Update: despite the initial interaction, waiting 40 minutes was worth it. The helpers giving food were so kind, and nice and generous. We were truly blessed to get so much fresh food. Good bless y’all! First time visitor here. These people are rude. Upon arrival they had the cones up and could clearly let lots more cars in and she yells at me no waiting in the area but to come back in 5 more minutes when indeed she could’ve let me wait behind the cones. It takes two seconds to be kind and they can do better here. Afterall people are in life crisis and assisting elderly, such as myself. We don’t need anymore bad energy. The little Asian woman with the visor and glasses was rude, had a tone and kept going on about needing to be firm. She seems moreso a control freak than helpful. All she did was wait two minutes to move the cones so we could get in and then wouldn’t allow me to go in first prior to 5 other cars coming from the other direction. The process needs work and that young woman needs not work here with that controlling spirit.

I went to receive help due to the shutdown. I was wrong for going here. Two very MEAN NASTY attitude women yell at us and say we have to come back. Miss if we could come back we wouldn't need help. This is my first time here. I didn't know you needed to register. I pull across the street in a private parking lot (not theirs) and another car pulls behind me. I get out because I want to ask questions ⁉️ Here come the two mean nasty attitude women. The lady in the car is so helpful she explained how, where, and when to register in order to receive help. The mean nasty attitude women come all across the street and yelling telling us because we don't listen we can't be served. I call and asked to speak to the person over it TINA LEE is out due to illness. Praying for her. The way they treat ppl as if it's coming out of their own purse. People like those two ladies or why people don't go and get help.

I was held against my will for well over five minutes on Three Points Road towards Pecan Street while this organization was holding up traffic on a public street to allow others to flow freely through. It's a nice thing they are doing for the community, but they need to find a better way as to not block a public street and holdup traffic.

Many of the volunteers are gloomy & rude…I understand it gets busy, some folks don’t follow rules, & y’all feed many families…But it’s not an excuse to make people feel humiliated & less than because others don’t follow rules & you may be having a bad day; but having a bad day every time? That’s uncalled for…One blonde lady with short hair said other businesses are threatening to shut them down because of traffic, I suppose, and that she’s bold (mind you she confirmed she’s Christian)…Well, I’m & Christian & bold too & will see about filing a complaint because of the way folks are getting treated…I’m surprised they have good reviews…I’m not sure how that happened…I have to say though, there’s a handful of ladies there who are very sweet & have no choice but to put up with their rude counterparts…

First time and wasn't registered yet. Still very nice staff. They explained the process and I'm looking forward to getting registered and going back. They did still give me some carrots and potatoes for now.
