it’s pure magic!

I made a reservation for Cip’s club very shortly after knowing my partner and I were visiting Venice. Because we got there just before our reservation, we were very lucky and got a front row table by the water. It was one of the most wonderful, beautiful & scrumptious dinners I’ve ever had. We were treated perfectly, our waiter was charming and funny, the food was utterly delicious & worth the money as you can tell, the kitchen take pride into what they are making and want to please the customers. My partner proposed to me here… our waiter very kindly stopped working to film for us & another lovely table took photos for us. This was the best night of my life for many reasons but it would not have been the same anywhere else. A massive thank you to everyone at Cip’s Club that evening for being so kind, welcoming and honestly so perfect. We will be coming here again (hopefully) every year to celebrate. Ignore the bad reviews, we loved every second of being here. The wine selection as well is sensational!

What an amazing experience! This restaurant is located on a separate island that is more quiet and calm. You eat right above the water with a view of San Marco and the Venetian landscape. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bellinis are freshly made and delicious. So as everything else on the menu. Definitely worth the price. Everything was amazing, I went there twice and each time the experience was consistent and really really good.
