Civic Center Plaza

Nice park with a good view of City Hall. At the weekends, there are often many people either dancing or holding other kinds of events. However, watch out for lol thieves in the area.

The gold everywhere!! This beautiful building actually looks like a painting!! The attention to detail in designing this building … It’s a must see . ADA compliant.

The view of the building, especially at night is amazing, but you need to be careful going there. It's close to the tenderloin where all the drugs and homeless are. I saw it once around Christmas time and before a Thursday night football game for the 49ers. Both were very cool looking.

Good open parks. Well maintained. Despite the number of people living there it isn’t very smelly or anything. Grass is green, lots of space and you don’t feel crowded by others hanging out. Especially on the weekend. During the week, it’s filled with civil servants getting a dose of sunshine.

This is a popular and busy recreation area in the heart of downtown, so of course all kinds of people from all walks of life will find themselves here for all kinds of activity. It's mostly kept clean and well manicured, the bathroom is out of order more than feels normal or acceptable, though. Overall, it's a pretty little chill spot.

Along Van Ness. Building lights up at night. Nice grassy park on the front side of the building. The Main Library, the Asian Art Museum, the Bill Graham Auditorium, I believe the Opera building is across the street. This building hosts City Hall. Court building ect.

The civic center building is cool to check out because they light it up a different color each day, not to mention the other historic buildings surrounding it, they are all photo worthy. Plus the rest of the open space around it has ping pong tables and other games, an outdoor gym, area for skateboarding, playground, some seating with tables.
