The Best Crawfish In Houston, Ranked

"The crawfish at Clawdaddy are worth their weight in gold. At the Garden Oaks seafood spot, the mudbugs are served by the pound and doused in a flavor bomb of garlic, cayenne, and a small pool of melted butter. And unless you’re trying to build up your spice tolerance, scale down on the heat level because even the “mild” crawfish have a kick. Going to Clawdaddy during the week or early on the weekends is best because the waitlist will fill up." - gianni greene, julie takahashi, chelsea thomas

Clawdaddy - Review - Spring Branch - Houston - The Infatuation

"Clawdaddy’s crustaceans are worth their weight in gold, especially the crawfish. The mudbugs are served by the pound at this Garden Oaks restaurant and doused in a flavor bomb of garlic, cayenne, and a small pool of melted butter. The other seafood options at Clawdaddy also shine. Charbroiled oysters get layered with garlic and a few blankets of melted cheese. And while the gumbo here isn’t our favorite in the city, every piece of shrimp floating in the bowl has enough spice to encourage us to take another spoonful. Weekdays are the best bet for a table at Clawdaddy because the waitlist will fill up early on the weekends. photo credit: Quit Nguyen photo credit: Quit Nguyen photo credit: Quit Nguyen Food Rundown photo credit: Quit Nguyen Gumbo This is more of a “seafood soup” rather than a gumbo. The flavor is excellent, with tongue-tingling doses of warming cayenne spice. But the seafood inside this dish is accompanied by a too-thin roux and a stingy scoop of rice. Feel free to skip this. video credit: Gianni Greene Charbroiled Oysters This side dish is a solid option to add to your seafood boil. It’s about 80% cheese and 20% oyster and we don’t mind the extra layer of richness that covers each oyster. photo credit: Quit Nguyen Crawfish The crawfish here come smothered in whatever seasoning you choose—we love the house seasoning. The Creole kick seeps into the sausage and potatoes that you add to your boil. These mudbugs should always find their way to your table." - Gianni Greene

Wow—this place is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and assisted by Allen, whose professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the entire visit. The level of customer service I received from the entire crew was truly exceptional, some of the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere. We ordered “The Lil Baby,” and I must say, the food was phenomenal. Every bite was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The combination of delicious food and top-tier service made this first visit unforgettable. This was my first time dining here, but it certainly won’t be my last. It has officially become my new favorite place to eat. Highly recommended!

Hello from Huston! Came to Clawdaddy’s for a crab n shrimp boil. Boy did we enjoy the food our waitresses ( Joselyn n Rosibell) did a great job of helping us choose food and gave us great service. It’s a small place but enjoyable. Food was out in a timely manner and it was messy but gooood! We had a whole bunch of shrimp leftover for dinner. We ate at Katy’s restaurant in Galveston which didn’t compare to this place. Here the food and price was far better and tastier. Right off I-10 if you’re traveling thru so stop by!! You decide! Google
FIRE cajun boil. Crawfish was super fresh, house seasoning and sauce tasty. Can also recommend garlic noodles and chargrilled oysters. but watch out - oysters take a long time to cook… i was not warned and it came so late i almost finished the boil…

My sister informed me of this seafood place she seen on YouTube called Claw Daddy. The influencers were so convincing!! (I was mad we were watching this @ 10PM); So much that we decided to venture out from Sugar Land to Claw Daddy the very next day!! ( 45 min drive). When I say the experience was AMAZING! It was that and more. From Asia’s welcoming & loving spirit to that delicious, flavorful, meaty king crab $89.99/lb. Chefs kiss! We also had to order the shrimp fried rice & wings (when I say crunchy & flavorful) so good!! When couldn’t decide on our drinks. Asia said “ leave it up to me” and made us two different yet delicious mystery drinks. Needless to say. If you’re a seafood lover;Go check out Claw Daddy. You won’t regret it!

Google
We tried this Restaurant yesterday and overall the food was good. We started with fries mushrooms and spicy fried pickles which we won't spicy at all. They were good though. They were running a special on crawfish, 3 lbs for 24 dollars. We tried the Zaddy seasoning and we got spicy spice level. The flavor was good, but it was not spicy at all. Typical Viet-Cajun flavor. The sizes were small to medium. Mostly small. We also got the head on shrimp. The shrimp was super mushy when we tried to peel it. The market prices on their boiled food was kinda high. I know of other restaurants that have it cheaper and more flavorful. I would like to try other items next time we do if we go, but overall I would rate this restaurant a 7/10.

Google
Loved the Shrimp fried rice with Catfish fillet. Probably the best fried rice I have tasted in the recent past. Great service. Not crowded. Service was good and fast. Saw a lot of others ordering the fish bowls which looked amazing as well. Probably this place needs more recognition in terms of the good food they serve. Well done Team Claw Daddy.

Google
The flavor was there, the vibe was there and if you don't get here at a reasonable time, you will have to park somewhere near; you may not have a parking spot. They are that good lol. I'll order everything if I'm indecisive. My gumbo was so good, I was surprised too. Knowing how many people have messed that up, it was good and my oysters were flavorful and good while my husband gives me the side eye 👀 as I eat them lol. Very good place. I do recommend this restaurant.

Google
I saw this place on social media and wanted to go so bad. We got there at about noon the week of New Year’s, was only a few tables that were sat. The service was great, we got the $80 platter that came with an appetizer and the King Crab that was $79.99 a pound. We didn’t get anything spicy, we went mild but the sauce was garlicky and delicious! It was more food than two people could ever eat. We ate all the crab and brought home the shrimp which was great next day too. We live on the north side so we drove about 45 minutes to get there and it was worth it. So glad we made the trip, will definitely go back! 🦀🦀

Yelp
1000000/10 From the food, to the ambience, to the service. This place is A1. When it's crawfish season, you can catch me here at least 2 to 3 times a week. That's how good it is! Their Zaddy sauce is so flavorful and their spice level actually tastes good. It's not just hot sauce or peppers. The chicken wing & fried rice combo is deeeelicious. The butter they use for the rice makes it so much more decadent. Leaves you with glossy lips but totally worth the calories. Don't get me started on their daiquiris, lol. Good date night spot or family dinner time.

Yelp
They NEVER answer their phone, EVER... it's always a hassle trying to order. You're better off going in person and waiting half an hour for your food instead of calling ahead. *wanted crawfish which isn't on their online menu that is why I didn't just place the order online* 3rd separate occasion being disappointed with the same issue.

Yelp
Ordered Crawfish Fried Rice and Crawfish with Zaddy Sauce to go. The crawfish were tasty but small, I was told it is still early in the season. Unfortunately, there were a handful of inedible mushy ones. Fried rice was meh on its own but there was a sauce in the box that made it pretty tasty. Service was good. It's a family friendly dining.

Yelp
I was born in Texas, raised in Louisiana, and worked at several Cajun restaurants. Been in the restaurant industry in general for 10 years. These are my credentials since anyone can just leave reviews nowadays. TLDR: Clawdaddy has great food, reasonable prices, and tasty daiquiris with exceptionally diligent service. I brought my girl here because she's never experienced Viet-Cajun style seafood, nor has had fried fish before. Not to mention she's the pickiest eater in the entire world and simply can't be bothered to eat at times-- I had to make sure where we were going was good. Clawdaddy was perfect. The fried fish is Swai, a problem for some maybe, but to me still a tender, flakey fish that's easy to eat, especially because my girl doesn't like anything "fishy." The batter was crisp and crunchy at the edges, not cornmeal which in my opinion is too grainy. She came back for more which is a huge win in my book. The fries they serve with it are the battered kind, not too thick nor thin with the fluffiest potato inside and also crunchy and crispy. Definitely recommend the fried seafood options. Now the real star-- the crawfish and snow crabs. We went with the Zaddy sauce, which is a combination of the House Special (garlic, butter, Cajun seasoning) and Chef Z's (tangy citrus, garlic butter, Cajun seasoning blend). Mild because my girl will cry if she sees a grain of pepper. There's a lotttt of garlic so if you don't like garlic or you're on a first date or maybe you're just a vampire that's into Cajun food, maybe not opt for this one. It was tasty, but maybe it's the way America has built me but the foundational flavor wasn't as pronounced as I would've liked it. Not a super big deal, but I think I'll go for the house special and dry seasoning instead for more saltiness next time. Blood pressure going up on a Tuesday kind of vibe. The crawfish itself is for sure live. Incredibly juicy and succulent, and for those who aren't able to tell-- simply crack the claw open, and taste the meat. It should be tender, moist, and not at all dry. I felt like the butter must've seeped into the claws somehow considered how juicy they were. Crawfish right now is on the medium size and priced at $9.99/lbs as of February 2025. Now the snow crabs. God, the snow crabs were amazing. Everything the crawfish was, the snow crabs were as well and so much more. Tender, succulent, and the meat was sweet and just perfect. My girl tried it for the first time and agreed that it was wonderful. I'm so damn happy she got to experience snow crabs the way they're meant to be enjoyed. Besides the food, we also got daiquiris, and my girl particularly enjoyed the strawberry. Sweet, ice cold, what more could you ask for to combat the high blood pressure and cholesterol. Alan (Allen?) was our server and he's great. Informative, attentive, quick to remove trash from our table as well as get our refills without checking up on us too much. Definitely knows how to feel out the vibes of his guests. The owner's sister was also equally attentive, and having not initially known her title beforehand, I leaned in and whispered to my girl that she was probably the manager given the work she was putting in. Some managers sit behind the register and call it a day, but Ma'am was helping clear tables, engaging with the customers and asking how everything was, ensuring we get refills whenever the other servers were busy. Incredible team effort, and I definitely see it and respect it. That's how you know they care about their establishment, and that's when there's true value in supporting a small business. Thank you Clawdaddy, we'll be back!

Yelp
While I did like the crabs, the service was poor! We got the noodles and a budin ball and it was SO salty and the potatoes were small as U.S. quarters. Told the waitress I didn't like the budin ball and she told me "you took too many bites so I can't take it off". Who determines what size one bite is?? So I was forced to pay for something I didn't like and didn't finish. We won't ever come back

Yelp
I've been to this establishment twice and had their blue crabs both times which were flavorful. crabs were big and meaty. We got about two crabs per pound. Personally, I prefer the house special over the claw daddy sauce but I haven't tried the other two. I've also had their crawfish, which was tasty and full of flavor. They're generous with the truffle garlic butter fries and Parmesan fries and they both meet expectations but it's nothing spectacular. I enjoyed the garlic butter noodles. Excellent service. Staff members are friendly, quick and attentive. They returned to check on us many times to clear the seafood shells and refill our drinks. They packed our crawfish to go for us with bibs, gloves and multiple bags there was no spillage and the car did not smell of Cajun seafood. When I went on the weekend, there was a 30 minute wait and when I went on a weeknight, there was no wait. Restaurant and restroom are clean.

Yelp
Went to this spot to check out their seafood boil. I was particularly interested in trying their citrus flavor (Chef Z) as that's what I was wanting. The waiter recommended this platter since we both wanted shrimp and I wanted crabs and he wanted crawfish. Although it wasn't really crawfish season, we were told that it was still live crawfish from Louisiana. I asked to sample their Chef Z sauce to see how I would like it. I wasn't citrus & tangy to me at all. For drinks I got a cup of water and I mixed their frozen Mango-rita with the Bellini. It was a good, sweet taste. So we got the medium Zaddy sauce (House + Chef Z sauce) on the seafood. Everyone has different spice levels, as in not everyone's medium spice is the same. I've experienced some mediums with kicks and some that should have been considered mild. Their medium didn't have much spice for us so we asked for a side of their Spice level sauce. Well this time it tasted like a lot of cayenne pepper which is spicy but moreso smoky to me. So it definitely took it up a notch. Next time we'll just ask to do Spicy. But overall the sauce was a bit too greasy and had alot of garlic. I was very pleased with the size of the snow crab clusters and shrimp. The crawfish were very small but I wasn't surprised being that it was out of season for them. Overall, the food was still enjoyable. The service was great as they were very accommodating and helpful. They kept the tables and floors clean. Had tvs with sports showing.

Yelp
First time here and we'll be back but I'd definitely order something else next time... We got a Seafood boil- House special sauce but make it spicy- snow crab, shrimp. Mussels, corn, potatoes and sausage. I don't recommend getting the sausage in the boil, it was just not a sausage you usually get at other places . SO, not worth the add on. We regret not get extra spicy with the house special sauce. We'll do that on our next order as there are so many other sauces that sound good there. The shrimp was super easy to peel too. Mussels were huge and we loved that. Then the garlic noodles was the dish I was the most excited about but I just did not enjoy the flavor of it. Whatever the seasoning was ,just did not make my mouth happy. The snow crab size made up for it though. Service was great and the vibes were good. Pricing was good too.

Yelp
Stopped in with the family, and im glad we did. We tried the crawfish with the daddy sauce and seafood fried rice and chicken The crawfish had a nice flavor and decent flavor . The wings were crispy and delicious with duck sauce. Trust me, ask for duck sauce. The rice had good flavor. I liked the sauce they gave on the side. Service was great the staff is really personable. The prices are decent. I mean, all seafood is high right now.

Yelp
Great food... we got the lovers special with crawfish, shrimp, and crab and we added a lobster. It was delicious!!! Service was great (Alan is the man!) and the music added great vibes. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
First time here and it was fantastic! We got here about 3:30 and within 20 mins the place was starting to fill up. The menu has everything from crawfish, chicken to crab, shrimp and even lobster. They have choose your own boils. So many main entree choices. We had the Clawdaddy Mac N Cheese and the Clawdaddy Chicken Sandwich with Truffle fries. Big screens along the wall. It's not loud. Long hightop tables and standard size seating. All tables covered with butcher paper and towels rolls. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu prices for entrees were good and all daily market prices for meats were listed. We ABSOLUTELY will be back soon

Yelp
We had a very enjoyable feast today! We started with friend mushrooms and moved on to the Clawdaddy party pack! It was phenomenal! There was snow crab, shrimp, sausage, corn, potatoes, you can basically add anything! It feeds 3-4 people. Our server Allen was AWESOME!!! When we got here at 1 it was empty and then it got packed really quick! It was a little loud but we really enjoyed it! I'll be back! I recommend this place!

Yelp
We love Clawdaddy!! The food is always spot on and the service is second to none. The restaurant has a great vibe to it. The staff is so attentive. I got the boiled snow crab and shrimp in the Mama's sauce. So. Good. The hot Cheeto boudin ball & fried rice were absolutely perfect in every way.

Yelp
Very odd seating system, we were shown to and seated at a table but then a server came up to us and asked if we wanted to get on the wait list????? In a state of confusion I signed up on the wait list, and we were then asked to leave, even though there were 3 other tables open. Once we had our table we ordered the Boil Combo that is meant for 3 to 4 people, it wasn't extremely big and we were a bit shocked at the $415 bill which also included 4 adult frozen drinks

D T.

Yelp
I ordered the shrimp fried rice and chicken wings and 2 lbs. of crawfish. My crawfish had Chef Z's sauce on them and I ordered them extra spicy. Shrimp fried rice and wings - the fried rice was pretty good. Nothing to complain about there. Wasn't mind blowing but definitely tasty. I was quite disappointed in the wings though. They need a LOT of "help" (aka seasoning). They weren't horrible but they were fried so nicely I expected more flavor and they just didn't have it. For that, I'd give it a 3.5 for what I got with that high azz price ($22.99). Wasn't worth the price unfortunately Crawfish w Chef Z sauce - these were good but the were small and the shells were soft...like most of the ones I had. I suspect these weren't as fresh as they claimed to be but I give Clawdaddy some grace because it's super early in the season and they gotta meet the early demand. I think if they were fresher and we were later in the season, then they would have been phenomenal. Ima give them another chance soon. I give them a 3.75 for now. Servers were just fine. Place was empty but she was very attentive. No complaints there. The place was clean and looked nice. Never went to the bathroom so can't say whether it was clean or not but I suspect it was very clean. Overall I still give the place a 4. I'll need to come back for more "in-season" crawfish.

Yelp
Came at 7pm on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, but there were still a few tables open. All staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant felt very clean and they had a bunch of TVs on the wall playing sports. CRAWFISH & SHRIMP ÉTOUFFÉE: I only had a bite of this, but it was very flavorful! They seemed to use fresh crawfish since it's in season, and the ones they used were pretty big, which was a nice surprise. The only thing my bf didn't like about it is that he wished there was more rice. HOT CHEETOS SOFTSHELL CRAB SANDWICH: This was a large sandwich! And very intimidating to eat because of the legs sticking out of it lol thankfully, our server offered me a knife when she saw how long it was taking me to eat it and how I was struggling to take bites lol I enjoyed the hot cheetos flavor, but found that the crab flavor was kind of getting lost because the hot cheetos were so dominant. I was kind of expecting this, but remained hopeful. It was good overall, but ended up feeling like a hot cheetos sandwich with a hint of soft shell crab. I'd still recommend it if you like hot cheetos and soft shell crab, but I'd love if they made a non-hot cheetos version. I'd definitely come back just to get it. CHARBROILED OYSTERS: I only wanted to try this because of the truffle in the description. Unfortunately, I didn't taste any truffle. It was still pretty good and flavorful, but it disappointed me in that way. And I would say the size of the oysters was small, but oysters often shrink when cooked so it was to be expected. Despite all this, I'd recommend this if you like cooked oysters because they were definitely tasty. TRUFFLE GARLIC BUTTER FRIES: This had all the buzzwords to grab my attention lol I'm a sucker for truffle, garlic, and butter, so of course I wanted to get these! Unfortunately, it didn't deliver on all the flavors I was expecting. It was good, don't get me wrong, but it tasted more like fries seasoned with regular salt and truffle salt. I didn't really notice any garlic or butter. And the truffle flavor tasted like it came from salt, so it was light and not strong like if it had been drizzled in truffle oil. Still, definitely way better than regular fries imo GARLIC BUTTER BREAD: This came with the charbroiled oysters and étouffée, and I thought it was meh. I would've liked it soaked in garlic butter to the point where it was soft and *very* yellowww. It felt like they toasted baguette slices, then brushed on a garlic butter sauce after the fact, because the flavor didn't feel cooked in at all. I was good with one bite. But if you like toasted bread and light flavor, you'll like it more than I did. Everything we had was good enough, but didn't deliver in some way. If the truffle dishes didn't advertise as truffle, I would've thought they were a lot better. But because they didn't meet my expectations, I was left a little disappointed. Now that I know what to expect though, my expectations are tempered if I come back. I wanted to try the truffle wings, but if I do, I won't expect to taste any truffle. But who knows, maybe they'll change things and surprise me.

Yelp
Really great food, chill spot, great service. They bump Drake tho so... If you're cool with that then come through!

Yelp
This review is based on a dinner on a weeknight with a party of 3. Pros: Gumbo was really good. Love their version of gumbo, not too salty. This is my favorite dish here. Garlic noodles were rich but may need more garlic. We had the noodles with fried shrimp and the shrimps were very flavorful. Seafood boil was solid -- king crab cluster, shrimps, and corns with house special sauce. The waitstaff was super friendly and not pushy to sell expensive items. Cons: The seafood platter, catfish and shrimp, was good except the catfish was a little fishy. It even smelled a little. This place is not cheap. Our bill was $100 plus, but that's normal nowadays.

Yelp
Dined in on a Thursday around 7:00 pm for a party of 10 and was seated immediately. I'll come back when it's crawfish season! We ordered: Fried mushrooms: we ordered this multiple times because it was so plump and juicy Clawdaddy charbroiled oysters: very tasty good flavors, big oysters Garlic butter noodles: need more garlic flavor and umami Snow crab: we got the house special sauce and it was very good Catfish, oyster, shrimp seafood platter: batter was a tad thick, fresh seafood Crispy wings with truffle fries: SO GOOD! Big juicy wings and fries were good Their pina colada is extra strong! Michelada was good but we asked for extra spicy

Yelp
The food was amazing!! 10/10 great favor. Also ate shrimp fried rice and the Mac with fried shrimp on top, which were both great too. All meals are share able!! Go during the week on a Monday before 5 if you can! Service was 10/10 she even made a sauce for me to dip my king crab in

Yelp
I visited on the weekday early afternoon right before their happy hour which starts at 2 PM. Me and a friend stopped in for lunch after I saw their advertisements on Instagram. They are located in a strip center on the north side of I 10 on Silber Road. It was slow time when we came in. We grabbed a seat and our waitress came over to take out order. She was very informative as to the different options and their menu is somewhat extensive. For happy hour the margaritas were half price five dollars I think so we both had one. We then proceeded to order gumbo, fried rice with wings and Clawdaddy chargrilled oysters. The portions were pretty large. My friend had to bring half of his order home, but I was able to finish the oysters and gumbo which were both very tasty. It seems they have only been open about five months but it's definitely a placed i will return to there are lots of items I want to try out in the future.

Yelp
It looks amazing but the flavor is DEAD in the fried options. Seafood boil good Overrated, over promised. Will NOT BE BACK.

Yelp
10/10 Best seafood I've had in a long time! Combination seafood friend rice + catfish My friends got boiled seafood and did not complain. You have to get the spicy Zaddy sauce... you're welcome! The server was on point. Recommending everything we needed and letting us know the real on what to get instead. This spot is worth it!

Yelp
I usually get my viet-style crawfish from Crawfish Cafe but Clawdaddys Instagram pics inspired me to give them a shot. I ordered 3lbs crawfish with the mamas house seasoning to-go. Flavor was good but the crawfish were tinyyyyy! I mean....I know it's the beginning of the season but these were miniscule. I may give them another shot further into the season and dine-in next time.

Yelp
First time coming here and definitely won't be the last! Literally wanted to order one of everything! Got to try the hot Cheetos soft shell crab sandwich with truffle fries (5/5). Definitely recommend! Came with a choice or regular mayo or Cajun mayo. Had to get the Cajun mayo of course! Had a nice kick to it! The pickles really brought it together with the acidity! Loved it all! Also, I had to share half of this because it's a pretty hefty size sandwich! Fried boudin (5/5). Love the crunchy outside but the nice flavors of the inside! Sauce could have used more flavor, but overall, I enjoyed it! Chargrilled oysters (3/5). This could have had more flavor IMO, but I'm glad we got to try it and got half a dozen. I would have liked a little more garlic flavor going on, but overall it was decent. The service was really great, and I love how everyone was super friendly and attentive! I can't wait to come back and try other menu items! Definitely want to come back soon for their crawfish and crab legs!

Yelp
Clawdaddy was everything I was looking for when visiting Houston. If seafood is your priority than clawdaddy is a must stop location. The incredible flavors offered match with their fair portion sizes equals a very pleasant experience. The fantastic service is very helpful in the selection process as well as catering to your every need. This was the perfect setting for any occasion and I can promise an excellent meal.

Yelp
I would say it's a nice concept but it's $15.99 for crawfish which is crazy' I did go on the opening day and it was so crowded so i may try it again . The place is very small but the daiquiris are very strong and worth it!! The crawfish were tiny but that's because i went early . I just wish that they were a little more personable and that they didn't just leave me after ordering .

Yelp
I stopped in after seeing a cool Instagram post. The food was looking amazing so I had to stop in. It's a small cute restaurant with pretty good service. We got the Snow Crab legs, shrimp, corn and potatoes. A spicy set and a garlic better set. The crab was good and the shrimp was too...I thought the crab was a little overpriced 25 for a cluster. The shrimp was pretty big. They have daqueris too. Overall it was good but I'm still searching for the best crab spot in Houston.
google avatar

Kamron P.

Yelp
For one I went there October 12th and crab was rubbery terrible food service was good but automaticity charge a 18% sales tax your paying 75 dollars for a crab leg not a cluster 2 trash crab legs that aren't cooked correctly at all Texas sales tax is 6.25% they charged us 8.25% our meal was 356 then somehow went up to 450 dollars I had 4 adults one didn't order and two kids who ordered a chicken tender basket so in reality it was 3 adults and one kid who ate will never come here again!!! If I could give a no star I would

Victor M.

Yelp
I will definitely come back to try more options! The GARLIC NOODLES which was something new for me, with great flavor. For the garlic butter lovers this hit the spot guys. I also had the CHARGRILLED OYSTERS which had a bit over seasoning to what I prefer but well cooked. The tables are ideal for families, large groups or even couples. The great service from the team will make you feel welcomed. GARLIC BUTTER -10/10 CHARGRILLED OYSTERS -9/10 SERVICE -10/10 AMBIANCE -9/10

Yelp
Really good seafood and fish. The dining area is a bit small and they are pretty pricey so be prepared for that. The staff however is really friendly.

Yelp
Yum yum yum! 1st stop in Houston and was amazing!!! Everything in Texas is bigger! Coming from NY, I was impressed. Food tasted so fresh. We were stuffed. Asia was our server and was so helpful. She made sure we didn't over order and we still had leftovers. Her drink creations are amazing!!! Place was spacious and pretty. When I'm back in Houston I will be visiting.

Yelp
Hands down best seafood boil around. The platter was just delicious and full of flavor. Food is affordable considering it's fresh seafood. The platter was enough and nothing else was needed. We did order mozzarella sticks and those were yummy too. The service was beyond amazing. Paola was very nice and attentive and brought us samples of the sauces since it was the first time. It was very clean and the atmosphere was chill. There were TVs playing the Olympic Games so that was entertaining.

Yelp
The food here is on point, I've only had two things so far, but I don't believe you can go wrong with anything you get, the garlic butter, noodles, or something like that with shrimp or some of the best ever, and the turkey neck is so good, in terms of serving sizes, prices, and everything.

Yelp
SO YUMMY! Have been craving a good seafood boil and spent a few days looking for a new place. This did not disappoint! For appetizer we got the Diablo shrimp. So flavorful! For our boil we got the Dungeness Crab, Shrimp, Sausage, Corn, Potatoes, and Boiled Eggs. We got the spicy Zaddy Sauce. Perfect amount of flavor! We will absolutely be back!

Yelp
Clawdaddy just opened my friend highly recommended this place so my wife and I went to try king crab. We ordered 2lbs and garlic butter noodle. The king crab was super fresh and had lot of meat inside. It was bit challenging cracking the thick thorny crab shells, but other than that the sauce (House Special) was very delicious. The restaurant was newly opened and the waiter wsd super nice in how we can order the menu. Basically you choose the seafood by the pound and you pick the sauce and the spicy level and lastly add the options (we added potatoes and sausage). Inside was super chill and clean and each table was covered with the paper, so people can just lay everything on the table to eat. Overall experience was great and I am definitely coming back for the crawfish season! If you like king crab or crawfish definitely give this place a go!

Yelp
Wow! When I say top notch service I am true to my word, because BABYYYY...I don't play when it comes to my seafood boil. I want to really thank Tina as it was our first time she made out great suggestions as far as specials, things off the menu, not to mention the DAIQUIRIS! There a 5 star in my book! Hospitality @ its finest.

Yelp
This place is a true gem in the Spring Branch area. The food is absolutely delicious. I got the shrimp fried rice with wings. The wings were perfectly crispy and the fried rice was packed with flavor. They will even make it spicy upon request. Would highly recommend getting the House Special sauce to go with it. The customer service was just as good as the meal. Definitely a must try!

Yelp
This was a NO for me. I order to-go 2lbs of crawfish which was over cooked, the sauce had no taste very flavorless. The over price snowcrab 26.99 for a cluster not by the pound but CLUSTER, which is sad. The sauce on the crab didn't have any spice to it and also flavorless. Thank you but no thank you

Yelp
The ambiance upon entering the restaurant was pleasantly cool and relaxed. The waiter provided exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to assist with the ordering process and explaining wait times. I opted for the soft shell crab, which proved to be deliciously flavorful. I'd rate my experience an 8/10. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. :)

We have gone twice now and you must try the hush puppies best hush puppies ever!! I don't like hush puppies but these were out of this world !!! Word on the street is they took 3 months to open to perfect their menu and boy did they accomplish that and more! Don't forget to get you a michelada which did not disappoint!

Yelp
I have no idea where to even start! Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been too. Everything tasted great! The fried rice was the best I've ever had! Pascale was a great help with explaining the menu and suggestions. We came in kinda late. About 30 minutes until close not once did we feel rushed. Overall 10/10!!

Yelp
My husband and I just left Clawdaddy. It's Super Bowl Sunday so of course things are busier than usual. Customer service is amazing. When the wait was longer than expected the owner was amazing. Drinks are fire. We had the watermelon jolly rancher Rita. Food is incredibly tasty. Clawdaddy you did your big one on this. Welcome to the neighborhood. I'm allergic to shellfish but my husband will definitely be a regular. You guys are awesome! Great food, awesome Customer service, great location.

Yelp
I ordered 4 shrimp boils and we hated it, the Z sauce is terrible, no spice to the medium flavor. I will never eat here again. I have never walked away from a shrimp boil, today is the day.
