Light fixtures are fine, but ended up not working in my space. I did not realize I would be unable to return them - I didn’t even open one of them and just opened the other to check sizing in the space. Will never purchase from this company again given their poor return policy.

Circa has the GOODS! Coming here is always a good idea. Whether I am working on a design project for a client or searching for inspiration for my own home, I rarely leave here empty handed. Equisite finds and a highly curated assortment! Iris and Layla are always so wonderful to work with and I trust their eyes.

I worked with Chad from Circa on an order of patio furniture, getting shipped to Chicago. The service and responsiveness was as best in class. They quickly helped get additional items packed to make the freight shipment and on the way to me!

Ordered a gorgeous vase online, and then added some chocolates for good measure. Shipping was SO quick and my items were packaged very thoroughly. I actually said out loud to my husband how impressed I was by how many layers my vase was wrapped in to ensure its safety in transit! The online store has great options to choose from since I don’t live locally. And when I had a question about an item, the staff were so knowledgeable and kind when I reached out via chat! Truly such a seamless experience. I can’t wait to shop with Circa again!

Beautiful high-end antiques with contemporary pieces. Price point is very high. Items are extremely elegant and timeless.

I will NOT recommend to use them at all. First, they asked me to sign an agreement which requires me to buy all furnitures from them. I am glad that I didn't agree with that as their choices were so limited and there were not have any furniture I liked. Second, I paid $1000 for a design services. The first draft was so bad that I had to tell her what I liked her to consider and incorporate. In the end, I don't even have a portfolio handy for what I paid. Third, the design is only conceptual, and hard to achieve because it was either too expensive, sometimes double the price from other vendors I selected myself, or the actual piece is different from what they proposed. I paid almost $5000 for an ottoman with glass top but the actual piece looks different from the picture Ashley sent me. When I asked her to explain, she said it was only conceptual. What a ridiculous reason to fool a consumer !! Her attitude is so bad and arrogant. I cannot imagine who would work with them. A lot of high end furniture stores provide design services for free and they have many furniture to choose from. This was certainly a bad experience for me to share.
