"Apples sourced from nearby orchards get fermented into refreshing ciders at Citizen’s Burlington taproom. Try a flight to taste a variety of ciders on draft or choose from a list of cider-centric cocktails like the “Cold Fashioned”: bourbon, Angostura bitters, ice cider and Citizen’s Unified Press." - Heather Platt

Google
Nice spot. Atmosphere is pleasant and cool. We didnt see any wheelchair ramps. If you come with a stroller or a wheelchair ♿️ good luck 😅 Wings was nice! Cider was good also, many varieties Burger was one hit and one miss. Smoky smash ✅ classic smash was ok, not our favourite Nice place

Google
Citizen Cider served up some great Hard Cider on our quick, but good visit to this establishment! We dropped by Citizen Cider on a weekend afternoon between 3 and 6pm, the establishment was not busy. We unfortunately did not grab food on this visit as we were on our way to another event where food would be served, so we settled on a flight of hard cider and an order of chips and queso dip for a quick visit. The flight we ordered was of the sweeter variety of ciders on tap and we enjoyed them immensely! We regret that we couldn't dine here, but considering we cannot give an honest recommendation on food, we can definitely recommend the hard cider!

Google
Not quite done for the day, it's time for another round of drinks and food. Citizen Cider was open until 8 so when I got here in a rainstorm at 7, it was quiet. Still serving and happy for the business. I chose a pint of The Unified Press and an order of the Crispy Brussels, both of which arrived swiftly. The cider was semi-dry with just a bit of sweetness. A perfect nightcap. The Brussels sprouts was a big portion and half of it went into a to go box. But the first half, I enjoyed very much until it was closing time. This was a lovely way to end my day of exploring Burlington. Nice warm spot, friendly service and great eats/drinks. I am only bummed that they were sold out of their non-alcoholic The Clean Mayor to bring a pack back home to my wife.

Google
Had the spinach dip and a flight of the classic 4 ciders. Two real good ones, but flight was dragged down by one I personally did not enjoy. I’m going to flag the spinach dip as do not order, it was NOT good, tasted off some bone, and I barely touched it despite its high price. Just do a full meal if you’re really needing food. Good vibe though!

Google
Stopped in for a flight and lunch. I wish they’d let you pick your own flavors in the flight, but that wasn’t enough to detract from the experience. Great service, good drinks, and creative food options. Loved the elote tacos!

Brittany Breeden

Google
Amazing little place if you’re looking to take a break from walking around Burlington. We really enjoyed the giving tree flight. Also recommend the watermelon mint feta appetizer.

Google
We were planning to just grab a drink and then go somewhere else for dinner, but the menu here looked better than the one that was recommended. We shared the chicken sandwich and the poutine. I gave them 4 stars for food because the poutine was okay, although I wish it had more meat on it. The chicken sandwich was very good, though. Loved the vibe and atmosphere here.

Google
Delicous food with lots of gluten free options, super friendly and attentive staff. All the ciders are amazing, try the flights. Great for sharing so you can try them all. Dog friendly patio, even bring out a water bowl!

Kim G.

Yelp
Cool little spot, not a lot of people there on a Friday early afternoon, so quiet and comfortable. The servers were attentive and friendly, lots of good recommendations. We weren't really hungry so we just shared some fries but they were well seasoned and came with a yummy house sauce. I got a cider flight, the ones I tried were on the sweet side which was perfect for me but there were also plenty to try if you enjoy a dry cider or a hopped cider.

Danielle V.

Yelp
A must stop when you are in Burlington. They have flights of cider and we literally tried them all and there wasn't one I didn't like. Not too sweet and you can actually taste the fruit or whatever flavor profile they are trying to accomplish. We only got pretzels with cheese but all the food looked really good and they had lots of pub food options. The bar tender was super nice and the vibe was fun. They had lots of seating and a big bar and in the summer a whole outside to sit out.

Yelp
We were so excited to stop in here as our first stop on our day trip to Vermont while on vacation in Lake George, NY (second week of May). We found parking in the lot right in front! Walked in and were told they were having plumbing issues so they couldn't serve us, anything. So we made the best of it and bought a mixed case of cider! The staff was super friendly! They do have indoor and outdoor seating so on a nice day outside would be perfect! We definitely want to visit Vermont again so we will stop in next time to spend more time there!

Yelp
We stumbled on this place while exploring Burlington, and what a great place! They have a ton of ciders, cocktails, craft beers, and even some mocktails. They offer a variety of appetizers, sides, and burgers as well, but we just stopped in for a drink. We ordered a flight, fan favorites, and enjoyed all of them. The Dirty Mayor was the best in our opinion, but the very close second was the Americran! Staff is quick and knowledgeable about the drinks and flavors. They have plenty of seating inside and a nice patio, where we were able to get a table. You get a view of the lake of in the distance, and the area is pretty quiet, away from the chaos of downtown a few blocks away. There is a decent parking lot but also signs to direct you to other parking if needed.

Chance K.

Yelp
Main takeaway: do not order a flight. The cider here was decent and they have some creative flavors. Unfortunately, the service was quite underwhelming and frankly, rude. My boyfriend and I wanted to sample a few ciders, so we ordered a flight. The bartender did not even fill the taster glasses half full, and to pour salt on the wound, the "draft" cocktail was poured directly from a can. There was maybe one sip of each cider. When I returned to the bar to ask for fairer pours, the bartender ignored me. They should either get smaller glasses or call it a "tasting flight." Either way, the experience left a bad taste in our mouthes and I wouldn't recommend others to stop by. Go to a brewery instead!

Katelin D.

Yelp
Their house made veggie burger was one of the best while traveling through Burlington. The town in general was good for actual, house-made veggie burgers. So often restaurants take the lazy route and use a manufactured meat substitute or frozen Patty. Their ciders are top notch! A fun variety for everyone, even if you don't like cider. They had so many options from dry to sweet. My favorite was the dirty mayor a ginger cider. Service was great! We would recommend this stop and definitely be back on our next trip!

Mike K.

Yelp
The perfect place to visit between Lunch and Dinner on a cold day in Vermont. I've tried their ciders at restaurants in the past, so when I saw it on the map I made a point to stop in. It was a lively atmosphere and was very busy. We were seated right away and started sampling the ciders and mixed drinks. We tried OG Flight, Fresh & Fruity Flight & Stranger Things Flight, so got a good sample of most of their products. Ultimately the Sweet Tooth Cider at 5.0% abv was our favorite, but be warned it is SWEET! Fun time and good hour abs half excursion if your looking for something to do.

Karen N.

Yelp
Located in the South End of Burlington. I like Ciders, so this was a must visit. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and we sat the bar. It was a Friday afternoon and not very crowded. When you walk in, there is all the ciders available to purchase. We tried the Giving Tree Flight. I was excited to try the Radler included, but surprisingly the Sweet Tooth Cider was my favorite, even though sweet . They have a decent selection of merchandise ! Overall, a refershing afternoon stop.

Yelp
This is always one of my first stops whenever I'm in Vermont. I've never been much of a beer drinker and have always leaned more towards cider. Citizen Cider has some of the best, most unique flavors of cider - can y'all come out to Utah?! We stopped by for an early lunch on Sunday and were told they just released a new menu. I was honestly a little overwhelmed by it - there were so many amazing choices for cocktails and food! I started off with their cider/mimosa special which I believe they only serve on the weekends? It was delicious. I then moved on to their "Stick Season" cocktail, aptly named after Vermont's season between fall and winter and the viral TikTok sound. It was SO yummy. They had so many cocktails and cider options to choose from, and also had some pre-curated cider flights that you can order which we appreciated! We ordered the pretzel bites as an appetizer and holy crap, they were AMAZING. Definitely get the pretzel bites! Perfectly salted, deliciously doughy and perfect, and the beer cheese it comes with?! WOW. We kept it on the table and used it as a dipping sauce for our french fries when our main dishes arrived. I got the kale caesar salad with a veggie patty on top. Their veggie patties are really unique and interesting, I really enjoyed it! The caesar came with shaved parm and the perfect amount of dressing. They offer a small and a large salad size, and I would recommend the small especially if you're ordering it with a protein. The small was the perfect size, and the kale was very filling. To top it off, our server was incredible. I didn't catch her name, but a huge shout out to the host/server who was working on Sunday morning (11/20). She was so lovely and kind. Can't wait for the next time to stop by! Citizen Cider is on my short list of places I always visit when I'm in town.

Yelp
Loved the atmosphere of this place. Really cute decorations and great flights for $9. Very good bang for your buck. I didn't get food here but everything around me looked good and everyone seemed very happy. Quick service and large menu. You can buy lots of cans to go as well. It's in a great area so can walk around from that to other destinations as well which is nice

Tucker B.

Yelp
Look at this nasty black mold inside Citizen Cider's walk in refrigerator. Ingestion and consumption of black mold can be fatal to humans. This is a major health violation, not to mention DISGUSTING. Stay far away from this nasty place.

Olivia W.

Yelp
Decent sized indoor space, the amount of ciders on tap was a lot more than I expected and the atmosphere was good all around. Plenty of parking :) We only had cider here, but I would come back for food, it looked really good coming out of the kitchen.

Lynn N.

Yelp
This place is great! I had the fan favorites flight (dirty mayor, americran, little thicket, and sweet tooth) and ended up liking the americran so much that I got another pour of that! The sweet tooth was delightful and I'll probably pick up a four pack next time I see it. For food we got the Seoul tots which were delicious and very generous (we ordered a large). Our hungry eyes had also ordered a side of the fries which were tasty but we probably will just stick with the Seoul tots next time. Because there will be a next time!

Brianna M.

Yelp
Loved it here. Having been a citizen cider fan for a while we stopped here on our way to a concert in Burlington. The place itself was adorable - very industrial rustic vibe. The food was good. I got the smash burger, my boyfriend got the pulled pork sandwich, and we split their chips and queso. We enjoyed their ciders as well - only one we weren't a huge fan of. The staff was also so friendly and laid back.

Emily B.

Yelp
This was a cool spot to stop in Burlington. Plenty of parking, nice area, friendly staff. I got a cider flight which was the perfect amount of each cider type to try. I can see why Burlington is famous for their cider! We didn't get any food because we went after dinner, but they had a limited menu of bar food. I would recommend stopping here if you're in the city!

Monica S.

Yelp
We got the flight first. The one with the Dirty Mayor. And we were so smitten by this that we ended up bringing 2 packs of the ciders home. All the ciders were very good and refreshing. We also got the Brussels sprouts to pair with. Amazing flavors and very warm service. I look forward to being back there again. We have had a variety of hard ciders but so far nothing has come even remotely close to Dirty Mayor.

Dan D.

Yelp
Despite the ready availability of Citizen product all over the northeast, it's worth coming here for the unique brewery-only flavors and the fantastic bar food they serve with it. I demolished the Korean BBQ tacos. The balance of textures came together in every bite: pulled chicken, a toasted tortilla, and a creamy mayo perfectly pierced by acidic cabbage. I couldn't resist ordering the kimchi dog after that. I wish the color inside had been less pink, but the roasted skin, moist beef, spicy kimchi mayo and toasted, halfway-cut bun made it tasty and textured. For drinks, I went the Dirty Mayor - which adds a ginger complement to their standard Unified Cider - and a mango passion fruit seltzer, which I wanted to be sweeter. I originally tried the Five Sisters Fizz cocktail, but sent it back for having too much aperol. They apologized. All in all, a glorious place to bask in the golden hour sunset.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise this cidery was! We had three ciders from Citizen Cider and just simply loved them! The first cider we had was the For Shore. A gose style cider that was simply amazing! It had a great fruity and floral flavor to it that was so refreshing! Next up was another amazing one. The Tulsi Cider was a wonderful basil cider that we both thoroughly enjoyed! Great basil highlights are on your taste buds with this one. Well balanced where it's not too bold or too subtle or bland. The third one I enjoyed as much as the other two. It was the Dirty Mayor, a spiced and herbal cider that was once again absolutely fantastic! Floral and refreshing once again on this third cider from Citizen! Wonderful, wonderful cider! You are in for a real treat with this one! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Had a few drinks at Citizen Cider on Saturday afternoon. The ciders I tried were okay, I would recommend sticking to basics. However, they need to get their seating and ordering system improved to not drive people away. Quality: During our visit I tried four of their Ciders. I started with Unified Press, their flagship, which was probably my favorite of the day. The Baker's Dozen, a cider donut inspired flavor was too sweet and seemed to miss out on cinnamon as an addition. The Coddiwompler, a hazy passion fruit cider was extremely intense and not for me, definitely a try before you buy. Finally, we had Brose a rose style with blueberries was a good pick when looking for something a little more out there, but still cider at its core. Honestly, the way the food looked, it would be the bigger draw for me to return than the cider. Quantity: Standard pours, flights were a little on the light end. Value: $8 for a Draft Pour. $10 for a Flight. Ambiance: Citizen Cider is a restaurant and cidery located south of downtown Burlington. They are on the second floor of a building, which has a wrap around deck with outdoor seating. Once inside they have the bar to the right and then a large dining area, and they have a second dining area towards the back. They decorated for Halloween with a few of the staff members really going all out. Crowd: Not as packed as you would think for a place with a massive wait. Service: Chaotic. Also, not clear why they left so many tables open and kept a long wait list. Parking: Large shared parking lot.

Chris B.

Yelp
Hey! These are really good cider brews . They have different flights to do. Try these as their apples are all from the area. Well worth the stop in after strolling through Church St.

Ally C.

Yelp
One of my favorite cideries! Besides having some amazing flavored ciders, the food and atmosphere are great too! I always like to do a flight with some seasonal ciders to get something I wouldn't normally get at any restaurant. This time we got the cheese dip and pretzels and I don't think my boyfriend has stopped talking about it since! The pretzels were perfectly salted and the cheese was the perfect consistency. The tacos were also a good addition! And to finish raving, the service was great and they got us a seat right when we got there.

Carl Z.

Yelp
Friendly service and good food. I had the beet salad with chicken, seasoned well. The Mac n cheese was great as were the maple wings. Oh the cider doesn't suck either. Dirty major is my fave.

Chipper J.

Yelp
This place was amazing! I had the poutine for an appetizer and macaroni with pulled pork for the entree. The poutine was some of the best I've ever had. The gravy is made with their cider. It was simply amazing. I've had poutine all over Quebec and this beats most of them. The macaroni was lacking. It wasn't very cheesy, hardly any cheese at all. The pork I added saved the dish. The pork was an extra $3. But it's some of the best pork I've ever had, very sweet and tender. Their ciders were very good. The service was quick and attentive. Overall I had a good experience.

Emma T.

Yelp
The concept of this place is cool. Friendly staff and lots of options. I got the flight which was based on fruit ciders and I wasn't a fan. The flavor was lacking on all of them in my opinion. I should've tried the original flight. I probably would have preferred that more. It was reasonably priced and I'd return to try some different ciders. People seemed to really like the food, but we weren't hungry as we had just eaten.

Annie T.

Yelp
One of our highlights of visiting Burlington was coming here for a cider flight. Great lofty open space, felt like dining outside. Casual but cute decor. Perfect respite from the heat during the summer. Friendly staff. My husband had made a reservation and we were seated right away when we arrived. We ordered all 3 flights they offered: the OG, the Cellar and the Fruit flight. They have cool names for their ciders. My favorite ones were the Unified Press (regular, semi dry) and the Brosé (the perfect marriage of a rose and blueberry cider). The golden spice (infused with tumeric) and the B cider (aged in honey) were also both refreshing. Straw-Bretty (co-fermented with strawberries and brett) tasted more like a kombucha. For food, we kept it light and went with their hot wings and a side salad. The salad had fresh greens, tomatoes and pickled red onions. I enjoyed it more than the wings. Overall we loved their ciders. The flights were fun and featured unique flavors. We took a pack of the Unified Press and Brosé back to Brooklyn. Will definitely come back in the future.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Totally awesome! Kaitlyn is an amazing bartender and was warm and welcoming. It was so nice to go somewhere in the region with happy flags. and I felt instantly at home. The Stranger Things flight was my hook. What a lovely flight! I also found a green tea cider, please tell your distributor to bring to Bushwick, ASAP. It was so wonderful! Do go, eat the food, relax and enjoy.

Lauren C.

Yelp
Great spot if you find your self getting tired of beer and want a change. They have a wide variety of cider, some traditional, some super unorthodox like espresso, habanero, turmeric, and rhubarb. They offer three different preset cider flights for $10 each. They also have a fairly extensive food menu that is very vegetarian- and vegan-friendly including vegetarian poutine.

Jessie T.

Yelp
Great variety of ciders and menu options. We ordered a dry flight, brussel sprout appetizer, and pineapple burger. All excellent! The burger was large-we split it and were full all evening. We sat on the patio with our two dogs.

Elena V.

Yelp
I've always found the food really mediocre and unappetizing. I used to find the employees kind of rude but it recently came out that management severely mistreats workers (after accounts from 30+ employees) -- so no wonder! There are so many better businesses in Burlington to support -- ones with better cider and food that value and respect their employees (not sexually harass them and create a toxic culture with no accountability).

Tariq Q.

Yelp
We stopped over to get cider based cocktails and other cider drinks. Just phenomenally courteous and helpful group of people especially Steve. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and service.

Ashley S.

Yelp
I have always thought the cider tasted weird. Must have been the misogyny. Zero stars.

Samantha P.

Yelp
Great ciders, cocktails and beer selection. Food was delicious. The only thing I would say is they seemed a little out of sorts was their service. However, it was still a fantastic place to stop by.

Tara B.

Yelp
Busy weekend in Burlington and we didn't know how easy it would be to walk in with our family of 5. Citizen Cider was perfect. Outside table allowed us to enjoy the wonderful weather. Everyone found something they enjoyed on the menu. Husband enjoyed his cider flight and I loved the cocktail special.

Adam K.

Yelp
Great place for cider and a hearty meal. We had a few ciders, the poutine, Mac and cheese, and a smash burger; all were delicious! Service was friendly and the atmosphere was nice, with a good view of lake Champlain.

Diana X.

Yelp
Love the flights and friendly service. The outdoor seating is awesome, especially with the sun setting. My favorite ciders were the turmeric (Turmeric Golden Spice and Strawberry). Breakdown below: + B Cider - kind of astringent. Not lot flavor of apples or honey. Like the concept of incorporating honey, but the execution needs work + Turmeric golden spice - amazing gamechanger of a cider. I want turmeric in all my ciders now, for the fall. The turmeric flavor comes through, but is just subtle enough and makes the cider taste healthy :) + Strawberry - subtle and delicious + Big juicy - almost a beer tasting cider. Preferred the other kinds of cider + Tulsi - nice idea and was really excited about the holy basil, but couldn't really taste the holy basil + Peach - slightly peachy but wish it were more so! But love that they use fresh peaches rather than relying on artificial flavors. They captured the juicy peach taste, but it felt watered down by the cider.

Teresa T.

Yelp
Probably one of my favorite cider houses ever. My husband and I stopped by for a late lunch after landing in Vermont. We got a few flights while waiting for a dining table and were really happy with the samples we got. Some of the flights have overlapping samples so sharing one between two people seems like the best bet. My favorite was the Brosé and Strawberry Crush. The ciders are a great balance of dry and sweet and the fruit flavors really shine in a non-artificial way. We were happy with our food, especially the Brussel sprouts and chicken wrap. The poutine was pretty meh and also very salty (we later figured out it was the gremolata sprinkled on top). The patio was really nice and the indoor also has lots of open air circulating. Huge fan of Citizen Cider and can't wait to go back!

Ryan H.

Yelp
One of the rare misses by Yelp. The drinks were ok, the appetizers were fantastic but the entrees were bland and overcooked.

Dylan M.

Yelp
The food was FANTASTIC! We did take out and our order was ready super fast and everything was so yummy. The restaurant seems like a really cool place to spend time, good music while we waited and interesting decorations. We ordered the poutine (fantastic), the hot honey mustard wings (melt in your mouth) and a house veggie burger that was perfect. The french fries were so good I will be dreaming about them!

Timothy T.

Yelp
We sat on the patio. Nice place in a good location. The kombucha was awesome. The cider was so/so. Tried a flight and really only like 1/5. The rest seems to taste the same. Fries and jam burger were good. Mac n cheese was great. All in all I'd come here again to eat.

Juliana W.

Yelp
On a relatively short visit to Burlington, I've already been there twice and won't be surprised if I go back a third time so that's saying something. A wide range of ciders and really interesting looking cider cocktails makes me appreciate the creativity of the folks running this place. service has been excellent And I had a kale salad chicken wrap, which was very very good. It's been a really welcome place where I can just sit and get some work done and not feel rushed like they're ready to get rid of me.

Mayce L.

Yelp
Service was good love the sweet cider they have but they don't have it to purchase! Overall food was good and love the outside seating!

Marissa R.

Yelp
We came here on a snowy afternoon to try some cider and grab a quick bite. We ordered a flight, some fries, and a sample of the virgin cider. Maybe our expectations were too high, but most of the flavors we ordered weren't much better than Angry Orchard. The AmeriCran flavor stole the show, but not enough to bring home or rave about. The virgin cider was fine; slightly carbonated and sweet. The fries (which reminded us Californians of In-N-Out) were amazing and I loved the aioli that came with them. Service was fine; she provided good recommendations and was quick to bring things out. Finally, watch out for big crowds. Based on the size of the place, you would think there would be plenty of seating. It was PACKED and we were lucky to grab a high top table as soon as someone else was leaving. A nice to-do if you're in the Burlington area, but definitely not a "must".

Cathy K.

Yelp
Chill, open space with really good food and even better cider. Definitely make sure you make reservations for indoor ahead of time. Really like that their "indoors" is really a partial outdoor with plenty of space between tables and fresh air. Poutine was surprisingly good with unique rosemary and fresh herbal flavor. Of all beers I brought back from Vermont, the Citizen Cider strawbretty was the best one!!!! Service is fast and friendly. Definitely would be a regular if I lived in Burlington.

Paul L.

Yelp
It's great that Vermont has finally updated its antiquated liquor laws (shoutout to my niece's husband at the Vermont Dept. of Ag. for helping to write the new law), and allowed restaurants to serve flights. I had a flight of all their special and seasonal ciders, which were all excellent, except one, which was not bad, it was just "meh." To be fair, they did say it was experimental, so... Anyway, our server was great, the food was great (we had large soft pretzels with a hot broccoli rabe cheddar dip), and the cider was outstanding! RL had one of the several craft cocktails made with cider as a primary ingredient. Hers had elderflower, pear juice and "Brose" cider. I'm sad that Citizen Cider isn't available outside of Vermont, but there is some Brose in my luggage ready to make the trek back to Hawaii!

Will M.

Yelp
Beware: Your Children are Second-Class Citizens at Citizen Cider We attempted to patronize Citizen Cider after several days of enjoying terrific experiences at neighboring breweries and restaurants. The whole group was looking forward to a good cider and a good time. Our dreams were dashed when we arrived in the early evening with *GASP* our children. It seemed that the staff could not imagine relinquishing four of their chairs to our little apple juice sipping degenerates. At shortly after 5 pm. On a Tuesday. At about 10% capacity. Accompanied by as many adults. I'll speak only to my personal interaction with the staff, which was limited to an exchange while I was the last to leave (I'd been interacting with the kids and missed the sour experience the other adults had). After I was told we were leaving, I asked the hostess who was standing with another employee "what happened?". My question was met with a grumpy tirade as if I had just walked in naked, swearing at everyone, screaming about how cider stinks and beer is better... Long story short, the staff just wasn't prepared that evening to host a few children and elected to be rude about it, slightly tarnishing what is otherwise a fairly good reputation. I look forward to visiting again when the kids have grown. By then I'll be older...hopefully they aren't rude to senior citizens as well.

Andrés B.

Yelp
The good -- proper covid protocols; good music, great cider The bad -- hostile staff; we went 2 days in a row, one without a reservation (understandable that there was no seating so we left, but waiter was rude), next day with a reservation we were sat in a back room with no music and next to the bathroom, music started almost an hour after we sat down, coincidentally when a second party was sat in the back room (if I wanted to drink cider in a room by myself I could've stayed in my living room) The ugly -- VT c19 protocols require food to be purchased with drinks (I think), which is fine, but most businesses take this as an opportunity to show their good food and potential to be more than a tasting room. CC charges 12 bucks for a salad that is frankly ridiculous; I wouldn't expect that size as a side salad, and COGS is probably $2 or less. Take this opportunity to feed your patrons a worthy meal, if you are charging entree salad prices!! Pic to illustrate the size compared to a normal playing card, okay taste but I'd have to spend $50 worth of salad to have a decent meal. Glad I didn't pay for the salad after complaining but would be great to avoid the inconvenience. If you want to serve this, call it a salad snack and charge $5 for it to avoid a feeling of being robbed. Ironically the server said they've never had any complaints, which baffles me.

Sara O.

Yelp
Great food. But why all the rules about the cider? First of all, why can you not make your own flight? When they are out of a cider on the predetermined flight, they substitute one in for you. Secondly, flight pours are not all the same size. I get it. The glasses are 5 ounces and your are pouring 4 ounces. But aren't all 4 ounce pours the same size? Lastly, you can only buy a 4 pack. And, then 4 of the same. No mixing and matching. Like I said, too many cider rules in this house.

Megan B.

Yelp
Went for Sunday morning and got some flights of cider. The place is huge, open, feels safe to social distance and has a lovely menu. The citizen cider with the sour cherry we got a 4 pack of. It's also got some games outside and open air upper deck.

John S.

Yelp
Great and interesting menu. Particularly appreciated the a la carte approach. The service could not have been better. Outdoor dining was nice.

Patricia M.

Yelp
I love the ambience at Citizen Cider and I love their Dirty Mayor cider. Hands down it is one of my favorite drinks. I ordered the charcuterie board and this time I was really disappointed. Their cheeses were still on point- OMG the Jasper Hill blue cheese is the best. However, the 4 thin airy slices of bread were sad and difficult to even put a piece of cheese on. The fruit consisted of apple sauce. Now the apple sauce with a hint of cinnamon was quite tasty but I don't think it belongs on a cheese fruit board. I had to eat it with a fork. I am so tired of having to ask for additional bread so that I can eat the cheese etc and then be charged extra for it. The amount of bread should be commiserate with the cheese and fruit.
