I would have given this a 4-star rating if not for the bungled-up room and bunk assignment the attendant gave. I already asked them a day in advance to give me a bottom bunk bed on the ground floor for the following day, but after I got back that day in the evening, super tired from the activities, I was told that the first floor rooms were all booked. I ended up on the 3rd floor, dragging my suitcase as I went along. It was not a good experience, and I thought I was pretty clear with my instructions. I hope management ask their employees to pay close attention to their guest's requests; they are in the service industry after all. I'm not a mean person to give a bad rating, but the overall experience could have been better had the staff at the reception done a better job of doing room assignments.
Word of advice: If you have special requests, have the staff write it down, or don't leave until they make sure to get the instructions done.
