The dishes look like what you can get at any other Mexican restaurant in Puebla but it’s only after you eat it, do you realize the excellence and elevation of your standard fares. Each item on your plate can stand alone but also come together nicely. Mile is exceptional, roasted onions with a good char, chorizo out of this world. It was excellent. Save room for desert, because you’ll want to try those too.

Absolutely amazing place! Delicious food with beautiful presentation, incredibly kind and professional service. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and has such a cozy atmosphere. Truly a fantastic experience!

They are keeping these birds in horrible, neglected conditions. Five birds in a cage that’s barely 2ft in length. HORRIBLE!! These animals are not decorations.

Beautiful restaurant with elegant and peaceful garden. The food is delicious, authentic Mexican and the staff are very friendly and professional. This is a must visit place for me when I am in Cholula, Puebla.

The food here really hit the spot. Great service and atmosphere. You can get more traditional pre-hispanic Poblano dishes here as well as modern/ conventional takes. I had the Cuatro Escalones, and it was delightful. My partner had the ribeye, and he was very satisfied. Their starter dishes were tasty as well. One starter even made me reconsider blue cheese. They offer a non-alcoholic French 75 called Cholula 75, which is absolutely delicious. My partner wants to go back, and we were just there yesterday.

Amazing! Must eat location. It is soooo beautiful inside. Beautiful garden and outdoor dining area, the inside is just as nice. The bar looks amazing and even the bathrooms are amazing. Bathroom are outside as well. Lots of space. Service is always great and very friendly. Food is very very yummy! Prices are extremely reasonable for what you get. Definitely check them out you won’t be disappointed.

A jewel in Cholula. Even better than top notch restaurants in puebla. The ribeye (from Canada) was excellent and it has a super nice smoky smell and taste. And the Santa monica mole was the best we have tasted on the jamon Serrano tapas should not be missed
