Latin Standout Seven Reasons Is Moving to CityCenter DC | Eater DC

"The CityCenter DC complex will house Seven Reasons’ new, nearly 8,000-square-foot location in the former DBGB space, providing room for roughly 130 sit-down diners, 15 at the bar, and two private dining rooms while allowing the team to retain the restaurant’s established flavor profile with room for further experimentation." - Tierney Plumb

D.C.’s Mayor Wants to Okay Drinking in Public — With a Bunch of Caveats | Eater DC

"If the proposed commercial lifestyle center license is approved, I could walk and drink within developments like CityCenterDC, where tenant businesses would be allowed to sell drinks that can be consumed on plazas, seating areas, concourses, walkways, and other thoroughfares — subject to rules such as prohibiting outside drinks, using clearly marked non-glass cups, and cutoff times of 11 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends." - Tierney Plumb

David Chang’s Momofuku Will Close Three Restaurants

"It was also announced that both Nishi and Washington, D.C.’s CCDC will close. According to the Momofuku announcement, the margins at both Nishi and CCDC were too thin and 'neither restaurant had enough cushion to sustain the shock of this crisis.'" - Chris Crowley

CityCenterDC is like a luxury outdoor shopping oasis in the heart of D.C. ✨🛍️ You’ll find designer boutiques, outlet-style deals on high-end brands, cute cafés, and even an ice cream shop 🍦👗. There are beautiful walkways where you can stroll, grab a coffee, or just people-watch. Lots of fine-dining restaurants, perfect for date nights or business dinners 🍽️🥂. You can sit outside near the fountain area, relax, and enjoy the vibe — especially at night when the lights are on ✨💦🌃. A great spot for shopping, hanging out, and taking photos!

such a nice vibe! The area is lively and modern, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and open spaces to enjoy. It’s a great place to walk around, soak in the atmosphere, and just enjoy the city energy.

This area is a new gem next to the port and lots lots of restaurants and many visitors. If you have a flexible-schedule afternoon, please come enjoying the urban atmosphere and bay-sighted views. My big surprise was the seafood at the very end road, many steamed/cooked or raw seafood, you can eat there or to go, the price is for sure satisfying everyone 😁 I ordered jumbo shrimps and two soups back to hotel, oh man~ that was really a good dinner !

CityCenterDC gives you that upscale, modern D.C. energy clean, stylish, and filled with high-end spots to explore. Great for walking, people-watching, and catching a vibe, especially at night when the lights hit just right. Could use a few more affordable options for balance, but overall it’s a solid mix of class and culture. #LouieKsUp #CityVibes #RealReviews

The Christmas decorations are really nice however all the stores are rich people stuff. If you have money to burn on stuff like this then it’s right up your alley… LITERALLY! But if not, based on the Christmas decorations and pictures I have seen I would only recommend coming down here to see how they decorate for different seasons.

It was my family's first time in the area. We were just looking for some places to shop and came upon this location. It was great! Lots of nice stores. You definitely can get lots of walking in and we did. Enjoyed the surroundings.
