Participated in a high school soccer game at this facility. Field was great! Amenities were solid and while we were not able to experience the overall complex. It looks to be really cool.

This is a great use of public land to play some disc golf. Plenty of free parking areas and soccer practice fields fill the middle of the park. The two 18 hole disc golf courses are challenging, at the least. They consist of the Bear's Den and the O.G. course. The Bear's Den is mostly in the woods and can be tight narrow lanes. Can be ruthless with a missed shot. Several shorter holes keep it fun and interesting, but his is definitely the more difficult course. The O.G. course is more open, and shots require navigating in and out of the trees, making some great fairways for distance driving. Putting areas are also more open on this course.

Civic Center South is a beautiful park with a lot of potential, but it’s definitely showing its age and needs some updates. The playground could use a major upgrade to make it more of a destination for families with small kids, and the picnic tables and trash receptacles are also due for replacement. The park is still usable, but it isn’t the cleanest, and when soccer is going on it gets busy fast. The parking lot isn’t striped very well, which leads to chaotic and messy parking that takes away from the experience. On the positive side, the hockey area is a huge plus, though right now it’s overgrown and doesn’t look like it’s being used. With some attention and investment, this park could really stand out as a top community space.

Water fountain/refill station needs to be updated and useable. Lots of kids trying to fill up containers in the bathroom is not sanitary. The park is beautiful and useful for lots of various activities. Hoping that they get the water situation taken care of.

Frequent The Bears Den disc golf course. The course is a nice technical layout, a few long holes. My only real complaint would be that there are quite a few thorny bushes for you to get stuck in. Overall great course.

Went for disc golf, I like the mix between open fairways and tight tree lined ones. But it does need so trim on a fewvof the holes.

Awesome mixed disc golf course with open field shots and tight technical woods shots. Highly recommend this course if you are in the area!

Hands down, this is one of my favorite places to frisbee golf. The nature is serene and beautiful and the community is clean and respectful. If you are looking for a course to hone your skills or just have fun this is the balanced course for you. Also, if you don't frisbee, it also has a nice basketball court and beautiful picnic areas for lunch. Overall this is a great place to bring the family and friends.
