Comfortable location and has public bathrooms. Secured and clean. More expensive than other garages around but i liked the fact that you have clean public restrooms available.

Easy parking but it would be a little tight for bigger SUV and Trucks...price is good

Charged me money to drive around and leave because there was no parking. Called the help attendant and he came over and dismissed us and just said "Scan ticket" which I did in front of him and he saw it and walked away.

The garage lets you in when there is no parking spots available. There were many cars circling the garage, wasting their time It seems like a simple thing to count the cars going in and out and know whether you have space. A good portion of the garage is reserved for massdot employees only. There is a valet service, not well marked, but they would not valet any car that was going to remain past 4 PM. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon entering the garage around 1:20p, planning to leave at 5pm.

Good central location for Theater District with reasonable prices. Has two chargepoint ports for electric cars which is a plus!

I parked my vehicle in this garage as I worked the BAA 10k race. Pulled into parking garage at 4:07 am and parked 5 spots away from Security guard. When I got back to my car my lock was popped and pulled out and money was stolen. I called their office that day and left an email as well and never heard back. I was hoping they had security camera's to see who may have done this. Terrible customer service to not even call me back. Be careful before you decide to park here.

Website stated $13 for 12 hour parking including weekends. Turned out to be $23 which probably still is very reasonable for Boston on Saturday afternoon...12/23/23. The place is clean and well lit, although some of the spots are tricky to get into, which requires you waiting for people to park. This was a 4 minute walk to the Wang theater and then Legal fish restaurant. Unable to purchase tickets ahead of time, constantly says sold out. You have to pay at the kiosk before leaving which was effortless. I would probably park here again. As other reviews have stated, it could be a little bit of a bottleneck if you have a large amount of people entering or exiting for a large event.

Conveniently located and reasonably priced, City Place Garage was a great find for our family van - a 2018 Ford Transit T150. The staff were amicable and efficient, making our visits to Boston smoother. An essential part of our city experience. I wouldn't take a vehicle over 6'8" into this garage. We had no trouble finding a space to park in this garage on our first visit which was a Thursday afternoon, but our Friday visit the garage was packed and it was very difficult to find a spot. That said, getting in and out was no issue.
