Had a great time here at this park on a Saturday visit to the mini “farmers’ market”.
It’s just a handful of vendors, but a great place to take the little ones with a spacious park, and water splash pad! Bonus that there is a fire station next door to those who enjoy seeing the shiny big vehicles!
The park was the highlight of the visit, as it’s well-maintained and lots of varied landscaping levels that was visually pleasing, and kept my toddler interested. I love this location for this farmers’ market👩🌾.
The farmers’ market that day only had one fruit/veggie vendor, which looked like normal, commercially produced products from out of state/country, so it was more of a convenient stop to pick up items you may have forgotten to get on your last grocery run. They did an awesome job with displaying and portioning out the produce, and I was grateful for the shaded tent!
I did pick up some delicious jumbo mangoes, and the pineapples they sampled there were ripe and tasty. My “Georgia” peaches were whack though, they were very bruised up inside after cutting them open.
I loved my artisan local honey I got, the wild clover was delicious! Can’t wait to try the other flavors as they have unique health properties.
