The young ladies here were great. From the cashier to the beautiful young lady who pierced my baby girls ears. This was a birthday gift she requested. This young lady was excellent. She did it quick and efficient and was not painful at all to my baby girl. I recommend this place if you are looking go get a new piercing.

Got my daughter's ears pierced there today. When we got home we noticed one of her piercings is on center, but very crooked. I would not recommend this place, just take your kids to a tattoo parlor that does piercing. Their piercing is free but the mark up on the jewelry is ridiculous.

They have someone ringing a bell all day long and it's absolutely horrible. Why would anyone want to shop there while someone is being so obnoxious? I get that this is probably a rule or something but it's NOT appealing.

Got my thirds done in my ears by JaQué... outstanding service, personable, and had a great time. Will be back again

Came in to get my ears pierced and was trying to explain about the kit you had to purchase and you get your ears pierced for free and the attendant did not know what I was talking about and had to call her manager, I think you need to have your employees go to training for Claire's or have monthly meetings to know what's going on that's just my little opinion thank you have a good day 🤗

Took my daughter to get her first ear piercing. Had a awesome experience with Amber and Kristine. They made the process fun, quick and easy for my daughter. They were kind and thoughtful about her comfort. Thank you

Had a great piercing experience today! Destiny was so sweet and really cared about the placement and my girl not being scared. She was running that whole store by herself too! Thank you, destiny! We'll be back soon for some earrings ♡♡♡

It wasn't Claire to me whether I should give a 3 or a 4, however this little Boutique would be a little out of my price range if I was a regular to the mall so I will stick with a 3. But I will say that the girl in here was really friendly and that my buddy for the day would give this place a four or five stars because she spent a lot longer (and more money) in here than she said she would LOL.

I took my daughters' in for ear piercing today. We had a great experience. The sales lady was helpful and took her time with them. She was also good at conversation with them. She pointed out good earrings to start with after the waiting period. I remember getting my ears pierced years ago and this seemed so much easier and less frightening. It was quick and relatively painless. I would recommend it.

I braved the Christmas crowds so I could stop into Claire's to purchase my daughter a nose ring for Christmas and I'm happy to report that it was a positive experience. I'm not sure how it happened, but I was the only customer in the store, so I was able to ask my nose ring questions without fanfare. The employee explained the different styles and shapes so I was sure that my purchase was exactly what my daughter wanted. I also took advantage of the buy one get one half off sale, so I got two different nose rings for her Christmas stocking. Since I was anticipating having a mediocre experience just because I didn't want to go to the mall, I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly my visit to Claire's was.

Like riding a tiny merry-go-round with 20 other kids at the State Fair while people are showering you with fun but cheap swag. There's shiny stuff coming at you from all angles, you're touching people you don't know (and maybe not in a fun way) and you end up disoriented with stuff you're not sure you needed in the first place. So, I like this place for what it is; disposable little baubles for when you're not necessarily looking for quality. Example, earrings for an 8 year old. This location is at the mall in a relatively small space. You're packed in and there are a lot of displays. There is quite a bit to choose from, but you may have to do a little sorting to get to it. The best thing about this location was one of the staff. Genuinely helpful woman; how to find her? Look for glasses and listen for a cool hispano-carribean accent. Should have caught her name. We got our daughter's ears pierced at a separate location, Clay Terrace, and it was a tad more serene experience. More room between the displays, and again, a helpful staff. I'd give the Clay Terrace location 3 stars, this one gets a 2 just cause of the footprint.

Amber was so sweet and did an excellent job at piercing my daughters ears. She was fast about it all and still did an awesome job!! Every employee there was super nice. The floor was EXTREMELY messy, though!! Earrings and miscellaneous things everywhere.

the lady was nice sweet one, but she was in a harry to finish the piercing so my daughter ended up with a high ear rings and one higher than the other, just to make it worse,i really HATED them and so do my husband, otherwise the station was clean, didnt like it's location at the store entrance though.
