Classic Rock Coffee Co. To Bring More Cowbell to Spring Valley | Eater Vegas
"Targeting a September or October debut in Spring Valley, this rock-themed coffee shop will occupy 1,800 square feet of a 3,500-square-foot stand-alone building in the Durango Post Pavilion retail hub, about a quarter-mile from the Ikea Las Vegas, and will include its own drive-thru. The interior is planned to be decked out with memorabilia, instruments and record sleeves, and a soundtrack of classic rock acts such as Aerosmith, Heart and Led Zeppelin. The menu will offer a full range of coffee, frappes, smoothies, protein shakes, pastries and flatbreads, along with “anytime” breakfast options highlighted by the “War Pig” waffle sandwich, Greek chicken bowls, salads and signature flavored drinks like the “Raspberry Beret,” “Cinnamon Girl” and “Sister Hazelnut.” A second, not-yet-announced Las Vegas location is also promised, and an under-construction website hints at possible future spots (including 5665 S. Fort Apache Road and a downtown ground-floor location at the Ogden)." - Bradley Martin
Been to the one in San Antonio, was glad to finally grab a quick bite @ the mothership back in the 417. Enjoyed a classic chai & the breakfast naan. Thanks for breakfast, from this (classic) rawk fanatic. ☕️🍳🎸🤘🏻

Just grabbed coffee while we were there but the place looked awesome! Our coffees were delicious and I really liked all of the stage decor and guitars on the wall. Plus the music was great!

Cute coffee shop with a rock and roll vibe. Nice place to listen to classic rock songs, but not played too loudly so still easy to talk or to study. Ordered the Sister Goldenhair and the Black Magic Woman and both were delicious. Wasn’t very impressed with the Breakfast Flatbread, it am not much of a breakfast person to begin with so was to no fault of the business itself.

Just so happened to see a billboard and decided to stop. This place is really cool! Loved the decor, lots of space, and even a reservable room for meetings. I got a mocha frappe which was amazing. My husbands ice coffee was kinda of watered down, it was ok. Will definitely be back to try something new.
