If I could give City Bark 10 stars, I absolutely would! When I first moved to Miami from New York almost two years ago, one of my biggest concerns was finding the right daycare for my dogs. It’s such a process to find a place where you feel comfortable leaving your babies — with staff that’s friendly, caring, and that your dogs truly love. City Bark has nailed all of this and more. Luba (one of the owners) is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s incredibly attentive and always notices if something seems off with my two pups. She has gone above and beyond to make sure I feel at ease every time I drop them off. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful — always kind, smiling, and genuinely engaging with the dogs. I love that they’re never just locked in cages; they get to play, interact, and be loved on throughout the day. I also really appreciate that the staff occasionally sends me pictures and videos — it’s so reassuring to actually see my dogs happy and having fun. Long story short: if you’re looking for the best daycare in Miami for your dogs, this is the place!

We live in Brickell and we send our doggy to hotels while we are out of town. We were extremely disappointed with our previous dog boarding store in Brickell so we decided to try City Bark in downtown. It is a bit of walk, but they have not let us down a single time in the past one year! Our dog is much happier to go play and stay at City Bark. Each time she comes home with full energy (or no energy if you know what I mean :). They also have great grooming service you can pair with at exit. The prices are reasonable and staff are so friendly. Highly recommend it to dog parents.

City Bark Miami is hands down the best daycare and boarding facility. They treated my baby Chloe with so much care and the staff are extremely nice across the board. I was nervous to leave her but they reassured me and sent so many pictures and videos while she was in their care. Chloe had a great time and wish we did not have to move. I recommend City Bark to anyone!

I’ve taken my dog to City Bark several times, and they never disappoint! My dog always comes out happy and looking handsome. They totally get what I ask for every time. Also, amazing prices! Don’t listen to negative reviews about the haircuts; if your dog is matted, the results might not be exactly what you expect.

City Bark Miami is great!!! The daily photos and videos gave me peace of mind that he was having fun and taken care of!

Had to leave town last minute and these folks watched my dog for 4 days. He’s a bit anxious but seemed happy when I picked him up. They sent a couple pics while I was away which was nice. The place was clean and didn’t have that strong pet smell like some kennels do. Staff seemed to genuinely care about the animals. Only thing is drop-off took a bit longer than I planned for. Prices were fair and my dog came back clean and healthy. Would board him here again no problem.

Update: We have been taking our dogs here for a few months now and must say this doggy daycare hotel is outstanding! They take such great care of our boys and even celebrated our dog’s birthday and threw him a party! 🥹 I love that they remember the dogs’ quirks and personalities. I am so so grateful for City Bark! Also, they gifted us a framed photo of our boys over the holidays!! ❤️ Finally found a doggy hotel my dogs enjoy staying at!! They get to know your dogs’ personalities and know when they are getting feisty 😈 they keep you updated on whatsapp which is so nice when you’re traveling. I’m so pleased to find these guys, I love that they’re not a huge franchise where hundreds of dogs are running around. It feels very hands on! Also they are not greedy like other daycares and do not charge extra to administer medication. 😆

My Poppy loves coming here! Since the first day they have always treated my puppy with love. Their location is super convenient in downtown as theyre close to all the offices, making it easy for me to walk and pick her up or drop her off. Poppy is always excited for drop off! They also have additional services like grooming/hotel/etc. I haven't used them yet but plan to!

Had an appointment to groom my 3 dogs. The day before they texted saying the appointment was that day. I was volunteering all day and couldn't accommodate. Asked when they had availability and never received a response. Super disappointing, as my dogs liked this place even though they took upwards of 7hrs to groom 3 dogs. Was looking forward to boarding here during upcoming travel. *reply to their response: That's correct, I changed my 5star review to 1. I don't agree with the chain of events mentioned at all, they're a deceptive picture of what happened. Knowing I'd left a 5star review and still ghosting me over the course of weeks with 3 dogs who needed grooming is horrible.

So I am very very particular with who I allow/trust to watch my dogs. I have a min pin/chihuahua mix and a Frenchie. And I found this place on yelp and so the good reviews so I tonight I would give it a try. So I put both my babies in day care here. Day one, they were pulling me, crying, resilient to go. Now when I drop them off they are energetic and couldn't me anymore excited to go. It's not very often I can drop my dogs off somewhere and they are ok leaving my side. So whatever this place is doing they are doing it right! My pups have their own room to go to (no cages) and then there is a main play room where they get play/social time with other dogs. In addition the staff is super friendly and very accommodating to your schedule incase something happens last minute with picking up/dropping off dog or whatever. I highly recommend this place and so glad I found it. Thank you City Bark Miami

I always bring my dog here for a grooming I only trust a few places to touch him I would always recommend city bark because they are super quick and easy very professional they don't lock your dog in a cage after they are done with the service they keep good eyes on the dogs and do amazing work always give me what I ask for

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have dropped off Bentley on several occasions at this point. I started bringing him here after I had a really concerning experience with Rover service. I've done boarding and doggie daycare he loves it. You can tell he loves all the staff and the owner is super sweet and truly cares for the animals. Everyone knows him and remembers him when he walks in the door. They take them on multiple individual walks throughout the day, extremely clean environment, and really safe. The staff takes the time to get to know every dog and their preferences and I really appreciate that! They have grooming and bathing services as well. And pricing is really fair ! I live in the area and it's really convenient to access as well! Would recommend 10/10!

i couldn't be more satisfied with this wonderful place. After trying another one I was very skeptical about leaving my dog in one of this hotels. Well it turned out to be the best decision I ever made when I trusted City Bark to take care of my dog for 5 days. They went a and beyond. I had an emergency on a Sunday and even though they do not do admissions in Sunday and considering that I wasn't a returning client Camila and Pablo did and extra effort and took him in. I confirmed how wonderful this place is the day that I took my dog out for a walk and when we returned he was desperate to go inside specially when he saw Alma. he was so happy to see her that I even got jealous. Thank you guys so very much. I would definitely trust my fur babies to you whenever I need it. I am at ease now that I know there is place Trustworthy to leave them in case of an emergency or when my job requires me to work extra hours.

So this is my first time ever owning a pet, so I treat my black cat Spidey like an actual human child. My husband and I were going on a super long trip (1 week that felt like a year) and we picked CityBark (This was in March.) I had a lot of anxiety because I had never left my cat anywhere and he had never been away from us, and honestly in the beginning, I was freaking out because I hadn't received any pictures, videos, or communication from CityBark. They answered my millions of calls and texts with kindness and compassion, and I did start receiving consistent pictures and videos of my baby - before, I think it was just the internet being weird. When I picked spidey up, he was acting normal and happy. No fleas or ticks, pooping and eating normal, as if we had never been gone. Super happy and I'll probably leave him here again. Thanks!

I understand that sanitation is a must but you should do it in your own time not that time your customers are paying for. Also I have left my dog there many Saturdays however I wasn't made aware that you are doing this. I do not need to pay a day care for my dog to rest in a kennel. This is not my first time at City Bark neither are my friends' or neighbors and no one seems to be aware of this situation. Also they were locked in for 3 hours out of a 8 hour shift according to what the girls who work there told us. I hope you update your business's practices which don't seem ethical from a customers point of view for sake of other dog parents who are entrusting them to your care.

Amazing staff. They are so kind to my dog. My pup loved coming here for daycare / play dates and thats the ultimate 5 star review for me.
