We stopped by for a takeout lunch, and compared to the steep restaurant prices in Aspen, it felt like a relief. Clark’s Market is a full supermarket, with free parking available at the front—very convenient.
Toward the back of the store, there’s a live food counter offering everything from fried burritos and deli sandwiches to mac ‘n’ cheese, brisket varieties, and pizzas. Most items are priced by weight, so you can grab just what you want. Bottled and canned drinks are available, and there are outside tables if you want to eat on-site.
A convenient, tasty, and budget-friendly option in Aspen—definitely worth a stop for lunch.
