I took my girlfriend to lunch here to propose and everything was SUBLIME! First you arrive in the hotel’s private water taxi making an entrance like all the Hollywood legends who stayed at the hotel. Then you arrive at Cip’s club with unrivalled mind-blowing views of Venice and sit right on the water. The food was heavenly and the service was impeccable. Francesco made sure everything ran like clockwork and gave us rockstar service. At the end of the meal I asked the waiter to write “will you marry me?” in chocolate on the tiramisu we ordered for dessert, got down on one knee and proposed to my lady and she said yes! The whole restaurant was clapping and cheering! Couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to have proposed! 10000 out of 10! You gotta come here, it’s pure magic!

I made a reservation for Cip’s club very shortly after knowing my partner and I were visiting Venice. Because we got there just before our reservation, we were very lucky and got a front row table by the water. It was one of the most wonderful, beautiful & scrumptious dinners I’ve ever had. We were treated perfectly, our waiter was charming and funny, the food was utterly delicious & worth the money as you can tell, the kitchen take pride into what they are making and want to please the customers. My partner proposed to me here… our waiter very kindly stopped working to film for us & another lovely table took photos for us. This was the best night of my life for many reasons but it would not have been the same anywhere else. A massive thank you to everyone at Cip’s Club that evening for being so kind, welcoming and honestly so perfect. We will be coming here again (hopefully) every year to celebrate. Ignore the bad reviews, we loved every second of being here. The wine selection as well is sensational!

We at at Cip's for lunch upon our arrival in Venice. We arrived just after the restaurant opened and were the first table to be seated. The view from our table was astounding and a lovely way to start our vacation in Venice. We had been traveling through Italy for about a week so I was delighted to be able to order a simple salad with tomato, avocado and chicken with a side of steamed veggies. Fresh and delicious it was just the reset I needed to get me ready for pasta again at dinner! My husband had a bellini and the eggplant gnocchi which he said was very good. The service was prompt and attentive and I really can't stress how amazing the view is.

What an amazing experience! This restaurant is located on a separate island that is more quiet and calm. You eat right above the water with a view of San Marco and the Venetian landscape. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The bellinis are freshly made and delicious. So as everything else on the menu. Definitely worth the price. Everything was amazing, I went there twice and each time the experience was consistent and really really good.

Beautiful setting, private, quiet. Do not expect a Cipriani menu. This is a separately owned establishment but many don’t realize this. Nice experience if you are not staying at the hotel to take the boat across and dine without the hectic crowds of Venice. They do a very good dirty martini I must say. The gnocchi, lobster tagliatelle and the fiore di zucca (stuffed couchette flowers) were my favourite. More suitable for a romantic dinner than a group in my opinion.

We went here for a special birthday lunch and it delivered. Firstly we got the complimentary water taxi from St Marks Square. The boat jetty is well Marked. It states on there that the boat runs very 15 mins 24 hrs per day. So sit and wait and it will arrive. The hotel is beautiful with large grounds. We got a table right next to the water and the view was wonderful. The service was great and the lunch was very tasty and a very good portion. My wife had the monk fish and could not eat it all. I was worried it would be small portions but that was not the case at all. After lunch we walked into the hotel and it really is beautiful. I would certainly like to stay here at some pointing the future.

Truly recommend this restaurant, based on the stunning view and the personal careful service, I would recommend you to have this experience and if you got the chance to get a first row table on the canal. The food was really good, everything was fresh, delicious and well seasoned. It is quite pricey restaurant, however this is a high standard restaurant.

The location is a dream, the view is beautiful, but if you're not seated in the front row then there's no point. The food is very expensive, served in very small portions and tastes absolutely nothing. Nothing is seasoned, the risotto is tasteless, the tuna tartare is very basic and the joke is the carpaccio, 6 slices with mayonnaise on top ‘special sauce’. I think this restaurant is aimed at a clientele that doesn't necessarily like food. The service is good, the waiters very nice, but please dont rush people. We dined in 45 minutes top chrono... However, as guests of the hotel, we liked everything else, but this is one address that you should avoid.
