Well, it has a lot of bricks 🧱, concrete but there are trees 🌴 with sculptres and benches. It also has a playground and a circle ⭕. A concert was performing there. Very spacious!
According to Wikipedia, depending on how much you trust this website, the architectural firm Kallmann McKinnell & Knowles designed the plaza in 1962 to accompany Boston's new City Hall.
This is actually the second 🥈 plaza. The completion and reopening occurred in November 2022.
I found it an interesting place to explore but needing more greenery to softening the overall look.
