The pumpkin and labna appetizer was outstanding as was the chocolate sorbet dessert. The potato, egg and fish roe entree was just ok. The presentation was beautiful but I thought it was bland. Service was excellent.

Amazing little place tucked in the middle of Troyes. The food had amazing paring of flavors that are unexpected. The owners are very nice and the wine was fantastic. Let him choose for you. The desserts and baked goods will not disappoint. With a drive and a great stop if you are in the area.

Delicious food and cozy interior make this place the best restaurant for dinner in Troyes. The service is also exceptional. We also went there the the next day to check out the bakery, which opens in the morning, and were not disappointed: numerous high quality options, all of them organic.

We had lunch here on Thursday and the whole experience was exceptional. The tuna as an entrée was superb as was the foccacia with slow cooked brisket. We would definitely recommend a visit.

The best culinary experience in my life. Never went to a restaurant where 6 dishes out of 6 had such a great balance in taste. What an explosion in your mouth...especially with the desserts. Fresh ingredients, treated with great experience and care. Much better than many Michelin star restaurants I tried. Service was great, wine and atmosphere too. Worth coming back to Troyes only to come here for lunch/dinner.

The food was fresh, and prepared with passion and knowledge. But sadly enough the tartare was a bit under-seasoned for me (and I am personally someone who doesn't even use a lot of salt) and the main dish was quite small (smaller than the starter). I don't mind paying my fair share for freshly and ethically sourced food, but I found the prices a bit steep.
