This was my second time to purchase a vehicle "remotely". I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want to waste time hearing about what 'else' they had. And they were able to deliver on every last detail, right down to installing a hitch for me. Until I picked it up, my dealings with the sales and management were via texts, emails, and phone calls. Surprisingly, it was a very comfortable transaction. There was never any pressure. I was provided with photos, videos, and regular updates on its status. Chris Barnett and Sean Kloss were exceptional at answering all of my questions; and there were a lot of those. Oh, and a special thanks to their Finance Manager, Grant Salerno. Even though I did not purchase it there, he reminded me that I should cancel any extended warranties I had purchased on my trade-in. I had completely forgotten about those and, thanks to his prompting, I'll be getting refunds of $1,500. Chris, Sean and Grant were friendly, personable, professional, and responsive. Pricing was fair and transparent. Meeting them in person confirmed my belief that I had made a well-informed decision and purchased the perfect vehicle for me from a reputable dealership. My RX 450h had been thoroughly detailed and was showroom-ready when I arrived to take it home. In fact, it was actually on their showroom floor! That's how good it looked. While the two-hour drive wasn't convenient, I would not hesitate to do business with Classic Lexus again.
