I got my ears pierced by a women named Niqui, she was the sweetest lady ever! I’m scared of piercings and she did it quick and easy. I didn’t even feel anything. If you ever want to get a piercing done, ASK FOR HER! She’s a pro and it’s been days since I got it and I still feel no soreness whatsoever. She went over the aftercare throughly, unlike any other piercer I went to who just told me to clean it. She told me steps and how to clean. Thank you maam! I’m definitely going to try and come back to you if I’m in Tallahassee again!

Shout out to Raven at the gov square Claire’s! She was so kind and patient with my 6yo getting her ears pierced. Raven was awesome and she did a great job

We took our 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today and I just had to get on here and leave a review because of our exceptional experience. Our daughter was so excited to go originally, but once we got there she began to cry and was so fearful and totally had changed her mind about the whole thing! Ms. Nikki and Ms. Angela the two ladies working were just amazing. They were so patient and went above and beyond! The store was extremely busy and honestly they needed more staff, but those two ladies handled it with such calmness and were so sweet to take their time and make my little girl feel at ease! She ended up getting her ears done and the whole store applauded her bravery. I absolutely would recommend this location to anyone I know and I hope these ladies feel appreciated bc they are truly appreciated by this mam!

I would like personal give a shout-out to the managers that was so helpful to my and my teenage son piercing. Thanks again from a trying Mama you girls rock!

Not trying to be a Karen or anything lol, but I walked out of here this afternoon after wanting to get an ear piercing. The associate was so obviously high and did not try at all to hide it. After waiting a few minutes in line for my piercing, I decided it just wasn’t worth it since I honestly didn’t trust her to do the piercing in her state lol. Pretty frustrating

I got a helix piercing done on both ears in December of 2019. I picked the jewelry that I wanted my ears to be pierced with and the lady kept leaving and coming back, pointing to the wrong earrings. I kept showing her which ones I wanted and she kept confirming the wrong pairs. She pierced one ear (with a piercing gun) and the pain wasn’t awful. She took a step back and looked and said she had pierced it with the wrong earring. She asked if I wanted to switch it to the other one that I originally wanted and I told her “yes” since I was going to pay $90 for the piercing. She pierced the other ear and it was alright. Then she ripped out the other earring and pierced it with the gun a second time and it almost brought me to tears. Both piercings got badly infected, especially the ear that got done twice. The healing process was absolutely horrendous and I had a very difficult time sleeping. I do not recommend going to Claire’s. They are very unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. Never get a piercing done with a gun because it will shatter your cartilage. Not to mention, whenever I took the earrings out for the first time, both earrings broke and the balls fell off of the earring post with the diamonds falling out. Very cheap, poor quality. I called and asked if there was a warranty or any way I could get a refund and they were extremely rude, disrespectful, and short with me.

I went into Claire's looking for something as simple as a ring sizer (something to make my ring more snug) and unfortunately I was unable to find it. Good thing there are associates right? WRONG! I wasn't sure where to find it or even what they looked like, so I asked the associate that was working the cash register on September 27, 2020 for a little assistance. She was an African American woman and her name started with a M, I really hate that her name has slipped my mind, however; from the moment I approached her till the very last moments of my transaction, she showed absolutely no interest in her job , let alone assisting me in finding one item. I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews but she was disgustingly rude. By the time I left the store, I knew I wouldn't be returning.

Got my granddaughter's ear piercing done at Claire's. Amazingly, she didn't cry, as the young lady did an awesome job at explaining the process with her in such a calm and caring way. Thanks for everything. We love Claire's products and staff.
