I had a Morpheus8 treatment on my face and neck at City Laser Clinic and I’m thrilled with the results! My skin texture looks so much smoother, pores around my nose have shrunk, and my lower neck feels noticeably tighter. Tip: definitely make sure they apply numbing cream (they did mine 30 minutes before), because it made the treatment almost painless. Overall, amazing experience and even better results — highly recommend! Cannot wait to get my next session in within 5–7 weeks.

City Laser is truly one of the best medical spas in SF. I've been coming for Clear + Brilliant since the beginning of the year, and from start to finish, everything exceeds my expectations every single time. The nurse Velida is absolutely amazing - warm, professional, and so very knowledgeable about her craft. She has a confident hand and always makes sure I am comfortable the entire time. My skin is typically a little red after the treatment (which is totally normal) and just keeps getting better over the following days. The treatment is gentle but super effective - exactly what I need for a refresh with very little downtime. I cannot recommend this place enough. See you in just a few weeks, City Laser!

There is nowhere else in the city you should be going for your laser or your Botox except for here. This. Is. The. Place. Your experience will be wonderful no matter who you see, but I highly recommend asking for Brianna. She will make you feel so comfortable and at ease right from the first second. I've been coming here since 2018, started out by getting one area lasered, and the results were so good that I had to keep coming back for more. Life changing. They also offer package deals that are an *incredible* value for what you pay. And once your package runs out, you get a lifetime discount. Add on the fact that you only have to go to 1 place to get multiples services done all at one time (laser, Botox, etc) and my case is made. This is the place!

This place is my new go-to medspa. I always leave my IPL Photofacial treatment with a complimentary bag of high end samples for aftercare (Obagi, Skinceuticals, EltaMD, etc.), which is better than what other spas have provided me with post-IPL. A+ for this! My skin literally glows the next day. Velida is terrific at explaining the treatment as she does it, plus provides clear instructions for aftercare. I can't wait to try microneedling here next. The office is very responsive to questions and appointment requests via text, Yelp messages, and their website. I highly recommend them.

Then said she would call me back, and never did. Sorry to be a potential customer bothering you. Dodged a bullet so there's that.

Went to Kellie for facial laser hair removal. I had a stubborn goatee but Kellie's expertise really reduced the amount of beard hair I have now. It's basically nonexistent currently. During our first appointment, she explained the whole process of the treatments thuroughly. And she happily answered all of my questions and concerns. To be honest it is painful, but it's only for a minute. I get red for an hour then typically some few minor white heads appear for two days, nothing crazy. I wear sunscreen everyday but definitely put sunscreen on post treatment. Just be aware touch ups once or twice a year may be advised. I'm very happy with the results! Also Anya and Anastasia at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful too

Rena is the best! She looks at your face, listens to what you want, and just gets it. My Botox and filler always turn out so natural and I just look so refreshed. She also makes every appointment fun. You can just tell she loves what she does. I always leave feeling special and taken care of. I highly recommend her.

Best skin clinic in the city! I've gone to City Skin for years for laser hair removal but finally tried a skin treatment- their Clear and Brilliant treatment. The practitioner was smart, sweet, and walked me through the whole treatment with a lot of great explanation along with how to care of my skin for the rest of the week. I did the clear and brilliant treatment with Brie L. and it was great. Pain was minimal with the numbing cream applied beforehand. Brie was very professional and knowledgeable not just about the treatment I was receiving but other treatments available at the clinic as well. 5 Stars!!!

Ive came to city laser a few times for lip injections and Botox, but the last time I went there my lips swelled up heavily. I worked with Rena to do a touch up appointment and let her know I'll be back to do a full dissolve. I really didn't like her attitude during the touch up appointment and decided that was my last time there. After the lips sat down a bit I went to a new injector a few months later for a consultation to dissolve my lips. I had to return 3x to get them dissolved because the filler was so stubborn. My new experienced injector repeatedly shared that Rena was not injecting in the appropriate places, and the filler had migrated way too high on my upper and edges of my mouth. Beware if you are looking to do lips with Rena.

Rena and her staff are amazing. I get compliments on my skin all the time. Rena does an amazing job AND she teaches me how to care for my own skin. I always learn from her. It's much more than a beauty clinic. It's a place to feel empowered and beautiful!! Thank you!!

Rena at City Laser did my Clear and Brilliant treatment in June. The treatment itself wasn't as uncomfortable as I expected. I've done other treatments that were way more invasive, this was a piece of cake in comparison. I was numbed for a while beforehand, so by the time the treatment started, I was numb and ready. My skin looked red for a few days, but not a big deal. The results were worth it. Rena gave me lots of goodies, and explained all the aftercare thoroughly. I've recommended City Laser to a lot of friends and clients and everyone has nothing but great things to say about their services.

Marina is one of the most kind lady in the world. I've been there for years and I will keep going there. They really care you as a friend/family instead of advising unnecessarily injection. Love this place!

I have been looking for a place to do laser since waxing had caused a keloid. They were able to fit me in for a consultation and appointment for laser on the same day. The consultation was very informative and the staff was very nice. They gave clear instructions for after care and what to expect during treatment. The treatment only took 10 minutes and wasn't very painful. I only had 2 sessions and have already pushed my next appointment back a month because I haven't had hair growth. Highly recommend!!!

I'm giving one star because I paid a lot of money for a 9-session package for multiple areas and didn't get the results I was told would be guaranteed. Just keep in mind if you want to actually see results of 90-100% (which I was told was guaranteed), the Lazer intensity should be high enough to slightly sting and also you will smell a burning smell and that's the hair burning. On my last session I showed pictures of the hair growth and how 100% had still grown back and the Technician bumped up the intensity to a degree that I believe should have been utilized for each session. So if you don't want to come back and pay for "touch ups" then make sure the proper intensity is used, in order to get the bang for all the bucks you spend. The front desk was always very kind and courteous but unfortunately I didn't hear back when I messaged them about some areas showing no results and other areas showing up to 75% results.

The staff and doctor were all well trained and professional. I booked via Group-on . This was for a simple 20 units of Botox. It was to far from my home, around an hours drive so I can't go on a regular basis. But I will return when needed.

After a long time of debating to get my half arm lasered, I finally took a step and chose to do so with Iryna's help. She is very motivating and reassured me that all the nurses are most knowledgeable and continuously mindful of how each individual's progress may vary. By my third session with Velida, who's amazingly very precise, I already begun seeing results. Since the first session, Velida had given me a brief guide of how to see lasting results quickly; covering the arms (or areas lasered) while it's sunny, always wear sun screen, and to shave always instead of waxing. While Velida is a wonderful nurse, I was also able to be attended by Kellie when Velida was not available. She had made sure to check my charts and ask me for any updates, changes, or comments I had in previous sessions. Both nurses are very accommodating and very sweet. They've made sure to make me feel confident in the process and I can say that without a doubt it has been a successful journey. I can't wait to come back!

I came here for microneedling treatment for my acne scarring. I've come in the past for other services, but this review is specifically about the excellent work performed by the nurse named Velida. Velida has a very friendly and professional demeanor and explained the treatment to me in thorough detail. What was also great was that, when I needed to get blood drawn, it was the most seamless and painless experience I've ever had! I've had some painful experiences with nurses at Kaiser Permanente jabbing my arm - Velida did a really great job on drawing blood as well as performing the microneedling treatment. I've already scheduled my followup appointments as my experience was top notch.

I saw Rena for a set of 3 IPL sessions for hyperpigmentation. I thought she was great and am happy with the results. I am half asian so my skin has a tendency to freckle and over the years they have just turned a little bigger and splotchier and are no longer cute. I wanted to address these. We did three sessions of increasing strength of IPL and I saw results every time. As with all IPL the first spots to go are the darkest and I do think it cleared up the majority of the darkest spots. My skin isn't flawless, but definitely the spots are diminished notably, skin clearer, more even. If you're looking to get rid of all spots within 1-3 treatments, it's just not realistic with IPL. I thought Rena herself was a delight, but some may find her demeanor off putting as she tells it like it is and will let you know if you have unrealistic expectations. She clearly knows what she is doing and I had no bad side effects. She is a medical provider at heart and knows not to push things too far. There was a pro forma consultation with an MD, but I never saw him, he was clearly not involved in the situation, and frankly I would trust Rena's judgement over his. I bought a combo pack of 3 sessions for around $800. If you have a smattering of spots I would highly recommend getting the pack over doing one offs here and there because if Rena knows you're coming in repeatedly she will increase the power every time to get more and more spots, which I don't think she will do if you wait more than a few weeks between sessions since she wont know how your skin has reacted and if it's ready for more.

I am 39, showing major sun damage and was referred by my aunt who has been going to City Laser Clinic for a couple years. After trying several facials in my area and seeing no immediate results, spending $125-150 each visit, I decided to go here. I received the Clear and Brilliant laser treatment here and saw results the next day! After a week my skin was glowing. I love how Rena explains everything and give you face masks and good products for the next few days to put on your skin. My aunt has been trying to get me to go here for a long time, I never wanted to spend the money, but now I see that getting a facial once every 5-6 weeks for $125, or getting a clear and brilliant once every year or so for $400 is well worth the money, for me. My face is even toned, my pores aren't visible, and my sunspots are nearly gone after 2 weeks. Best investment I've made for my face.

I love getting all of my beauty treatments done at City Laser Clinic! Rena, Marina and staff are all amazing. I love getting Botox, Juvederm, IPL and micro-needling and aqua-gold services. Susie especially did the most amazing IPL for my skin recently. I have rosacea and it instantly cleared up after my treatment with her. Painless with no downtime and I feel like a new me!
