Prettiest fountain that I ever visited! Don’t miss out on the amazing light show it has, we spent around 30 minutes chilling there. The breeze was perfect and it was peaceful to be there at midnight. Although the cops came to ask us to leave later that night, but it was beautiful 😍 Also, pay and park street parking was right outside and you could see the amazing view of Chicago citylights. Couldn’t find a public washroom anywhere but it was a perfect picnic spot!

It was a nice fountain to see when we visited several years ago. We visited during the daytime and it offered a nice view of the city. It was a close walk from many places.

Buckingham Fountain is an impressive landmark in the city, both in size and design. Its location, with the lake on one side and the skyline on the other, offers stunning views from every angle, making it a perfect spot for photos. The fountain itself is beautiful, especially when it's running, and adds a nice touch of grandeur to the surrounding area. Definitely a must-see if you're exploring the city!

The Clarence F. Buckingham Memorial Fountain is stunning at night. The lights and water displays create a beautiful, almost magical atmosphere. It’s peaceful to sit and watch the colorful water jets dance in the night sky. The backdrop of the Chicago skyline makes it even more impressive. A great place to relax and take in the city’s beauty after dark!

Love love the angles. Beautiful walk towards this destination. It feels like I was in Italy and France. It’s peaceful to be here. With benches to sit and walkways with trees. Nature in the center of the city. Will come back one day for both night and day!

What a sight to see! The Clarence Buckingham Memorial Fountain located in Grant Park shoots water up to 150 feet! Need to see this at night while the lights are on! Bring the family, let the kids run around. Truly a gorgeous fountain. Street parking is plentiful and nearby during the weekday it is pay to park.

A must see if you're in the downtown Chicago area. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have gardens surrounding the area and you get a great view of the lake/lakeshore drive. Lots of vendors and a pizza Cafe nearby. During the summer there is a fragrant rose garden and butterfly garden. And every few minutes the fountain gives a bit of a show. Make this one of your sightseeing stops.

Buckingham Fountain, an iconic landmark in Chicago's Grant Park, is one of the world's largest fountains, serving as a breathtaking centerpiece that enchants both residents and tourists. Designed by architect Edward H. Bennett and dedicated in 1927, the fountain was a generous gift to the city from Kate Buckingham in honor of her brother. With its grandeur and elaborate design, it stands as a notable attraction in Grant Park, often known as Chicago's "front yard." My first place that i visited at Chicago, it is inside the Grant Park . In night time its turn into a colorful fountain, I loved this fountain. Great place for family outing. No Free Parking. You have to pay for parking. From Morning to 9 pm per hour $7.5 after 9 pm per hour $3.5 . Easy to find paid parking. There are two restrooms but both are closed
