Ya'll how I live for this cidery. IT IS AMAZING.
First tip: IT IS HARD TO FIND, if you're near some train tracks and it says to keep going, just keep going, haha, because it's located in a new development center off washington.
As soon as you pass the shady grady, and enter the cidery, literally your eyes just drop and gaze because the architecture of the establishment is to die for, I mean we are talking, high ceilings, wood structures, the outside patio is huge and welcoming. Literally the details are stunning and great for photos.
NOW THE CIDER: I got a chance to learn more about it and the cider is fermented from 25,000 gallons of apples that they transport from upstate New York, and let me tell you IT IS GOOD. You cannot go wrong with the SLIVER TAP, which they consider the OG of ciders. I mean.... its extra crispy, super light, and delightful. I also enjoyed the CHERRY RED and let me tell you, it was like a delightful rose. So light and refreshing.
Now for the food, it's your typical bar food with an eloquent twist, I mean we're talking Pomme Fittes, Croque Monsieur, Duck Nicoise salad, and Creme Brulee for dessert. Ya'll everything tasted yummy and again with the detail.
I'm super excited about this cidery opening up and making Houston the "Hotspot" I enjoyed it so much and can't wait to go back.
