Ray Llamas and Aaron Williams were fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience from start to finish. We went to another Lexus dealership that was closer to home, and it was a fair experience. We drove about 45-minutes to see Ray; he really heard and understood what I was looking for and showed me vehicles that aligned with those preferences. My wife and I had specific search criteria for a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was happy to discover Classic Lexus had one, and they were close to home. I called to confirm availability, and we showed up on short notice 30 minutes before closing time on a Friday. Chris Barnett was our salesman. When we arrived, he had the vehicle waiting right up front so we could check it out and take a test drive. We were happy with the vehicle, had a brief discussion about the numbers, and we informed him we would sleep on it and get back to him in the morning. No rush. No pressure. All good. Called Chris back in the morning to give him the green light. We went to our credit union, had a check prepared, and headed back to the dealership. Imagine our surprise when we saw the vehicle in the bullpen with a big red bow on it. He recalled me saying early on that it was my wife's 50th birthday, and played it to perfection. But it wasn't just that. I have to say that the entire experience was by far the best I have ever had at a car dealership. Chris was a pleasure to work with, and I can only hope that he is in the picture when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle.

We recently went through a nightmare experience with another dealership (not a Lexus dealer), who sold us a 2024 Lexus TX with undisclosed issues (due to undisclosed theft). We turned to Classic Lexus and after weeks of frustration and back and forth with the other dealership, we experienced the level of professionalism and care we had been missing. From start to finish, the team at Classic Lexus went above and beyond to help us. Dylan (GM) and Mitch (Master Certified Sales Consultant) were fantastic. Easy to work with, honest, and committed to finding us the best deal and rate that worked with our financial needs. They even threw in a few extra touches to make the purchase sweeter. The real heroes of our story, though, were Matt (Master Certified Service Manager) and Neil (Master Certified Diagnostic Specialist) in the service department. Even though we hadn’t purchased that Lexus from them, or even from a Lexus dealership, they still went far beyond the minimum obligation. They worked with us tirelessly, spending countless hours in person and over the phone doing research and providing answers in a situation they rarely encounter. Their knowledge and support were crucial in helping us convince the other dealership to reverse the sale and refund our money. Without them, we’d still be stuck with a problematic car. Thanks to their dedication, we were able to start fresh and drive away in a brand new 2025 Lexus TX 350. After coming from such a bad experience, working with the Classic Lexus team felt like a breath of fresh air. They’ve truly earned our trust and loyalty, and we can’t recommend them highly enough.

This was my second time to purchase a vehicle "remotely". I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want to waste time hearing about what 'else' they had. And they were able to deliver on every last detail, right down to installing a hitch for me. Until I picked it up, my dealings with the sales and management were via texts, emails, and phone calls. Surprisingly, it was a very comfortable transaction. There was never any pressure. I was provided with photos, videos, and regular updates on its status. Chris Barnett and Sean Kloss were exceptional at answering all of my questions; and there were a lot of those. Oh, and a special thanks to their Finance Manager, Grant Salerno. Even though I did not purchase it there, he reminded me that I should cancel any extended warranties I had purchased on my trade-in. I had completely forgotten about those and, thanks to his prompting, I'll be getting refunds of $1,500. Chris, Sean and Grant were friendly, personable, professional, and responsive. Pricing was fair and transparent. Meeting them in person confirmed my belief that I had made a well-informed decision and purchased the perfect vehicle for me from a reputable dealership. My RX 450h had been thoroughly detailed and was showroom-ready when I arrived to take it home. In fact, it was actually on their showroom floor! That's how good it looked. While the two-hour drive wasn't convenient, I would not hesitate to do business with Classic Lexus again.
