Google
Chatgpt recommended this restaurant as one of the best places to eat in Fredericton. Although the atmosphere was quaint and esthetically pleasing, and service wonderful, the food was ok. French fries are not fresh cut, and lobster grilled cheese barely had any cheese, and the bread was standard.

I am always on the lookout for a good chicken benny. This has to be the best I've ever had, anywhere in the world. Chicken was cooked perfectly - not greasy, nice and crunchy. Egg was exactly how I asked. Can't wait to come back!

Small, quaint place in Fredericton close to the Hwy to stop and enjoy a meal. We had the haddock tacos and seafood pasta - both were delicious. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Charming location with generous portions of delicious food. Highly enjoyed our Brunch here. Fast kind service and tasty food that leaves you full. Definitely recommend!

We had the seafood chowder and the lobster roll. Both excellent and generous portions. Their gelato manager was lovely and quite sociable.

Went to Claudie’s Eatery on a Saturday for lunch, and overall, it was a great experience! I had the YFC Burger Battle25 – French Onion Burger (without onions), and it was friggin' epic. I'm literally salivating just thinking about it again. The flavors were perfectly paired, and it was cooked just right—one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! My friends had the Eggs Benedict with Hashbrown Poutine. The Benedict itself was solid, but the poutine was a letdown. It was basically big chunks of (boiled?) potato with gravy and a tiny bit of cheese curd. After having that unreal burger, the lack of flavor in the poutine was disappointing. Another friend got the smash burger with fries and really enjoyed it too. The modern decor of the restaurant was a nice touch, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our server was fantastic—she spoke as if it was her own restaurant, didn’t skip a step, and looked after us perfectly. Service and burgers were top-notch. If you’re going, I’d 100% recommend the burgers, but maybe skip the hashbrown poutine.

Fish was quite different from other place - one big piece of fish with less oil and covered bridge chips were in the last coating of the batter It looks more like a breakfast place. The space is small; ambience is good

Yelp
Best breakfast spot in Fredericton. Large portions and wonderful service. Lunch menu is excellent too. Local craft brews. Never disappoints.

Yelp
Great service, excellent tasting food (seafood chowder, seafood Alfredo, onion soup and the full house Caesar). The environment is relaxing, but not too many tables, so recommend making reservations. If we're ever back in Fredericton, we'll come back here to dine.

Yelp
I had a burger and so did two others in my group. I had the salad and they had fries. All very good. The other two in my group had the chowder add lobster and cheese garlic bread. The ending was chocolate cake with boiled icing. Everyone was very pleased with their meals. The service was good and we would go back.

Yelp
We landed at Claudine's after searching for some of the best restaurants in Fredericton. It was spectacular. Perhaps the best lobster roll we've ever eaten - and just fabulous friendly and fast attentive service. Everything was so fresh and all homemade. Lots of options for everyone including picky kids. We had eaten at the hotel restaurant and we so disappointed from the night before - this exceeded our expectations in every way. We will be back thank you Claudine and team!!

Yelp
Eggs Benedict, Lobster Appetizer Caesar Specialty Drink and Chicken Parmesan are some of my favourites. It's really one of my top Restaurants! The food is 5 Star, and the atmosphere is welcoming as well as the wait staff. They make you feel like part of the family, and will go out of their way to make your visit special!

Yelp
We stopped here after reading google reviews. The food was fair, but not great. The grilled potatoes were heavy on the onions, and the omelet was cooked too long (almost rubbery). The highlight was the croissant which was very tasty.

Yelp
This little restaurant is located near Symthe and across from the loblaws in the plaza. Claudine's Eatery was packed, and there were no seats. What I found odd was that all the chairs and tables don't look like they're matching. It looks like random stuff that was bought and just placed there. It wasn't part of a set. . Anyways, it being packed, we had to wait for a long time. But, we wanted to try this place anyways, so we did. The food is pretty good, I got a burger, and that was literally one of the best burgers I've ever had. My girlfriend got the lobster roll and fries, and that was to die for. This is where they lost stars though... their service was terrible to the point where a lot of the staff didn't seem to know what was going on. There was a lot of confusion on where they seated guests and it took forever to flag down a waiter to get the bill. The staff weren't very nice, they weren't mean though. 3.5/5 - I would come back and give it a second chance because the food was out of this world but the service is lacking!

Yelp
Dropped by for lunch on Sunday. It was packed and there was a line up (a few tables ahead of us). There was no greeting from the hostess and we had to get her attention to put our name down for a table. We were finally seated around 15 minutes later. I ordered the lobster roll with fries and an orange mimosa. The lobster roll was amazing. Huge pieces of lobster that were very fresh!! One of the best I've ever had. Orange mimosa was a little small. Overall I'd come back, but maybe when it is not so busy.

Yelp
Ate there last month. They were so accommodating for gluten free people. I ordered the gf lobster roll (but on gf bread). I was a little disappointed that the toasted bread was so hard it hurt my mouth, and the crusts cut my gums, and they only had the ancient grains kind (which is really not tasty, but it looks nice). It was also very cucumbery, and not very lobstery. The redeeming feature was the middle aged French waiter -- he was SO nice, helpful and knowledgable. I want to eat there again, but I will NOT be getting the lobster roll again, at least not until the bread is changed. I also got REALLY sick afterwards from a *considerable* amount of gluten contamination. I question whether any attempt was made to reduce contamination. :(

Yelp
First off, I dig this place. I've been twice (so far) and eaten two different eggs Benedict dishes. Both were delicious, rich, smooth, and tasty. If you're looking for some eggs Benny, look no further. I've tried both types of their hashbrowns (deep fried and grilled with onion) and they both leave a little to be desired in a way that I just can't place my finger on it. Still tasty though. The service has been good but the ambiance can be a bit dark depending on where you're seated. I like being closer to the windows with the natural light.

Yelp
Really lovely spot for takeout lunch on our way from Ontario to Nova Scotia. The seafood chowder was rich with generous chunks of fish, mussels, whole scallops and shrimp. The fries were absolutely, positively perfect. Will definitely return!

Yelp
The place had nice decor but, way overpriced for the amount of food you get. I ordered the lobster roll and it was 75% bread. The chowder was lukewarm and no flavor.

Yelp
A big and delicious fried chicken club sandwich and a nice homemade tomato soup for $11.50, tax included. Absolutely nothing to critique here. Loved it.

Yelp
Claudine's is a lovely place for a meal in Fredericton. The decor is creative and fun. They have the best Benedict's in the world and their hollandaise sauce is out of bounds!!! Service is personal and friendly. :)

Yelp
Had the famous eggs Benedict and they lived up to their reputation! Small restaurant but cozy. Staff was warm and welcoming

Yelp
Delicious food and nice service. Order the lobster Benny. Little bit of a wait on Sunday but no problem on Sat at 1030.

Yelp
Great upscale diner/comfort food. They make their own fried chicken, and their eggs Benedict is always a hit. Make sure to get a Caesar and go for the poutine hash browns!

Yelp
I've eaten at this restaurant many times when it was on the north side and even before the new ownership. When I heard they were in a new location I was pleasantly surprised. Now the location is good, plenty of parking, and the interior décor is nice, my one big complaint is that it's a little cramped for seating and very loud. Not sure how they can fix the volume issue, but for me it was not comfortable. As for the food, the menu has some nice unique items such as fried chicken eggs Benedict, or buttermilk chicken eggs poutine which was good. Food could use a touch more seasoning, but overall nice. Now you have to be patient on the service(as of this writing) as this is a new location, as well as some new staff, so it does take a bit of time to get your food, as well as limited menu, but they say that right as you walk in. Overall I would go back, good food, friendly service, different menu items, however they do need to work on the noise.

Yelp
A very, very late post. My fiancé, Jude and I were visiting in Kings Landing and was passing through Fredericton, NB and he found Claudine's for brunch. Claudine's have a casual atmosphere. The decor has a home feeling. Service was wonderful. Everyone were all very accommodating. Jude ordered a lobster omelette and I ordered chicken and donuts (their version of chicken and waffles) and we both added a lobster crockpot poutine. Every item were so flavorful. The lobster omelette had lobster meat in every bite. The chicken and donut had a salt and sweet taste (the donut was a glazed donut, I did not need a lot of the maple syrup). The lobster crockpot poutine was well presented in their own little crock pot bowl/cup. The poutine was layered so well that you taste every bite of the poutine. We would definitely go back the next time we are in Fredericton. Thank you for everything Claudine and staff!!

Yelp
Mediocre at best. Overpriced for what you get. You're definitely paying for the hipster decor. The service was good though.

Yelp
It was alright. The famous egg Benedict was just okay. Crock pot poutine was not great.

Yelp
Great location with plenty of parking. We went there for brunch. The specialty of the house is eggs benedict done many different ways, my wife had hers with smoked salmon. The presentation was nice and she really enjoyed them. I had the French toast, it also was good. A bottomless cup of coffee that is offered to be refilled more often than I can consume is a rarity. The restaurant was packed, with a lineup. They do take reservations and I would highly recommend that you use this option. Another bonus is that they are licensed so if you need a little hair of the dog...you know what I mean. I dropped one star because the food took longer than I thought it should to reach the table. I realize this is a new location, it was very busy and there will be growing pains. I will most definitely go there again.

Yelp
Poor service.. never got what I ordered because they ran out and they tried to slip it past me and then they still charged me full price!!! And then thye blocked my comments on facebook! Both Cowards and poor restaraunteurs.
