Circle K Gas Station

Literally what is going on at the Circle K every night almost every night when I go to the Circle K the employees are always hanging out outside smoking cigarettes I understand that we all need breaks during our work but this has become something that the higher management should look into there was literally both employees outside of Circle K they put a sign up saying the store was closed what happened to one person taking a break at a time Circle K advertise that they’re open 24 hours yet this location has employees that loves to just close the store down as if they own it on top of that the icy machine either is never functioning or is always empty The location on Roosevelt 16th St. is the same issue I literally have to drive to the new Circle K on 50th St., Van Buren to literally not deal with these ridiculous issues

It's tolerable but the homeless are high and just very inconsiderate, guess it's just downtown phoenix culture.

Not the best in services though i got discount on sales due to my card

All Circle K are good. You get a card there. You'll get like 5 to 10 cents off a gallon. First, timers get 25 cents off a gallon for the first 5 gallons. They got good food. I have no problem with them. I use them

It's a good store but due to the overwhelming amount of homeless it is a bit to dirty. The floors were sticky and the rude and sticky fingered costumers didn't help. Clean it up and it would be just right .

The three stars are for the older lady that kept the drunk, high people at bay. I was approached by a few men that were very inappropriate while I was inside and outside the store. When I was inside, the lady told the men off🤣😂🤣. She is very, very good there!!! Do not leave anything in your car and please make sure its locked. Be safe if you have to stop here.

So I usually do not like stopping at Circle K because lately more often than not their soda machines and ice machines are not working and it's 119°f, that's why I stop .Tonight I stopped at the 1 on 32nd Street and Van Buren, Phoenix and the cashier that was working there was the nicest most polite person I ve seen at Circle K , or anywhere lately, in a long time. He even offered to help me out with my stuff . I just went back inside to ask his name so I could write him a good review. THANK YOU BRIAN!!

This place is a mad house. Crowds of unscrupulous individuals gather like hungry pigeons out front and size up the customers looking for a quick buck. The place has sticky floors the shelves are mostly empty of products no drink cups stocked customer take it on there own to go thru and open up store stock to get what they need. They even Had people parked next to the gas pumps for over a month living in there car

What kind of employees has Circle K? Cashier was angry because I didn't waited 10 min as cashier was outside smoking a cigarette. Cashier had supposedly placed a sing of '10 min will be back'. I walked in the store w/o a sing hung out as he stated and kept going on and on on how 'people don't reasonate and don't pay attention'. He was RUDE CASHIER! I ended up walking out of the store with nothing since cashier was just calling names. HORRIBLE SERVICE DONT EVEN COME HERE. 0 stars for having rude ass employees

The big lady who looks like she eats 3 double doubles from in and out 3 times a day didn't let us buy beer even though we all had valid ids! Doesn't make any sense. WE ALL HAD VALID IDS!

You know, I really wish that one day when I walked into a circle K I I could give a positive review. Today however, is not one of those days. The store itself is filthy. Located in a poor neighborhood does not justify the condition in which the store is in. For example; the place where you get your lids form, for your cups , has a thick layer of dust within it. You drink sodas that come in contact with lids, that are in contact with that dust. This is completely unacceptable. Why I was there there was a long line that stretched all the way to the back of the store. With only one register open by the other person refused to open up the second register stock the store. Something he could easily return to after he assisted the other clerk in reducing the line. How do you expect repeat customers , when this is how you treat them? Adding it to all this is the gauntlet of homeless people you must by pass to enter the store people were begging you for money. What other homeless people are sleeping and just hanging around on the east side of the store. When you see this stuff, you just want to bypass the store all together and are willing to drive further down the road to avoid the hassle an eyesore. You feel kind of like, why you there you're going to get mugged. My suggestion to everyone ; avoid the store until they get their act together.

If you like the ghetto then this is the Circle K for you. It has my Polar Pop and Tornadoes. I don't care for the ghetto but this is the area I work in. It is convenient and if you need gas you can also fill up here. I prefer to just get in and out as fast as possible but sometimes I am hindered by people that just don't know how to pay for their goods in a timely manner. You need to be quick. If there is no line just get to the register fast because if you decide to browse for just a couple seconds you will now have to wait behind someone. I would recommend going during the daylight hours around here. Everyone is friendly and if you buy a candy bar they will most likely tell you that they have a special if you buy one or two more.

Store use to be trash. Store was horrible and unclean and management didn't seem to care. Store cam under new management in October and the store instantly became better. Food was always fresh. Homeless people shoo'd away. IT is a great store to come into. On the weekends Joe is always happy with a smile when assisting people and On the weekdays when I have a problem Tyson knows how to fix it. TAKE NOT ALL OTHER CURCLE KS THIS IS HOW MANAGERS ARE SUPPOSE TO ACT! Good job
