This spot is truly a hidden gem in Sydney Central. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first since I’m used to traditional Italian pizzas and had never tried American-style pizza before. The square pizza reminded me of pizza al taglio, so I decided to give it a shot, since it’s something I rarely find in Sydney, and I couldn’t have made a better choice.
I ordered a half and half: Diavola Bianca on one side and their week special on the other. Both flavours were unreal. The Detroit-style base was puffy, full of flavor, and had the perfect crust. Every bite was pure pleasure. The mix of toppings was unique and absolutely delicious.
Our server, Alex, is a legend. He was confident, friendly, and so knowledgeable about the menu that I genuinely thought he might be the owner. He guided us through the options with great detail and even checked in after we finished, which made the experience even better.
The value was excellent too. My wife and I shared one pizza and were more than full.
