City Bark Miami

If I could give City Bark 10 stars, I absolutely would! When I first moved to Miami from New York almost two years ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding the right daycare for my dogs. It’s such a process to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your babies — with staff that’s friendly, caring, and that your dogs truly love. City Bark has nailed all of this and more. Luba (one of the owners) is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly attentive and always notices if something seems off with my two pups. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every time I drop them off. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful — always kind, smiling, and genuinely engaging with the dogs. I love that they’re never just locked in cages; they get to play, interact, and be loved on throughout the day. I also really appreciate that the staff occasionally sends me pictures and videos — it’s so reassuring to actually see my dogs happy and having fun. Long story short: if you’re looking for the best daycare in Miami for your dogs, this is the place!

We live in Brickell and we send our doggy to hotels while we are out of town. We were extremely disappointed with our previous dog boarding store in Brickell so we decided to try City Bark in downtown. It is a bit of walk, but they have not let us down a single time in the past one year! Our dog is much happier to go play and stay at City Bark. Each time she comes home with full energy (or no energy if you know what I mean :). They also have great grooming service you can pair with at exit. The prices are reasonable and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it to dog parents.

City Bark Miami is hands down the best daycare and boarding facility. They treated my baby Chloe with so much care and the staff are extremely nice across the board. I was nervous to leave her but they reassured me and sent so many pictures and videos while she was in their care. Chloe had a great time and wish we did not have to move. I recommend City Bark to anyone!

I’ve taken my dog to City Bark several times, and they never disappoint! My dog always comes out happy and looking handsome. They totally get what I ask for every time. Also, amazing prices! Don’t listen to negative reviews about the haircuts; if your dog is matted, the results might not be exactly what you expect.

City Bark Miami is great!!! The daily photos and videos gave me peace of mind that he was having fun and taken care of!

Had to leave town last minute and these folks watched my dog for 4 days. He’s a bit anxious but seemed happy when I picked him up. They sent a couple pics while I was away which was nice. The place was clean and didn’t have that strong pet smell like some kennels do. Staff seemed to genuinely care about the animals. Only thing is drop-off took a bit longer than I planned for. Prices were fair and my dog came back clean and healthy. Would board him here again no problem.

Update: We have been taking our dogs here for a few months now and must say this doggy daycare hotel is outstanding! They take such great care of our boys and even celebrated our dog’s birthday and threw him a party! 🥹 I love that they remember the dogs’ quirks and personalities. I am so so grateful for City Bark! Also, they gifted us a framed photo of our boys over the holidays!! ❤️ Finally found a doggy hotel my dogs enjoy staying at!! They get to know your dogs’ personalities and know when they are getting feisty 😈 they keep you updated on whatsapp which is so nice when you’re traveling. I’m so pleased to find these guys, I love that they’re not a huge franchise where hundreds of dogs are running around. It feels very hands on! Also they are not greedy like other daycares and do not charge extra to administer medication. 😆
