We had a decent experience here. I will say, it seemed like they were a little short staffed. We saw our waiter maybe a couple times. There was another young lady who would come by and help him by refilling our waters. We did appreciate that. The food was delicious. It was also large portions for the price. I thoroughly enjoyed my iced horchata latte. We sat out back and it was peaceful and we could chat easily. Overall, it was a good experience. I think they need more staff. Our waiter seemed to have a lot of tables and that’s why I think we didn’t see him but 2-3 times (take our order, make sure food is good and then check).

We had originally went to eat at day and night cafe. The service was so poor over there, the host didn’t even acknowledge us and made us feel invisible that we decided to come over to the bakery. So glad we did. We were instantly treated with kindness. The host told us to sit where ever we wanted and offered to clean a seat for us in the front. Complete shift in vibes. We sat in the back and our server was very kind and attentive. Food was pretty good. I would say the atmosphere was just amazing. Beautiful table and love the lavender and herbs right next to our table. Would eat here again. Food and service was great. Alcoholic drink madame lavender was also top notch. Created some nostalgia from relatives that have recently passed and we are so happy we didn’t go to day and night cafe.

Google
Decent food and coffee, great ambience, feels like a French café. I ordered a honey lavender latte - it was good but not amazing. Pricey for the taste. My butternut quiche was good, light and fluffy, flavor was slightly lacking but good with hot sauce. Overall, ambience is so intimate and cozy, would be perfect for a brunch date.

Bakery- This place has the cutest Frenchy pastries! The store is the sister store with the Clayton’s Coffee Shop. The full name is Clayton’s bistro & bakery because they have a bistro restaurant next door. When I stepped into the bakery, I am totally obsessed with the cute decos and pretty pastries. Every single pastry looks like an artwork. Especially the giant macaroons, they are so pretty, I feel bad to bite to break it. Although they look beautiful, they taste awesome as well. The mini carrot cupcake probably one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had, the cake itself is so dense and full of ingredients and flavors. I also love the cream puff, the cream inside tastes the right sweetness and super creamy. I can’t wait to come back to try other things. The service is very nice and friendly. Bistro - One of the best breakfast & brunch places in Coronado! The restaurant itself is very pretty, you totally feel like you are not in US but somewhere in Europe when you are inside the bistro. The interior looks very cute and frenchy, feeling relaxed and artsy. The food here is delicious as well, we ordered the croissant sandwich and is absolutely so good, especially the croissant, so well baked! There also so much cheese and meat in it, very big quantity. The salad is very yummy as well. The service is nice too! Very good place.

Google
I had a wonderful experience at Clayton’s Bakery & Bistro. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the crepes were especially memorable—light, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back.

Google
My friends and I came here to eat delicious food and drink coffee. My friend wanted to come to this place because of its high rating and interesting interior design. In fact, I really liked the atmosphere in the place. Especially the fact that there were a lot of beautiful flowers. They also sell a variety of jams, drinks, bread, teas, and tableware. Everything looks really nice. But as for the food, I was not satisfied at all. We had three different desserts and none of us liked them. Maybe I didn't understand something🤷‍♀️. The coffee is okay. I can't say that I liked it or that it was bad, just normal. I also did not like the fact that many items did not have prices listed. I can't say anything bad about the place, but I personally didn't like it. This is just my opinion. The interior of the place is really 😊

Google
This is a great little bistro with superb service and tasty food. Streetside and back patio seating available. The Kale salad and the Ham and Bacon croissaant were excellent. The only drawback was the single restroom ------ a real pain when an inconsiderate person sits in there talking on the phone ( everyone trying to get in could hear her ). Handicap doable . Final take---Recommended

Google
Very disappointed with my custom cake order. I ordered a cake for Christmas and when I went to pick it up it had a few small cracks. They didn’t appear to be that big so I was fine with it since I needed it for the night. I drove 15 mins home (not a bumpy ride) and when I opened the cake it was fully cracked. The small cracks spread to the whole cake. I called to let them know and they just thanks for letting them know and sorry about that. Very disappointed especially since I had the cake custom made for a special event.

Yelp
What a wonderful place for breakfast lunch or brunch. We came here on a Sunday afternoon after checking out of our hotel. We were told to wait 20 minutes for a party of 6. Very friendly and welcoming hostess. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. One side is a bakery and one side is the bistro. The food here was delicious. Everything we ordered from coffee to dishes tastes amazing. The bagel with lox and cream cheese I ordered was the best one I ever had at a restaurant. My husband ordered a croque Monsieur and loved it. Again the best one ever. The avocado toast and the wraps were as good. My son had the honey bee cortado which was perfectly made. Our waiter I believe his name was Payton was very nice and attentive. Everyone we encountered with were amazing. We really enjoyed our brunch here and will definitely be back again when in Coronado. :

Yelp
Ambiance..was cute place and plenty of outside seating..too many flies outside. Service..friendly but took awhile for food Food..got the Cozy cardamom drink..loved the flavor and felt the fall feep. I also got a fall frittata. It was okay..needed more flavor and seemed undercooked

Yelp
Morning breakfast on a Monday for party of 7 , food was great but service was slow we got our waters then coffee but no cream then 2 creams arrived but none for the 3rd cup or sugar for the table. Yelp
So amazing! I'll admit I'm more of a breakfast person so I've never ordered a sandwich. The B.L.T was so good, made with applewood bacon, crisp fresh lettuce, garlic aioli on a toasted delicious croissant with everything seasoning . The best seating of course is in the back and pro tip they have a little parking lot in the alley. 9/10 recommended!!
google avatar

Chloe K.

Yelp
I've eaten at the bakery portion probably 20+ times haha. It's a walk from my house and has amazing pastries! I usually get the chocolate croissant or almond croissant, but their seasonal pastries are great as well. I've also had the matcha and caramel macchiato and liked them. For the bistro side, the egg/tomato/spinach on an everything croissant was heaven. Love this place!

Yelp
This was recommended to me by several people. Popped in here and it is a cute little quaint bistro. One side is a restaurant, and the other side is a bakery. They have indoor and outdoor seating. A front patio and a back patio. The weather was perfect so we decided to sit on the front patio. The staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations. I started with the cinnamon honey latte (delicious!) got the Dolce de Leche bread pudding (sooooo good!) and the Eggs, bacon, fontina (on an amazing soft, flaky, buttery croissant). Definitely recommend trying this place if you're on Coronado Island.

Yelp
This place was such a treat! We've been walking around the island and needed a midday break and this bakery and bistro delivered! I'm pretty sure the bakery and bistro were separate but we only visited the bakery portion. It's very small inside and there was a line when we entered. They have a beautiful glass case of treats, pastries and cakes. I got the honey lavender latte with almond milk. It was the perfect amount of sweetness. We were able to snag a seat outside and enjoy the beautiful California weather.

Yelp
Thank you, Clayton's Bistro & Bakery for the outstanding CACAO!!! What a delightful pairing for winter celebrations at the beach, neighborhood strolling, afternoon shopping and so much more. I can't wait to come back in for lunch or happy hour to see what other delicious items you have on the menu for this season. If visiting or a local, I highly recommend Clayton's for quality, gourmet delicacies and outstanding customer service. Use any excuse to visit the bakery too. You won't regret it.

Yelp
Overall I will say it was a good experience. Arrived here early and sat ourselves. Service at first seemed a tad bit slow but I think it was recognized and adjusted as our server was switched out in the middle of our meal. That in itself won favor in my opinion. Everything was made fresh and was served hot. A couple items did not receive a picture due to being hungry and it looking so good. The Dutch Baby and Loraine Quiche I highly recommend.

Yelp
My wife and I were attracted by this restaurant because of its decor as a classic diner. And when we stepped inside the decor and vibe was that of a perfect mint condition diner right down to the jukebox near the entrance and the tabletop selectors. The restaurant had red leather(ish) chairs surrounding a countertop and comfortable red colored booths. We grabbed a booth. I ordered Levi's banana ricotta pecan pancakes because...I had never had pancakes like that before. My wife ordered an acai bowl with strawberries, bananas and granola. I loved my pancakes! Rich, indulgent, flavorful. I don't have a photo of them because...once they were put in front of me, I tore into them. They looked that good and they were really good! And special! My wife's acai bowl was good but predictable in taste. Our waitress was very friendly. The vibe of the restaurant was chilled --- even though it was pretty crowded and clearly popular.

Yelp
Went here for Thanksgiving breakfast before a bike ride & really enjoyed it! It was one of the few places open and I've always wanted to try a dutch baby (4/5) - super warm, eggy, and good! Chorizo burrito (5/5) was super good esp with the salsa, one of the best i've ever had. Everyone was super nice the only downside was the wait was long (despite them not being too busy) but the food made up for it!

Yelp
This is such a cute shop! The staff were friendly and the case held such pretty pastries and desserts. I purchased their mini cupcakes - while pretty, texture wasn't there for me and the flavors were ok. I also got their oatmeal coconut cookie and chocolate chip cookie and they were also ok. I definitely would come back to try other things though because there were other things in the case that caught my eye and I know they also have a brunch menu.

Yelp
I wanted to try this adorable bakery on my last visit but didn't have time as it was a short work trip to NASNI and I didn't have a lot of free time on the island. Last week, I was able to spend an afternoon and have lunch and chose to spend it here! I'm so glad I did. This is going to be one of those, must eat at spots from now on when I'm on Coronado. I was easily sat on the back patio outside without a wait and a friendly server came to take my order within just a few minutes. I tried the Lavender Vietnamese Iced Coffee and their Spinach, Tomato and Cheese Croissant. Both were wonderful, I did have to have my coffee remade bc it was so sweet it didn't taste like coffee ut more like syrup. Easily taken care of by my server who was attentive and proficient the entire time and apologized for the ratio of milk/syrup to coffee. My sandwich on the buttered croissant was amazing and I chose to add their fresh house-made chips for $4 which was a huge portion (I took half to go and enjoyed later) and very delicious and crispy and fresh. After lunch I went to the bakery next door to browse the sweets and every single thing was beautiful and delicious. They have huge cookies and small cupcakes as well as gorgeous fresh whole cakes you can purchase. Staff inside was equally as friendly and sweet.

Yelp
I went in August of 2025 and OMGGGGG the lox and bistro bagel was so delicious. I stay in Dallas and I haven't been able to find anything like it. I have dreams about it at least once a week. I'm planning a whole San Diego trip this year because of this bagel.

Yelp
My very first time visiting Clayton's! They have a wide variety of dishes and drinks, they also have cocktails! I tried the appletini, and had the chorizo wrap! Both were really good, the chorizo wrap had a little spicy kick. The place is really cute, too! The servers were very nice and I really appreciate that!

Yelp
This bakery is one of the most creative places i have ever been. The desserts available are from cookies, cakes, creme Brule cookies, oatmeal pies, muffins, dog cupcakes, assortment of cupcakes, brownies, crossiants, lemon bars, sourdough bread, focaccia bread, macaroons, wedding cookies. You name it they got it. The coffee was instantly a hit. MEXICAN MOCHA'S with oat milk are my go to. Look around shop around I've been eyeballing the cutest tea set here. This place truly is the cutest bakery I've been to in awhile.
google avatar

Allyson R.

Yelp
Paid by card, Clayton's is located on the street and offers some small parking lot and street parking. I went in on a Sunday morning and it was busy, but my party and I were able to get seating outside right away. The host and servers were nice, and the decorations were so cute. I ordered the Chai latte, Dutch baby, and beignets. The Chai latte and Dutch baby were good, but the beignets were so hard. Overall I would recommend this place and would go back to try other dishes.

Yelp
Retro Americana diner with good food, location, and prices (especially compared to places closer to the Hotel Del) Food: Oreo shake 4/5: huge portion and creamy shake Eggs Benedict 3.5/5 solid eggs Benedict Ambiance/ service: Sitting on the counter and the ambiance makes this place what it is. The food is good but the place really comes together when you add in all these pieces together
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
This place is a gem. Great food, excellent service and a location far enough away from the congestion of the beach but close enough to make a stop and grab a bite before heading in to the heart of Coronado.
google avatar

Eric F.

Yelp
Undercooked bagel, barely even a bagel. Inedible. Double espresso was bitter, chorizo empanada was ok, but a little too greasy.
google avatar

Jenn K.

Yelp
Shared the pork & chorizo wrap with a friend - it's pretty big and filling so def recommend sharing that. The wrap was really good but I wish it came with a side of veggies or something to balance it out, instead of just the wrap on its own. Most burrito dishes come with a side for free rather than paying for extra. Still a p solid spot in Coronado!

Yelp
My friend recommended this place for brunch so I had very high hopes. Food 3/5: I got the breakfast burrito/wrap and I thought it was pretty good. The portion was huge, and I struggled to finish it. Unfortunately, my friend found a hair in her food. This may be an extenuating circumstance, but I definitely lost my appetite after she found it. Prices 2/5: Like any other brunch spot, I thought the items were quite expensive and a bit overpriced. Perhaps the location contributed since it's in a pretty nice area. Ambiance 4/5: Very cute and aesthetically-pleasing cafe. It was a nice day outside, and we enjoyed the outside seating with shade. Service was average. There's a back parking lot with a few spots for customers that is a little hidden. Recommend parking there since the front of the cafe faces a busy road with limited street parking. Overall, this averages out to 3/5. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either.

Yelp
Little but on the pricey side for breakfast but not the end of the world. They don't offer a children's menu. Small space, but beautifully decorated. Smells heavenly from the bakery. French onion soup was delicious. I probably wouldn't order pigs in a blanket. They're bland, not worth the cost. Nutella crapes and pancakes were both good. Service was fine, slightly slow but it was a little busy. Nice place to check out in Coronado.
google avatar

Melissa S.

Yelp
so cute, so busy! walked in on a Saturday morning after a bike ride. We shared pastries and ordered their latte & cold brew. Everything was great! We were sat inside which was a little small but lots of seating outside in front and the back! Very cute Parisian vibes. I'd love to come back and sit outside, try different pastries!
google avatar

Flory M.

Yelp
Our first visit here was fantastic! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious. We have several dietary restrictions in our family, so it was great to see a menu that accommodated everyone, especially gluten-free options. Kaelyn, our waitress, was amazing, attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable. She even tracked down the last gluten-free banana nut bread for me! We'll definitely be returning.
google avatar

Aubrie R.

Yelp
Was wandering around downtown Coronado and was feeling a little punchy so I knew it was time for a nosh. Found a little table outside on a perfectly sunny Coronado afternoon... glad I went in to wash my hands because the vibe inside is so darn cute! The avocado toast was super yummy with delicious, fresh baked bread and my chai tea latte was superb. Service was a little slow and indifferent, but not rude. Would still return.

Yelp
what a cute little find. It's located in Coronado area. You do have to find street parking but didn't take us very long. There's a small wait, probably 15 to 20 minutes. They were busy, but not that busy, however, they seemed pretty shortstaffed. Our server was amazing, extremely sweet, intentive and kind, but he was really busy and so service was slow. The food we got was good. I got the Dutch baby pancakes, which I've never had before. The homemade sausage which was also good. We got some fruit. My father got a croissant sandwich which he loved. My mom got a veggie wrap, which unfortunately did not come out with our meals and took a long time to come, we ended up wanting to cancel it, but it came right as we said that and they ended up giving it to us for free. That was really nice of them. It is a very good restaurant, they're very upfront and honest. They also have a side bakery attached to the 9restaurant which serves cupcakes, cakes, scones, bagels, among other sweet things and coffee. It's a little expensive but not terrible. They have outdoor and indoor seating. That would say the food was really good and above average, but given the slow service and screw up, I did have to give it four stars. The entire staff is very nice, including our server, though, they were really overwhelmed, I think. I would definitely come here again. It's a great date spot too, it's also a great place to bring your family. Their menu is pretty big!
google avatar

Elaine G.

Yelp
Good, nice little spot to have breakfast/lunch on their patio. Dog friendly too, with patios in front or out back. I had the Dutch baby pancake and lavender Vietnamese cold brew, and my mom had a breakfast croissant and a mocha. We split the two entrees and they were both delish. A little on the pricier side especially for the pancake when adding lemon curd and berries, an extra $8, but I think the toppings were necessary. My mom's dish had eggs, spinach, tomato and parmesan on an everything croissant, around $17 i believe but also delicious. We really enjoyed our food and it was filling for the both of us. My cold brew was okay, felt more like a regular cold brew and not Vietnamese, but still decent. Tried my mom's mocha as well and enjoyed my few sips. Would visit again if in the area. Staff and service was also friendly and welcoming.
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
Amazing customer service and even better breakfast! The waitress recommended the Dutch Baby with lemon curd and berries and it was incredible! The service was fast and they made sure everything came out hot. We were seated near the restrooms, but there was enough distance that it didn't bother us. The tables were clean and the restaurant was tasteful decorated. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I have been to this place two times with friends and both times service and food have been 5-star worthy! Food: Some of the foods we tried included the croque madame, egg/fontina/bacon croissant, quiche lorraine, chorizo wrap, beignets, and the dutch baby pancake. My favorites would have to be the chorizo wrap and the dutch baby pancake. The quiche lorraine, unfortunately was cold on the inside but still tasty. Portions are generous. Also - don't leave without taking home a cookie dough croissant home! A bit pricey but for the taste and size of the croissant, it is so worth it! I also loved the variety of morning drinks. Serive: all staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and courteous. Ambiance: Both times I've seated in the backyard patio and it is such a nice atmosphere. Parking: I noticed they have a parking lot in the back of the restaurant, but there is also plenty of 2-hour street parking spots closeby. Needless to say, I recommend this place wholeheartedly and will be coming back soon!

Yelp
If you find yourself in Coronado, CA, you must stop by this bakery!! I stopped in to buy cupcakes and since I was starving, I also got the croissant turkey sandwich, that came with house-made chips. A cream puff was calling my name too, so I listened and grabbed one of those as well. Where do I start? The staff was very friendly and kind. I thought I purchased what I thought was a puffcake but it turns out they were pupcakes. Instead of making me feel foolish, they were willing to just give them to me. Thankfully, they made sure I understood the "puff cakes" were actually Pup cakes, and created for doggie consumption. They looked so delicious, I would have eaten them! Needless to say, I didn't take them. The sandwich was delicious and stuffed! Inside were small pickles, house-made mayo and what tasted like house-made strawberry jam too. The cream puff was delicate, overflowing with light, airy cream. I could've eaten a dozen! Do yourself and your appetite a favor and stop by this location. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
We spent a few days at the Hotel Del, but ate twice at this lovely cafe in the cute downtown of Coronado. We ordered beignets to share, I ordered the quiche Lorraine with fresh fruit and my husband had a frittata the first day. The beignets were soft and light but the real star of the dish was the lemon curd. So smooth and tangy. I could have eaten a bucket of that! The quiche was so good I got it again the second time we went. The hubby liked the frittata but I think he was expected a heartier serving size but said it tasted very good, so the second time he got little hotdogs wrapped in puff pastry. He shared one with me and that pastry was so good! They also have a cute little bakery next door, and both times we got giant cookies to take bath with us. So delicious. Beware of the flies if you choose to eat on the patio. Hardly the restaurant's fault but something to be aware of.

Yelp
Couldn't resist walking inside of Clayton's Bakery and was quickly enticed by the chocolate chip cookie dough croissant. The pros: super cute aesthetic and lots of options for sweet treats and drinks. The cons: there was no prices on anything. It took several minutes for us to be acknowledged. Customer service was dry and careless. The cost of the croissant was $10.78 with taxes. No wonder they don't list their prices anywhere because if they did I would have through twice before spending that much money on a pastry. The croissant itself was large and packed with chocolate chips and cookie dough filling. The top of the croissant had a cookie baked on top of it and the inside was stuffed with cookie dough filling. The croissant was hard and crumbled off with every bite and made a huge mess. Overall, the taste was good but there was too much going on and the filling was not evenly distributed making it way too rich with some bites and dry and hard with others. Keep in mind Clayton's is located in downtown Coronado and parking can be limited. There was no inside seating but there were a few tables to sit and enjoy your food at outside.

Yelp
Stopped by here for a coffee and to check out the bakery. They have a good selection of baked goods. Got two items and both were decent. Service was pretty quick. Two drinks and two pastries for $30. A little on the pricier side so unlikely to be back.

Yelp
Had the cortadito, was amazing! Food is great , ambience is cozy and authentic. Fantastic customer service.

Yelp
came back again and absolutely loved it!! i got dinner here with my boyfriend and all of the food was SO delicious. i got the marry me chicken sandwich which was genuinely SO GOOD!! the sauce was absolutely incredible and it was so filling. the place itself is just so cute and i highly recommend coming here.

Yelp
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! Though their drink menu didn't list it, they made me an iced honey cinnamon latte, and it was absolutely delicious. The almond croissant was a standout flaky and flavorful. The space is divided into two sides: a restaurant side and a bakery side. I only visited the bakery side, which offered specialty seasonal drinks and a great selection of pastries, all fresh and tempting. While we paid $47 for 2 coffees, 2 pastries, and 2 empanadas, considering the prime location and the quick, friendly service, it felt fair for what we received. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit for a sweet treat and a great experience!
google avatar

Sandra P.

Yelp
Found this place after working out. We came hungry of course. We put our name down and didn't have to wait long to be seated. The cortadito gets a 10/10. My wife enjoyed her matcha latte as well. She keeps raving about it. She ordered the yogurt bowl and the Dutch baby pancake. They were out of the beignets so we did not get a chance to try. Perhaps, next time. I ordered the chorizo burrito and it paired so well with the salsa it came with. So delicious. The only thing that threw me off was when the young lady offered me a side of potatoes to go with my burrito. I realized the burrito came with potatoes inside already. I just ended up taking the potatoes to go so I can pack for lunch for work. Oh, well. I will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing quiche Lorraine and egg &cheese on everything croissant. Very filling. Service was quick and friendly for is small place. Noise level was high because it was packed. However, we did not have to wait to be seated.

Yelp
Great find, will definitely visit again when on the area! Me and my friends went for brunch on a weekday and had a great experience. This spot (as you could probably tell from the name) is both a separate bakery and a full restaurant. There also happens to be a coffee shop with the same name just down the block so don't get them confused for eachother like we did. Service was great, and food tasted fantastic. I personally got the nutella and peanut butter crepe and not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation was superb. They had a nice list of specialty drinks that we all tried, and each tasted delicious with once again the cutest presentation! The only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of was the fact that two of our friends decided to split a sandwich, and they were charged a $3 fee for this.... for just slicing a sandwich in half lol something we very well can do at the table but just for convenience sake they mentioned.

Yelp
Long overdue review but drove down to SD with my dad a few months ago and had brunch here. Super amazing experience - delicious food with huge portions and unique dishes. Interior was so tasteful and reminded me of dining in a European café. Just super lovely overall. We shared the Dutch Baby and Breakfast Burrito and I got a Spanish latte (probably one of the best I've ever had). Service was super quick and friendly and there was plenty of street parking. Highly recommend

Yelp
Best brunch in Coronado! I love sitting outside in the back. Service is great, they are all so sweet! Love the lox bagel and the croquet madame and egg croissant. The coffee and tea drinks are also super delicious and refreshing! Usually no wait even at busy times, so highly recommend!

Yelp
Was in the area and wanted to try a new coffee shop. This place had bad customer service, and mediocre, pricey coffee. Matcha and a honey lavender latte were $17. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back.

Yelp
I come to Clayton's and the bakery next door all the time, I really do love them both! I will say, the food can be hit or miss, as per some of the reviews below, so I often prefer the sweeter options, but the pastries, both sweet and savory, are always so good!! The service is always above and beyond, and the environment is so friendly and welcoming, not to mention the cafe itself looks like you're walking into a cafe in Paris, so cute and quaint! I'm very much a coffee drinker, and theirs never disappoints! One of my favorite spots in San Diego!

Yelp
Festive bistro and bakery in the heart of Coronado's retail district. Stopped in for lunch. Had a quiet table on the cute back patio. Nice menu of salads and sandwiches. If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the place as they bake most of their own goodies. The roasted turkey and Brie sandwich $18.50 is shareable. A tad bland...could use a little cranberry aioli or maybe Dijon mustard. The house made kettle chips are good. The carrot cake is pricey at $12 but is easily shareable. It's really good!!! Service was just so-so. Waited a long time for someone to take our order. Maybe the quiet booth on the patio isn't a good idea if you're short on time.

Yelp
Great place! I'm here for a couple days and run in to this place for matcha so decided to get some delicious food too! The sandwich was amazing! I loooove cheese even tho can't eat it as much as I would want to. This combination was so tasty and I would definitely finish it if I had more room in stomach. The interior looks absolutely gorgeous where you can see a lot of French culture. In general, I saw a lot of French on the island. The servers are nice and attentive, which I think is creating a great warm atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Will definitely go back here next time I'm on Coronado!

Yelp
Service is excellent. The chorizo burrito is delicious! We split the chorizo burrito (no potatoes ) and it was plenty . This is the only restaurant we went to twice during our vacation in Coronado.
