Don’t be fooled by the advertised clubhouse, amenities, or security.
I’ve lived here for a year and have never been able to actually use the clubhouse. It was locked for over 8 months due to “renovations,” and even after it was supposedly reopened, residents still aren’t allowed to access it freely.
You can only enter during office hours — your fob won’t work — and you have to find a leasing agent to let you in. Most of the time, no one is available to do that.
So before signing a lease, ask clearly whether residents can access the clubhouse on their own, and when it’s actually open. The amenities look nice on paper, but in reality, they’re not available to residents.
As for security, it’s basically nonexistent. Yes, there’s a phone number you can call, and supposedly a security guard somewhere, but definitely not on-site. Homeless individuals are often found sleeping in the stairwells at night, and when you call “security,” they promise to handle it but never show up.
The grills in the courtyard have been broken and Never Work for over a year now!!
The light bulbs hanging in the courtyard are all out, literally. Only four lights are still working at this point. Making the courtyard soo dark and unsafe.
The staircases are filthy — they often smell like urine and vomit, with visible blood stains and trash left behind. I’ve asked multiple times for the management to have them power washed, especially since I live close to the stairwell and have to use it regularly instead of the elevator. My requests have been completely ignored.
I really like the maintenance crew, and the cleaners.. they are very kind and try to help as much as they can! They do a great job with what they have.
