Dog Friendly. Delicious Beer. Lots of choices for on site and to-go options. They allow outside food, which is awesome because they are super close to Buccan Sandwich Shop, which they have delicious sandwiches. Great prices. They have an adorable logo especially on lots of their merchandise. Staff were friendly and their attentive service made my first visit wonderful. Overall this is a must visit brewery if you want to chill and enjoy some tasty brews.

This place is awesome but mostly Savannah is one of the greatest assets of this place. Such a hard worker and extremely friendly to everyone that came in. I was coming in on a flight to West Palm and due to a crazy amount of delays at the airport I didn’t think I’d make it before close. I called and explained and Savannah asked what beer I’d like and kept the tap open for me when I arrived less than 10 minutes before close. You rarely find people this good at customer service anymore and I really appreciate her letting me enjoy a local and great tasting beer from Civil Society! Thank you again!!

I came here tonight with my beautiful girlfriend for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised! Alex did great. He was like the chauffeur of hoppy yumminess. Sliding IPA’s down the bar like a 1800 saloon owner. Very impressive…. Now perhaps that didn’t happen, but alas they did have good IPA’s and Alex was an exceptional bartender. I like IPA’s. Not many decorations on the wall but that’s ok lots of dogs inside. I like dogs. 5 beers / 5 beers

Warehouse style bar. Up a half flight but there is wheelchair lift. Was there for private event. Interesting venue for private party. Street parking including by railroad tracks.

Some of the best local craft beer in the area. I would put it up against any. If they have “golf cart” give it a try!! 😎🍻

Update 2025: from 5 to 3.5 stars. 3 visits in the last year and now there are no more stouts on draught, only 1 sour and the rest if pretty much just IPA's. Staff isn't as welcoming as we used to experience. Used to have nice glasses and now.. see picture. Civil Society isn't what it used to be 2023: Fantastic. Nice outdoor spots, the taproom is awesome, great building, huge beer selection. Bought a T-Shirt drink civilized, loved it!

This place was recommended to us from a bartender from a restaurant where we were having lunch on a recent Saturday. Of course… after lunch we immediately went to check it out! It’s a pretty anonymous building located at the end of a small side road of a busy street close to Downtown West Palm Beach. They have a big parking lot on one side, and the railroad on the other side but they managed to create a small outdoor patio on the other side of the road. The inside is just a huge open room, with no particular decorations but a very lively atmosphere, which offers plenty of seating options (you can sit at their big bar (like we did), at their high tops tables, or on sofas). There is also a wall displaying “Civil Society merchandise” (shirts, glasses, etc.) that you can buy. The place was already full when we arrived, and for a good reason: we tried a couple of different beers and found them all very good! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, plus you can bring your pet with you! (I wish there were more places like this one). I’m looking forward to coming back!

Cool brewery with a food truck outside to grab a bite to eat. You order beers inside and then you're able to take your beer outside to a seating area where they have a food truck. We were told that it's a different food truck depending on the day of the week. I had the imperial darkstar IPA that was 11% and it was one of the smoothest IPAs I've ever had and I'm not much of a beer drinker. The food was pretty decent, I had a poke bowl with some peel and eat shrimp. Everything else my coworkers got looked good too. Nice place to grab a beer and a bite.
