Tonight was the first time in. The venue was so cool and unique. Gregory the bartender was amazing. He truly cared about my drink, service, and happiness. The patrons around me were bubbly and enjoying the experience. What can you say when an experience is memorable? Here are some of mine...

My friends and I braved the Friday traffic going downtown. It was 8:00 PM and we were however, surprised by the welcoming service we got. Francisco, who is very energetic and knowledgeable, didn't just greeted us as movie stars - he also took the time to show us around and provided useful information. We sat at the bar and order appetizers. We found the food was above par compared to some other fine restaurants and the service excellent. Make sure you try the Roasted Eggplant and the Carpaccio - they are to die for! We look forward to heading back to Circo soon! ~Thoughts become things; choose the good ones! #elpostdelatia

The ambience was a everything one could wish for in a restaurant!!! And the seafood pasta I had was honestly the best I've ever had now I'm addicted lol

This brand new restaurant is absolutely delectable. I only tried one of their craft cocktails and the ravioli appetizer, but was super impressed with both. The sauce the ravioli was in made me want to lick the plate. Super elegant place, great for a fancy date night out on the town!

I made a reservation for my boyfriend’s birthday two nights before, and the next day they immediately called me and asked what the occasion was for, and I told them it was for a birthday, and they did everything in their power to ensure the night was spectacular. Right when we walked in we were greeted and everyone there said happy birthday to my boyfriend and that sat us down in the best seat. Then the manager proceeded to introduce himself after the meal and gave us a tour around the whole restaurant. We were treated with the utmost respect, and I have never had such a great experience at a restaurant before. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind to us and ensuring that we had the best night possible.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had in the world. When you come here, you don't just come for the food. You come for the entire experience. It was an an amazing experience from the moment my wife and I walked through the door. The service and food was on an entirely different level than anything in Dallas. My two favorite dishes were the Duck Tordelli and the Dover Sole. Impeccable dishes by Chef Eddy. Also, you cannot leave until you've had the Creme Brulée. There will never be a better Creme Brulée in your life. Overall, the entire experience was worth it all. My wife and I will definitely be coming back.
