Tampa Bay Bars and Restaurants Serving Astral Tequila | Eater

"If you lack the requisite ingredients onboard your boat to make margaritas, your best bet is to dock at Circles, an Apollo Beach icon that’s been serving up fresh seafood since 1998. Try the Waterfront Margarita with Astral, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave. This place is packed almost every weekend when the weather is cooperating. It’s one of Tampa Bay’s great Sunday getaways, and you’ll enjoy it even more with an Astral cocktail in hand." - Matthew Meltzer

Great food. We shared each other’s food and the Crack is Whack Shrimp, Grouper Bites and crab cakes. Everything was delicious. We also had great martinis (with a graham cracker crust on the rim). We will definitely return because the food and service were great. And the ambiance was lovely and ALL the staff were welcoming. Try them and you won’t be disappointed.

5:45 on a Thursday 9/18/2025 - half empty - hostess led us to the first table next to the hostess station and the door to the patio where it was too hot to eat outside. We asked to sit further in , away from these high traffic areas. Hostess said no , had to keep her server table rotation. I asserted that we wouldn’t sit at that table and hostess slapped the menus on the table and said “enjoy”, then zipped out of sight . On the way out she denied saying that but did not offer to resolve the dissatisfaction. Attitude was NOT welcoming . Actually kinda rude. We left and had a very nice dinner at The Vineyard, down the road on Apollo Beach Blvd. Photos are from The Vineyard - which in addition to great food has consistently friendly service. We live here and have eaten here many times. something is not right at Circles. Maybe not what it has been? Anyway, why spend $$$ when from the start you are treated poorly? To the servers at Circles - your hostess cost you a nice tip on a light evening. Maybe it’s a fluke but I would keep an eye on her.

We had an amazing experience at Circles Waterfront Restaurant and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible server Zippy! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and full of fantastic recommendations! His personality just lit up the room! Based on his suggestion we tried the Crack is Whack Shrimp and WOW. It completely lived up to the name! The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the sauce... absolutely addictive. I couldn’t stop talking about how good it was, and without even asking, Zippy brought me a whole cup of the sauce to enjoy. That’s next-level service! The food, the view, and especially the service made this a 10/10 dining experience. If you’re heading to Circles definitely ask for Zippy! He’ll take great care of you.

Google
Circles is a great place for dinner. I went with a group of 9. Our server was Renee who was excellent! They have interior and exterior seating. They only take walk ins, no reservations available. All the food was exceptional! We tried calamari, scallops, salmon and pasta. The desserts were yummy! My favorite is the crème brûlée. Go outside for sunset views on the water!

I’ve been here almost 5 times by now and I’ve never been let down. The seafood princess grouper and Parmesan crusted grouper is always one of my favorite dishes to get from there. The atmosphere and vibes here are amazing, especially the outdoor seating.

Went for a corporate dinner with teammates visiting from out of town and wanted to show them lovely Apollo Beach dining. We had a party of 7, they told us they would seat us when 5 arrived. So we had 5 of us there with last two moments behind, the hostess was rude and crass. We waited a couple minutes for the rest of the team and then we were sat at our table. Ok so we get a server named Brandi. She was rude and would say “what do you want” to each of us but would say it with attitude, like we were inconveniencing her by being there. We still made the time to enjoy our company though. Good came, I ordered my steak raw, it looked beautiful, I cut it open, and it was medium well. I didn’t want any backlash from Brandi so I just asked her to box it up. I will say, the scenery is beautiful, the appetizers were outstanding. I cut the bone off my steak and asked Brandi to box it separately because I was going to give it to my dog, and she didn’t, so he didn’t even get a treat. I have mixed feeling about returning. The drinks, apps, and scenery were wonderful. The service and the main course were not. I was extremely disappointed I didn’t get to take the bone home to my dog. I specifically ordered that steak for that exact reason.

Google
Listen this restaurant is top tier. We got there just before they closed and the hospitality was as if we walked in in in the middle of the day! Everyone was so nice and we felt so comfortable there. The food was really good I had the crab cakes and they were full of crab meat. The spinach dip was amazing as well as the grouper bites.

Yelp
Great atmosphere, but no draft beer and the Gator tail was awful. A glass for my beer would have kept it cold longer. Plastic cups are a no no especially outside in Florida.

Yelp
Circles is a great! My family and I frequent Circles because it's always a solid choice. The food is great, the service is friendly and the vibe is always casual and laid back. The last time I went, I got the salmon w/ broccoli and mashed potatoes. The salmon was fresh, the broccoli was earthy and the mashed potatoes were buttery and smooth.

Yelp
I'll start off with saying their grouper with orzo is so good. I love it. This is the dish that started me and my spouse with coming in. We have been a dozen times or so now. Love the berry salad with apple balsamic. We had been coming in at lunch. However, about a month ago we brought my in laws in for dinner, which the menu is completely different. We sat inside due to the weather being rather warm. It was very loud and even with a reservation it took forever to be seated. Our waiter was a bit of an ass and hardly showed up. We said nothing as he never really checked on us. Two of us got the fish with some sauce that was very heavy with soy sauce and soy was the prime thing you could taste so we bought spent time scraping the sauce off. The corn chowder my husband and father in law loved. My MIL got a pasta dish with seafood and she liked it noting it had a lot of seafood in it. Yet she barley ate it, so I do not think she was impressed but being pilot. My spouse enjoyed his dish. The appetizer was unmemorable and I can't recall what we got. My FIL got some type of crab dish which he liked as well. Our bill was nearly 300 by the time we left and no one was thrilled not worth what we paid. So yesterday we went in about 5:30. My husband wanted a burger and the chowder which he was happy with. I got a fish sandwich with kale slaw. The kale slaw is soaked in a mayo type of sauce and really you shouldn't be able to drink what you put on it. I didn't care for it. Nor did I care for the cod sandwich I tried to eat some of it without the super soggy bun but it was flavourless. I left the majority on the plate and stated to the waitress my thoughts. She offered to get me something else which I declined and glad I did so because apparently you still have to pay even if you do not eat it or like it. lol Nor was the service very good either. So for us in the future we will only come in for that one lunch menu item. It is on the dinner but then its more expensive because you have to get scallops which I don't eat. I was a bit disappointed last night but its ok my cheese and crackers I ate when I got home was much better tasting.

Yelp
Finally checked out Circles Waterfront Restaurant in Apollo Beach for lunch, and it was such a vibe! The atmosphere is super relaxed with a marina setting and beautiful waterfront views. They don't take reservations since it's first come, first served, but the space is pretty spacious so you don't feel cramped. Perfect spot for a laid-back meal by the water and Dog friendly! I definitely will come back! What I ordered: - BADASS FISH SPREAD - CRAB CAKES - CRISPY COD SANDWICH - NOD TO PDQ

Yelp
We love this place. It's our go to for seafood and drinks. We bounce from the main patio to the Clam Hammer. The Crab BLT is the best sandwich ever. We decided to move here while eating the Crab BLT and having some vacation drinks. AKA Rum Runner. We came on a Monday evening with out of town family. Everyone including the kids had a great meal. Zippy was awesome. Took care of every detail.

Yelp
I stopped in while traveling from Orlando to Venice Beach for the weekend solely based on so many great gluten free reviews. It did not disappoint! This is a large restaurant on the marina and we were seated outside under the porch with refreshing misting fans, making August outdoor dining enjoyable! We arrived for lunch and appreciated the lunch alcohol prices! The El Grande Orgasmo was light and refreshing. I shared a half order of the peel and eat shrimp, which were huge, with a nice balance of both crunchy and creamy. The fresh catch was grilled to perfection with a light blackened seasoning. The menu didn't mention that the potatoes were fried so I was a little disappointed by that and didn't eat them. The service was quick and the server was friendly. I appreciate the seperate bathrooms for men and women! We will definitely return next time that we are in the area!

Yelp
Enjoy Circles, especially with friends! Morgan is a stellar barkeep! We are hooked on the Ahi Tuna & the chicken bombers. The guys at the bar next to us had fried fish, which they said was good. I tried the Watermelon Marg. Yummers! Update: Went back yesterday. The bartender was just rude! He kept saying things under his breath. I could hear. He got mad that we asked him to wipe the bar. He is consistently rude and he should not wonder why there was only one guy at the bar when we got there. We live around the corner and if this guy with his baseball cap and reflective sunnies think he is too cool, we won't sit at the bar when he's there. It's a shame, but all the other servers and bartenders are sweet. Overall, we dig the new vibe up there! Thanks for listening.

Yelp
Came to Circles for a late lunch on a boat day over the weekend. Plenty of space to pull your boat up. I love all the amazing murals all over the restaurant, even in the bathroom stalls. To drink I order a virgin pina colada which I loved. For lunch I ordered the sesame chicken bombs which were really good. Service was great and my phone died after taking all the photos of the murals. I really appreciate our waitress finding a phone charger for me.

Yelp
The best Fish tacos! Early bird specials are great!! Can't beat the view! Service is good!!!

Yelp
I just left Circles. At 5:45 pm on a Thursday it was pretty empty. The hostess took us to the first table past the hostess stand , which is also next to the patio door to the hot outdoors. I asked to be seated away from those areas. She told me she couldn't because she had to keep her server rotation. I told her I wouldn't sit there and she just put the menus on the table , said "enjoy", and zipped out of sight. I caught her on my way out and she denied saying that, but made no effort to fix the situation. We live down the street and eat here occasionally. If we are going to start being treated poorly we can go elsewhere . In fact we did! I'm having a lovely Osso Bucco at The Vineyard, also on AB blvd. They have a great bar, excellent food, fair prices. Oh yeah, they have friendly service every time. To Circles- I'm sure your servers don't appreciate a hostess that drives away business on a light evening. I'm sure they would have been happy to be flexible on the table location and some $$, rather than none.

Yelp
Great ambiance. Terrific staff. Terribly overcooked food. Short version: came on Valentine's Day at 6pm and waited an hour (able to get drinks at the bar luckily) for insanely overpriced and overcooked food. Super disappointed in the meal so we skipped dessert. Staff was great though and all in good moods on what is a very stressful holiday to work in service industry. I appreciate them and their attitudes! Long version: no reservations so we came expecting to wait. Arrived to a packed parking lot where security seemed to be guiding cars. It was packed but we got lucky with a spot within a minute. Put our name and cell down for a 50 minute wait. Expected so no problem. They have a cocktail lounge area but it was packed too so we sauntered back to the bar in Circles which had two open chairs so we sat and the bartenders served us drinks happily. We waited just over 60 minutes but that was fine since we chatted over drinks and had a seat inside. We get sat in the courtyard by the stage which was a beautiful and intimate area. We had French onion soup and calamari for appetizers which didn't take long to come out. We were planning on ordering everything immediately but were thrown a curveball with the special valentines menu when we were Sat so we took a moment to review that before ordering. French onion soup was 10/10. Something about the burnt cheese flavor on it was different from others I've had that elevated the flavor. Calamari was 4/10. Below average because the batter had no flavor, almost like it was fried in an oil I didn't care for the taste of or something. Their dipping sauce tasted homemade which I appreciated. Tasted fresh but it was a bit watery to me. There was a decent portion though and I appreciate that! I ordered the Italian shrimp pasta which was clearly baking in the window as the tips of the penne were hard and chewy. The flavor seemed fine but I really only had a few bites before I was basically full from eating slowly and drinking/waiting for the entrees. 4/10? My partner got the salmon, garlic parm potatoes, and French fries. Salmon was wildly overcooked. Not like it was baking in the lamps but like it was purposefully cooked well done. It was chalky. And paired with the dry potatoes - had me chugging my water. I could've forced it down with mashed potatoes better I'm sure. 1/10 The French fries were not fresh. Somewhat warm but almost like half were oldddd in the window and they sprinkled some "fresh" ones on top to give the impression of fresh fries. 4/10 For the prices you're paying (like $27 for my pasta idk for salmon), you definitely don't expect everything to come out so overcooked. I really want to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's Valentine's Day but also you know what to expect on a night like that so idk...need a better expo manager maybe? To fire food that stale is just unbelievable. If my partner wasn't there I probably would've sent the salmon back and asked for a refund on that. Would I ever personally choose to come back? No I don't think so. Even if the food was at its best, I can't imagine it being worth the prices we paid. (Except the French onion soup!) Drinks were good/fine. Piña colada tasted a bit watery but not bad overall.

Yelp
I cannot rave about this place enough! The atmosphere is unmatched and the staff is beyond sweet. Their drinks are great and reasonably priced. I got a tequila lime soda and it was only $7. My mom and I went for dinner a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. There is typically a wait if you go on the weekend and we were told that it would be 30 minutes. They have the most adorable tropical outside waiting area that has palm trees and sand with tables so you can order drinks before even sitting down! Huge plus in my book! We only ended up waiting 10 minutes and got a great spot. The only thing is I wish they did live music. They have a stage but since Covid, our server told us, they have not had people performing unfortunately. They have easily accessible free parking and a great indoor area if the heat is too much. I got the crab BLT with a side salad and let me tell you it was the bomb diggity! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing fun outdoor dinner spot!

Yelp
It has been sometime since our last visit, as we have been dining more frequently at restaurants in the Tampa area. One reason is that the restaurant no longer accepts reservations and the wait for a table can be quite long. We had friends visiting, who enjoy going to Circles with us when they visit, so we arrived a little earlier on a Saturday night and we were able to avoid a long wait. We took a table on the deck next to the inside dining room. Service has always been an issue here and this experience was no different. Long waits throughout the process led to a 2 hour plus event Generally, I have always found the food to be pretty good. However, this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the Rib Eye & Gulf Shrimp which was a 10oz center cut Rib Eye and Shrimp in a scampi type sauce. The steak was extremely fatty and not tender at all. It had to cut it into very small pieces to eat it. The shrimp was very good, as was mashed potatoes (w/ bacon, cheddar cheese and chives). The green beans and carrots were a bit too Al dente for me. I am reluctant to return again as I do not see the value in comparison to other restaurants in the region

Yelp
Yesterday, I went for lunch at the Circles. I always love going there, but yesterday my server, Lauron was awful. Everything was perfect until after my appetizer, I asked her for new utensils. She told me she can't because they are limited on utensils and I had to keep the dirty one which of course, I refused. She came back, dropped the new set at my table and completely ignored me. When she finally came, gave me so much attitude. It was very disappointing because I often have lunch there and always bring my friends for dinner. When I'm paying for my services, I like to be treated well, so I think I have to find a new place.

Yelp
Good 3/5 Service 4/5 View/Ambiance 5/5 Fun: good vibe Menu is "Waterfront Basic" but good Everything seems overly seasoned (salt) and considering the average age of the patrons, maybe consider some low-sodium items !

Yelp
My wife and I had our engagement dinner here 7 years ago, and had an amazing time. We came back for lunch today for the first time (we live out of state), and had such a great experience. The steak sandwich was incredible, the frozen drinks were amazing, and our server Jenny was fabulous, even after dealing with a nasty customer at the next table. Thank you to Jenny and the Circles team for providing us with another wonderful memory.

Yelp
From the service friendly service to the gorgeous views and onto the perfectly executed food. Very reasonably priced and a fantastic evening.

Yelp
The location is great, right out on the water with some boats docked. There are plenty of fans to keep you cool. We had their watermelon margarita and spicy margarita. They were pretty basic. Not good enough for us to want to order a 2nd drink. As for the food, the mahi mahi was cooked good, but the sides were lacking any flavor. The rice was not good at all. The texture and flavor tasted like something that comes out of a microwave meal. My bro in law said his surf n turf was decent. The crab and clam chowder was just a bowl of creamy chowder. We asked if there was any bread or crackers we could buy to eat it with, but our waitress just laughed. This restaurant is not bad, but for the price we paid, there are many better options. It's one and done for my fam.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of dining at a waterfront restaurant today. It offers a variety of seating options with beautiful views of the water. The restaurant is renowned for its fresh, made-to-order dishes prepared with the highest quality standards. Being located dockside, they receive fresh local seafood directly from the docks. If not locally sourced, the seafood is imported and flown in overnight to ensure freshness. It is never frozen. Their soups are homemade, and their entrees are prepared to order. I believe the owner's mother still makes all the desserts. The service was very warm and sincere. I highly recommend you save this spot to visit.its a 10!

Yelp
Circles is a good spot to meet up with visitors from out of town- the waterfront vibe is nice. I personally prefer the outdoor seating to indoors. Our last visit involved a journey to the Lounge while waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. It was a little odd, but with a pre-dinner drink, kid in a hammock, and waterfront views it ended but being a nice wait.

Yelp
Good Food, Good Service ,Great location - went for lunch on a beautiful Saturday expecting a long wait and was pleasantly surprised by being seated immediately on the terrace with a great view of the bay and docks. Ordered the Italian chicken pasta -Sliced breast of chicken with sausage, peppers ,mushroom in a light white wine cream sauce , generous portion - VERY good. Wife ordered the Lump crab BLT -bacon was crispy, ripe tomato, big scoop of lump crab meat on a croissant bun , came with a salad of greens, mango, cucumber , macadamia nuts in a citrus dressing - she loved it all. Our server was Samantha who did a great job, personable , fast and friendly.-if you're in the area I highly recommend.. not cheap but worth it .

Yelp
Nice location next to Manatee viewing center. The lunch menu is great and affordable. Very nice waterfront view with inside/outside option. Service was fine but coulda been a little nicer. Great place to dine when you see the manatee.

Yelp
I love this restaurant. Service is great, food, delicious. One thing. Very stingy on the drinks

Yelp
I LOVE this establishment!! The atmosphere, food, service, and staff are great! Located on the marina waterfront, the decor is absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommend fro dinner or just to visit the bar to watch a sunset...Well worth the visit.

Yelp
We went to dinner with a group and friends (6 of us), we sat inside due to the heat and humidity (even though a lot of other customers sat outside - they have fans with misting on the deck to help keep customers cool). I had the steak sandwich, which was excellent (messy to say the least). My wife had the Crack is Whack Shrimp app has her main, and as always - loved it! We will continue to comeback!!

Yelp
I went here with a group for a quarterly meet up and this was my first time here and I really enjoyed myself. We did have to wait until the majority of our party was there which was fine. Ustess was our server and he was amazing. I made us feel comfortable and even provided us with a few laughs. I had got the fried grouper sandwich and it was hot and fresh! The overall experience was good. We might've stayed a little too long because management started to clear our table while we were still sitting. But nonetheless I would love to come back and try more of their menu items and maybe in the evening to see how it is during sunset.

Yelp
I recently moved to the Apollo Beach area, and had been recommended Circles a few times. I finally got the chance to go over the weekend, and I was pleasantly surprised with how much I loved it! We sat close to the marina and the views were really nice. For drinks, my group got a 24oz strawberry daiquiri, 24oz piña colada, and old fashioneds. All of the drinks were so delicious. If the food didn't leave us full, we would have definitely ordered more drinks! For an appetizer, we shared grouper bites. I am still dreaming about them since we left. They were crispy and fell apart. Melt in your mouth good! I would go back to Circles just off them alone. Highly recommend that as an app. For my entree, I got the grouper and scallops. The whole plate gets a 10/10 for me. There was a lemon butter sauce on the bottom that was to die for and really complimented the seafood perfectly. I enjoyed my experience at Circles and will be returning soon!

Rachel B.

Yelp
Wow what a place! It's a little piece of heaven in every corner. Amazing food, fantastic service, the atmosphere and variety of surroundings was amazing! Zach is the greatest so go see him!

Yelp
This is the second time now that we have waited over an hour for our food to arrive. The restaurant is not even that busy. Something needs to change folks. A lot of rules on your side, but not performing too good.

Yelp
Great restaurant with a waterfront/Marina view. I really liked that they have two different seating areas. The outdoor area is chill, beachy, with Hawaiian vibes, and right next to the waterfront with a beautiful view. The indoor area is more elegant. We sat outside where you can see the sunset and the marina. I feel like I need to come back and try different types of dishes because I really loved the place, the atmosphere, the drinks, and the service, but the food this time didn't impress me. We ordered some fish bites and they were bland, no flavor. My husband ordered some fish tacos, which were very tasty (the best thing we ordered), and I tried the mussels. They looked spectacular, the sauce was very good, but the mussel meat had no flavor and was kind of raw, and the bread that came with the dish was a little burnt--4/10 /: About the drinks, I tried the citrus-berry sparkler, was delicious. The atmosphere was great, with a beautiful view, background music, good vibes, and excellent service.
google avatar

Michael Y.

Yelp
Server very nice. Started with crack is wack shrimp. Prob the best thing on the menu. Batter on shrimp awesome sauce on it awesome. Got the Mediterranean salad with shrimp. Salad nice gave a ton of olives which I love. Dressing eh nothing special. Shrimp so salty felt like I was licking the ocean. Also got the crab BLT. Really good sandwich with a nice amount of lump crab. Had the red sangria. Kind of water downed not much flavor. Desert was crème Brulé. Was nice. The vibe of the place was very boring and quiet. For outdoor dining music would be nice. Bit over priced for the overall experience.

Yelp
I love a good spot on/near the water like this. Super casual, great food decent drinks, and a killer view. The downside to most places like this is you don't normally get it all in one spot. I love Salt Shack in Tampa but the crowds are insane and the food, while good, is pricey for what it is. And, in most places, the menu looks pretty much the same. Again - not a bad thing, but you could cycle through it pretty quickly. Circles is not QUITE as "on the water" as Salt Shack but checks all of the other boxes. I was surprised at just how good to the food was, and the menu is pretty expansive. I'm usually in the market for a grouper sandwich, and they definitely have that...but you can also get more elaborate seafood and even a good steak if you wanted. The drinks are made strong and are reasonably priced, and when it's super hot, there are misters everywhere to help cool you down. There's also an inside...but meh. Outside is way better. Grab a table, or post up at the bar. Consider this a go-to spot if you are in the Apollo Beach area.

David L.

Yelp
We have been going to Circles for over a year, first date, birthdays, anniversaries literally any excuse to go there. The food has always been perfect, affordable and the service is A+ We love the outside eating area especially at night.

Erica S.

Yelp
Pretty disappointed in the service we received . Went to the outside bar with some family that was visiting early afternoon . We just wanted to grab a drink and enjoy the view. We walked up to the bar to order a drink and the bartender said he couldn't serve us because there were no more seats open at the bar , so literally right behind us were open bar tables and chairs , so I said ok can I order a drink and we will sit down right here at the bar tables ... and he said no because there weren't any servers . To which I said , oh that's ok we don't need servers we weren't ordering food just wanted to order a drink from the bar and sit . And he proceeded to tell us we couldn't . I was just so confused and dumbfounded . We left and went next door where you can order and drink and sit and enjoy . I'm not sure why they would turn down business that way .

Yelp
Nice ambiance. Indoor and outdoor option. We sat inside because the night was warm. The food was just okay. I had crab cakes as an appetizer, my husband got peeled shrimp, and for dinner I had salmon with a baked potato and asparagus. The crab cakes had a cream sauce on it that I did not prefer. It's not that the sauce was bad, but I'm not a creamy sauce person. The salmon was DRY! It was cheap salmon, similar to what you could buy at Walmart in the freezer. My husband sent his food back. He had a, "seafood princess" meal and honestly, it looked like slop. My husband said the sauce on his food, smelled and tasted sour. Our waiter was very kind however and didn't have a problem sending the food back to the kitchen. My husband got grilled grouper with vegetables instead. One of our highlights was our drinks. I had a watermelon and coconut mocktail. It was frozen and quite delicious. Not necessarily a mocktail girly, but it worked for tonight. We'll possibly come again to try and have a better experience.

Yelp
Our server kind of forgot about us and did not check on us and never gave me a drink refill. But I enjoyed the fish sandwich with green beans.

Yelp
For the Apollo Beach area, I rate this restaurant the best in the area. The food's always good and the service is spot on.

Yelp
We sat outside - view is awesome and had heaters. The service is good. Also had a grouper sandwich and fish dip app. Everything was really delicious. The bathrooms and set of bathrooms isn't great. They're really public restrooms that the restaurant uses. Not super clean.

Yelp
Had a great time at Circles with my family. Even though I didn't get but one picture of my food, every appetizer and entree we order was great. Larry our server was amazing. He was very attentive with the large party we had. We sat outside and the weather could have not been better. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star because the hostess kept telling us what they can't do instead of telling us let me see if we can accommodate you. Other than that everything is was great.

Yelp
The food was just not good. It was edible. Very little seasoning on lukewarm food. My husband and I love seafood and neither of us are amazing chefs, and we both can cook so much better! It was sustenance at best. It's on the water and it's kind of pretty, but you have to sit where there's a view. It's too expensive to taste like fast food. Not even good fast food. Honestly maybe 3 stars was too generous, but they weren't rude and the dining room was clean. They just need to learn to season the food and serve it hot.

Yelp
Circles was absolutely a treat. The food was good everything from the appetizers to the main courses. I love the barbecue shrimp. And my surf and turf was perfectly cooked. Everything was flavorful as well. My server was sweet. I did enjoy her. And the restaurant is big and a little confusing lol they have a lot of outdoor seating and a lot of seating in general. Very nice restaurant. I will visit again. Enjoyed my total experience. Keep up the good work.

Yelp
Fresh seafood, great view and a fun server! We came after Circles was recommended by two separate locals. I didn't get the impression that there are many places in Apollo Beach to eat at that weren't chain restaurants. What a great experience and we never felt rushed to leave by our server. In fact we had so much fun talking to her that we stayed about 2 hours eating, laughing and watching the sunset. Bonus, being from the upper midwest we don't have dolphins in Lake Michigan lol so it's a treat to see them in the harbor. Food was tasty, drinks had a generous pour and view was perfect. The outside was just what you'd expect from a harbor side restaurant. If you like outdoor dining, it won't disappoint and definitely enhance your dining experience.
