Awesome experience at this dealership. I’d go here rather than any flagship dealer 8 days a week. Alex was a great, low stress salesman and everyone was able to walk away from the deal happy. Everyone there is very cool and will make sure you feel satisfied with the purchase on your way out. They seem to have a niche with the ex-patrol cars too, and that's pretty cool. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed! Car was in great shape also, just as described. They clearly try their best to clean the car up and get it as presentable as possible, which is always much appreciated. Thanks guys!

All I can say is every one there was nice to me I got the car I wanted was. 2014 Chevy caprice best police car I ever had, no issues from With it took It on test drive everything was fine heats a lil rattling sound told them about it they told me hold on took it to mechanic they order what the car needed and fix like that no problem or question ask they care about their customers and one that wants a car this is the place to go to they will get u whatever u need and make sure car is in tiptop shape I’m planing to get a police suv next car thanks for everything guys you are the best

Alex and Shah are fantastic salespeople. I was astounded by how forthright they were, how they were not pushy at all, and how they were very on top of taking care of all matters related to the car I bought. They were great communicators too after the fact as we worked through all the logistical matters. I wish that all car salespeople were like Shah and Alex...buying a car would be a lot less stressful if they were in charge. I love the car I bought from them. And they really made me feel very comfortable if something went wrong early on after the purchase they would make things right. The car is running perfectly so far! Great car at a great price. Good honest people to work with, did some extras for me, super easy no pressure transaction. Location and some online photos looked a little sketchy so I wasnt sure at first, not from the area, but everything they said and did was exactly right. Drove it back home to Florida, no problems, waited 2 months to do review to make sure and all is great, even had a mechanic friend check it out and all was as they said. BUY YOUR CAR HERE WITH CONFIDENCE, no other car place I have been to that I can say that about! Thrilled with my car.

Found car online and drove there to see in person. Don't let the neighborhood deter you, we almost didn't finish going all the way down the street to this business, but really glad we did. Got a great deal on a 2005 Dodge Magnum, I guess keeping overhead low allows him to keep prices low. Aref and everyone there were really helpful, nice and easy to deal with. No sales gimmicks or pressure. Fixed a couple of minor issues right away before we bought it. Drove it to Maine with no problems at all. They did everything they said they would. DEFINITELY would buy from again and have recommended them to all our relatives who live in MD. Five star all the way!

Originally did not want to write this review, but here I am. From what I've experienced this dealership is not fully put together. I've never came in contact with a dealer that can not handle a vehicle trade in transaction. I spent the entirety of my day there and eventually left with the car I was trading mine in for and was called to come back to "sign some more paper". Upon arriving again, they told me that there was a mistake on their end and I had to return the car and leave in my own after submitting all my information and signing everything I needed. Side note, Alex customer service was phenomenal. The owner, on the other end, seems like he never sold a car a day in his life.

I recently purchased a 2009 Acura MDX. The car is in excellent condition, very well kept. I am very satisfied with my experience at City Auto Max LLC. All of the salesman were friendly, patient and respectful. The transaction was smooth and all paperwork was in order. Highly recommend! Thank you!!
