Considerations Safety Concerns: The area has been described by some visitors as having a noticeable presence of homelessness and related challenges. While many report no direct threats, it's advisable to stay alert, especially during nighttime. Nice open space with classic architecture. Neighboring streets are great for a walk, but the area can feel a bit busy at times.

Always a different experience every time I come here. This time around, there were high school students taking photos in their prom gowns and tuxedos.

Beautiful setting for events such as small personal weddings and similar celebrations of that sort. Beautiful at night with different lighting themes displayed every night.

It's a park in San Francisco so there may be mice, there could be a homeless person asleep in the grass and it often smells of pee. That aside...its a great place to take pictures day or night!

I always park under the Plaza when I have business in the area. Beautiful weather, a very clean park. There are 2 playgrounds that look marvelous 😍. A restaurant on the south side of the park plus a pop up booth with snacks. Easy for photos of City Hall.

The view of the building, especially at night is amazing, but you need to be careful going there. It's close to the tenderloin where all the drugs and homeless are. I saw it once around Christmas time and before a Thursday night football game for the 49ers. Both were very cool looking.
