I have been going to this bank for about two months to request change in dollars bills. My client is a stroke victim who lives in the area and need exact change for Access-a-Ride. I went in the bank today and requested the change as usual and was asked for my banking card which was never done before. I advised that I did not have a card for this particular bank, but come there all the time for change. The Latino Male Teller looked at me and stated, "This will be the last time we will give you change." I asked, "Why?" And he said we only give change to our customers. I told him I never had an issue with getting change from them or any other bank I go to whether it was Citizen's, Bank America, Well Fargo, or Chase. He restated again, "We won't do it, this will be the last time." I took the change and restated his last comment. I said, "So this is the last time?" The teller stated, "Yes!" I responded to him that it would've been much nicer if he asked me did I want to open an account. I'm not from the area and was thinking of banking nearby since I'm there most of the time. He responded, "Yes, you are right, my apologies." I turned around and left the bank and will never return and do business with them again. I felt very unappreciated, disrespected, and looked down on. I never experienced that in my life in any bank. Good luck with that!!
