Clean Juice

I ordered an Immunity One juice for pickup. It was ready when I arrived, delicious and fresh. The staff was also friendly and attentive. I also ordered chocolate peanut butter balls which I believe also had protein in them. They were pretty good and I could tell they were made from scratch, yum! Show them some love! I'll be back!

I got the Recharge Smoothie with Whey and the nutrients have made me feel great and did not give me any tummy issues. Customer service was excellent. I will be returning and do recommend:-)

Stopped in here for the first time to grab a smoothie and I chose The Coffee One for the day. Great flavor with a refreshing boost of energy! Can't wait to try some of the other selections. Most of their menu appears to be vegan based which works well for me. I always appreciate a business that prioritizes the health of its consumers. Looking forward to trying the lunch options on my next visit. Update 8/9: Tried the BBQ Chicken Wrap which was fresh and delicious. It's on the small side and if you're anything like me, isn't gonna fill you up. So maybe get like 3 or 4?? Lol but the quality is definitely there and leaves you with a great feeling afterward.

I ordered an açaí bowl via Uber Eats. A total of 15 min passed between order time and delivery, and I live 1 minute away from the restaurant. That’s reasonable considering time to prep, get to driver and deliver! However, I do not think it’s acceptable for my bowl to look the way it did upon delivery. COMPLETELY melted, 100% liquid. Umm did it melt in the 1 minute it takes to drive to my apartment that you can literally see from across the street? Toppings are nowhere to be seen— assuming they’re mixed in? Never have I ever seen an açaí bowl like this and never will I EVER pay $20 for one from this location again. Learn how to make açaí bowls please. Or if you can’t, don’t show pictures on your website that look completely different than the bowls you actually provide. No fault to uber eats.. Clean Juice is completely at fault for this transaction.

I love Clean Juice. Their smoothies, juices and all the bowls and bites are pretty tasty and the fact that it is all Organic is even better. My go-to smoothie for lunch is the Simple One and I can add-ons as many as I can. Their Avocado toast is my favorite one. People that work there are welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients. They do get pretty busy during lunch rush, if you don’t want to wait, order on their App and pick it up. I go here at least 2-3 times a week, this is a must try for anyone!

I recently ordered the Coffee One from this Clean Juice location, and I was really disappointed. It tasted extremely bitter and unpleasant—nothing like the one I had in Greensboro, which was smooth and enjoyable. The quality and consistency here definitely need improvement. I won’t be ordering this again from this location!!! its very bad!!

Fast and friendly, great place to grab a healthy snack or drink when in the area. Taste and quality were excellent and staff made this quick visit well worth the stop.

Clean Juice smoothies and bowls are a favorite at our house! The flavor options are all delicious, and we love that they only use organic ingredients. Plus, Clean Juice employee, Audrey, was super friendly and helpful!

Delicious clean juices, freshly made to order! I also like the option of being able to customize your own, so that's what I did today, I love the color of the juices here, very vibrant!

There were three employees and no customers when we walked into the shop. We ordered two smoothies direct from the menu. No special requests or anything. While we were waiting two more customers came into the shop--they ordered two smoothies and two food items. They received both of their food items and both of their smoothies before we received our smoothies. At this point four more customers had walked into the shop and while they were ordering one of our smoothies was ready, about 15 minutes or so after we originally ordered. As this next group of people's orders started to come up I walked up to the counter to let them know that we were still waiting on our second item to which I was met with a snarky "yeah..I know". This girl literally could not have been more bothered that I was requesting the item I paid for 25 minutes and 6 other people ago. I was quite literally speechless. Mind you the shop was completely empty when we walked in. There were three employees just standing around and I tipped five dollars ahead of time on a $13 order. It had already been almost 25 minutes and I've not said anything and could not have been met with a more rude response. After the other six customers had come and gone with all of their items, my "smoothie" finally came up and there's no way it was what I ordered. It wasn't even a smoothie. It was a watered down version of I don't even know what. I can't for the life of me understand what happened. When we walked in, they weren't busy. They weren't prepping. They weren't on the phone. Literally nothing. There were three employees to make two smoothies. I tipped extremely generously upfront and didn't complain. Was met with extreme sass, still didn't complain and wasn't even given what I ordered. Entitled much?

Second time going and service is always great. Delicious smoothies, sandwiches and almond butter toast! Not a big spot, but has plenty of parking.

The photo really says it all. I've watched this juice bar go downhill so much over the years. Was so excited to have an organic juice bar near me. Smoothies are watery and no flavor...tons of life to use less fruits. the toasts are horrible...brown old smashed watery avocado, soggy bread. Açaí bowl is all açaí and couple soggy brown slimmy toppings such as four brown banana slices. i have not wanted to write this review and shared feedback directly for years but today's toast takes the cake.

Truly the cleanest ingredients you'll find when it comes to buying a smoothie, açaí bowl, and/or juice. Their food menu is also full of healthy eats and fresh, organic produce and proteins. Their Veggie Wrap and Ultimate Grilled Cheese are my go-to's. I usually get The Youthful One which has organic hemp or whey protein, organic almond milk, organic banana, blueberries, dates, coconut oil and vanilla. The Tropical One is my second favorite and consists of organic banana, coconut oil and coconut water, organic kale and pineapple. The only thing you have to keep in mind (especially if you are on a quick lunch break trying to get in and out), is that everything usually takes a while to make - even just one smoothie or juice. I find it's worth the wait every time, though. The store is conveniently located just off the highway (exit 10 on GA 400), and there's plenty of parking. It's a small store, but feels very bright and clean inside.

Looks and tastes like baby food. Topped with frozen fruit. Very unpleasant just like the staff person that made it today. After getting Açaí Bowls every day in Hawaii, this was a disappointment. Why top of with frozen fruit that is too hard to eat? I asked her if Açaí was in this and she said yes... when I asked where the açaí was, she said the ingredients are listed. Then she said I can add a scoop of the compound. Result- baby food/baby poop bowl topped with frozen fruit for $15. Do not recommend.

Had a smoothie here it wasn't anything special but it is very healthy I would prefer Kale me Crazy

I seriously wish I would've tasted this before I left and I would've asked for my money back. It seriously tasted like a cold baby food pouch topped with frozen blueberries. Feel pretty upset that I just wasted $15. Save your money and skip this place.

My son likes Clean Juice, so I joined him. Ordered a smoothie -$9 for 16 oz. and $11 for 24 oz. -- way too expensive for a smoothie. Ordered the Peanut Butter One, and tasted no peanut butter. My son had the Chocolate One, and we thought we may have had each other's drink by mistake. Had to ask the server. Tasted my son's and his tasted just like mine. Server confirmed we had the correct drinks. He purchased a cold -pressed refrigerated juice that was 10-12oz. for $9, which I think is absurd. His money, but I would never pay that much for a single serving of juice.

The service by Audrey was exceptional! It was my first time in and she helped me decide what to order. My daughter loved her strawberry banana smoothie and my mango smoothie was delicious!

Ordered The Peanut Butter one and it has no flavor whatsoever. Not to mention the staff is super slow and unpleasant.

The interior of this place has very limited seating and by limited I mean, one table with two chairs and a bar top area with several high top chairs. The staff here were very disinterested with customers and some other customers were ignored however, my friend and I were not. I ordered a Be Happy bowl (mango smoothie base, chia seeds on the bottom, coconut shavings, pineapple, mango, and granola on top) and you could choose a drizzle of peanut butter, almond butter, or honey. I really loved my bowl - the mango was perfectly ripe, the granola was sweet and contrasted nicely with the smoothie base, the chia on the bottom was the perfect consistency, and all the components of the bowl worked really well together. My main reasoning for taking off two stars despite the delicious bowl is that the bowls are pricey for the portion size, the service, and the lack of seating. I also noticed that other people's orders (take-out) such as the sandwiches and smoothies are very tiny for the high price point. I'd come again for the smoothie bowl alone but also I'll be looking to try other places to see if there's a better price to portion ratio with better service and ambiance.

The açaí bowl I got was fine...the customer service I witnessed was not. Super slow and not managed well. All the other low reviews I see about this place are quite accurate. They need to handle issues with their staff not in front of their customers and focus on getting things right before they start arguing about what went wrong. I personally didn't have any issues, but I witnessed some odd service. Won't be back.

First off, I have been going to this Clean Juice location for well over a year now. I have also had the opportunity to get to know the owner, Natalia, and she is so sweet and has always been prompt in responding and so easy to work with. This isn't the kind of smoothie place that most Americans might be used to, as Clean Juice creations aren't jammed packed with sugar or "turbinado." They are made with fresh ingredients and are cold pressed, so they might not be super sweet like something you would pick up from Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie (and their nutritional facts show it). I've done a one day cleanse, ordered bottled juices, fresh juice, smoothies, shots, bowls, you name it! Everything is FRESH and delicious. They do have an app + rewards program which can save you money. I also love their clean branding and elevated rustic in-store decor! Their location is convenient to downtown Alpharetta and they have ample parking; not a ton of seating, but most people grab and go! You can also order ahead if you're in a rush since sometimes it can take more than a minute to get your order since everything is made fresh to order (except bottled juices). If you're looking for a clean, nutritious smoothie option, go check them out!

Super disappointing! Smoothie is like drinking flavored water.I have tried this place five times for the past two years and consistently the same issue. I have shared this feedback directly with the owner but things have not changed. The smoothies are very watery with no flavor. I ever asked for them to not add water and to be sure it's fruit and other ingredients and got home and threw the $18 smoothie in the trash. I don't know if they are saving on ingredients or staff all not trained. there's no flavor in addition to it being very watery which means they are not using enough fruit. I am within walking distance and would love to go here all the time. My advice...save yourself the money and aggravation and make your smoothie or açaí bowl at home. Such a shame but this is likely why it's always empty in there.

Horrible service. Rudest employees. I love their food but will take my service elsewhere. There are lots of places that will be happy to take my $50 for lunch for 2.

A big no for me. The juice was not good, the staff was not good, the prices were not good. Nothing about this juice joint impressed me. I stood there waiting for several minutes while another customer asked several pointless unrelated questions after already having ordered. Finally they said oh go ahead and I put it my order. It wasn't really juice in my book more of a ice smoothie.... Anyway it tasted .. funky? Like just not right, I'm not sure how to explain it. After about three sips I threw it in the trash. After checking in on Yelp I couldn't help but see their health violations of unwashed fruit and unclean surfaces so I'm assuming that was the odd taste I couldn't quite figure out earlier. So seriously skip visiting here, save yourself the money.

Do not go here unless you have an hour to wait for your smoothie. Horrible service and extremely slow. Was late to a meeting due to waiting 45 minutes for a smoothie that I had already paid for

Went in today and was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent, the girl who waited on me was very friendly and helpful with my questions. I'll be back!

My rate of 4-Stars is simply because the price is higher than other juice bars in the area. However, you get what you pay for and the cost here is your health. I regularly visit Arden's Garden, Kale Me Krazy, and many others in the city. The quality of the freshly juiced drinks does not compare. All are good bite Clean Juice is great! Fresh and organic is worthy of a premium price. When I want to boost energy, cleanse, or feel better during that 'time of the month', I stop here for fresh ingredients that work like medicine.

Yum!! This was so customizable and delicious!! I love the fact that everything is organic. I ordered the recovery one. I'm staying away from sugar, so no honey. They added pineapple for me and it was fantastic!!

Juice is very overpriced. Too many young kids behind the counter--they always seem to be scrambling. Every time I visit I wait approx 10 min by the register to check out (for a pre-packaged juice). Save your coins and go elsewhere.

I got "the recovery one" protein shake after a hard work out today. It was refreshing and made with all natural sugars. The space inside was very clean just like the food/drinks they serve. Top notch management too, very friendly.

Employees were rude, unfriendly and slow service. Just overall unprofessional. Too expensive for that type of service.

Overpriced, not that good, not customer service oriented. Got a basic açaí bowl. Bland and simple and $17.50 after tip. Missing a key ingredient. Won't waste my money here again.

I got a smoothie at this location and it was great, made just the way I wanted it. The young man that helped me was super nice and very helpful.

This is a real juice place, actual fruits and vegetables used to make healthy juices, smoothies and açaí bowls. Not like other places that use preprocessed stuff that ends up tasting like dessert. If you like actual healthy options this place is great and staff was very friendly.

Well you FINALLY get what you paid fah. I knew it was coming faster than a speeding train. When service goes down so does everything else, especially a manager who need to explain why your chicken was a bit toooo seared. My head was like an owl as he explained why the looks of the over done chicken bits. Could we have some peace? The food is already butchered for my chops. Pick it up! Today businesses are hot then they lose focus on the CUSTOMER becoming a NIT. I will come back another time to see if they service is still a got! JayZ said it best "Show me what you got!"

Great place to grab and healthy drink after a long workout. Drink orders come up fast with no long wait times or confusion.

Yummy smoothie bowl without added sugar. Love they have kids options. All of which was reasonably priced considering it's organic produce. I took off a star because I noticed they use Silk almond milk. My assumption was everything is organic. I don't mind paying a little higher price for all organic. Almonds are definitely something you want organic. The USDA organic sign they have outside is slightly misleading in that regard. Eveyrone was friendly and helpful.

This place is wonderful!!! So organic and healthy! With wonderful prices surprisingly. I had the wheat grass shot as well and it's amazing!!!! It's in a great location and the staff is very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place! I will for sure be back!!!

I've never been one to give reviews or anything of that nature but I'm making an exception with the Clean Juice bar in Alpharetta, GA. Today (8/9/2020) I order a 16oz chocolate one, 16oz Creamsicle, and 2 the wild ones... it took 45 minutes for me to get my order. Each drink came out one by one during that 45 min span and each one melted more and more waiting for the next one. There were other customers in the store yes but not enough to cause such a hold up. I watched as customers were confused on who's drink belong to who because some of us ordered the same smoothies. No names were called that belong to orders, I got 3 of my drinks I ordered all of which I had a 10-15 min wait between each drink. My 4th drink didn't come out for about 20 minutes after my first 3 drinks. Once my 4th drink came out it sat on the counter with no name on it and no one said anything to let me know it was mine. There were 5 young kids who look like they're freshman in high school working. 3 of which were in the back kitchen area doing not a thing. While the 2 of them worked up front slowly getting orders put together in a mess of a work space. Blenders were a mess, counters were a mess, uniforms were messy, and overall just looked very unhygienic of a work space. I understand working in a juice bar making juices, smoothies, etc... You're going to get a little messy but this was not ok. I had my wife and 2 kids in the car waiting 45mins for smoothies. I'm most frustrated because this isn't the first time I've dealt with this at the Clean Juice bar in Alpharetta. It seems to be that there is no real training of staff, no real over sight of employees by a qualified manager or supervisor. Whoever is the owner of this branch of Clean Juice is not doing a great job with hiring, training, and supervising the young staff. There was one instance when I came into the store and the young man working the cash register was told to inform me of a discount if I followed the store on Instagram. The manager (adult woman with reddish color hair) told him to tell me about the discount and he proceeded to decline her and told her to do it... She said nothing to the young man and overall it was unprofessional on both sides. I'm extremely tired of a poorly run store, with poor employee training, and poor management or supervision. I would say that I'm not going to visit the store but I am going to continue to go into the store. I'm going to continue to visit the store and I'm going to continue to write reviews everywhere I can until something changes. The customers that actually enjoy what the Clean Juice bar offers deserve better service.

Just awful, portion sizes of food is horrendous. Sandwich tasted like cardboard and the smoothie tasted like flint Michigan sewer water. Safe to say I wouldn't recommend.

Wow! I'm impressed already! I've come here 3 days in a row. Very healthy spot! They listen to your order even the special ones. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I love the prayer requests bin & the verses on the cups. I'm excited that I've found a new smoothie place close to work! We need more businesses like this. 5 stars & 2 thumbs up!

Way overpriced, but the worse part is the owners bad attitude and bad customer service. I feel sorry for the people working for this lady.

Want to wait over 30 minutes for your order? Want to be around people who are not wearing masks during COVID? Then go here. Nobody in front of me when I ordered. Unacceptably slow. Clean juice will never again get my business and I will never recommend it to anyone.

This place is very over priced. I got a 16 oz. of the youthful one & it was $10.00 not worth it! There are way better places in the Alpharetta area for such a more reasonable price. My smoothie was terrible didn't even want to finish it waste of money!

Soooo slow. Youll probably see me in the store, cuz I'm still waiting. And they completely changed their menu so who knows what they used to get. Uggh, this place could be good.

Easily the most over-priced, low quality smoothies/food I've ever had. Got the strawberry banana protein smoothie and it was just straight watered down nothingness. The cali sand-which came with half a slice of chicken, literally thought it was the cheese because of how thin it was. Not to mention I waited 20 minutes for the sand-whiches alone. Nice people but the quality and price was not.

I am a Clean Juice fan but this location is the WORST. It consistently takes far too long to order and at least 10-20 minutes to get the order. Today was the last time I'll go here. I had to leave without my order after 20 minutes of waiting, and the order hadn't even been started. Someone ahead of me had ordered $236 worth of salads and all employees were working this assembly line of salads and not attending to the other orders. This is just not a good way to run a juice bar.

If I could give -0 stars, I would. This is my second time placing an order with Clean Juice in Alpharetta. The 1st time, I spent $22 for a tiny wrap and tiny 8oz juice, I was not happy with the price compared to what I received. I gave them another try today by ordering the Hardcore, Youthful One and Yummus Bowl, spending $37 with Clean Juice, you would think spending that amount of money on smaller portions they would have more attention to detail. I received my order and it had no utensils in the bag and 1 straw for 2 drinks. I am livid because I am hungry, at work and cant even eat the Yummus Bowl because not only do I not have utensils but they added eggs to my bowl (I'm allergic) and eggs is NOT an ingredient of the bowl! I called Clean Juice to let them know I had no utensils and there was eggs in my bowl and spoke with a young guy who told me " what would you like me to do" he then handed the phone over to Brooke. Although no one came back to the phone, you can hear them both saying "I don't know what to say" and then Brooke hangs the phone up on me. I called back and asked Brooke why she would hang up the phone and does she believe that is best customer service practice and she stated again "I didn't have anything to say" I replied, "so your answer to my issue was to hang up?" She let me know the manager Natalia was unavailable. This is honestly extremely unacceptable, to not put utensils in the bag is one thing but to add eggs to someone's bowl when the ingredients of the Yummus Bowl did not have eggs, is the the part that angers me most. People have food allergies and some can be harmful, and I paid $37 for something I could not eat and instead of providing me with proper customer service, I was hung up on!

Mixed review. The quality was as expected. The service was not. Many people waiting after their order and online pickup orders being placed resulted in bowls and cups placed on counter. Little effort made to ensure customers picked up the correct one. Also your utensils-only unwrapped to grab out of common bin

Interestingly I just read many of the reviews and have never had this experience there and have been going at least once a week for the last 6 or 7 months. I like organic healthy food that is not filled with sugars and hidden fats, and this is one of the few places other than Gusto to offer it. I always get the Chocolate One, it is always the same and the staff is always friendly. We usually order online and they go pick it up and it's always ready for us.

This place will for sure be out of business shortly. Açaí bowl is mainly blended bananas with little açaí. Owner should visit Playa Bowls in Chamblee and see how it's done. Service is slooooow. My bowl supposed to come with strawberries in top. Why no strawberries? "Seasonal item". Just wow! Will never return.

Love that this place opened up here. I'm within walking distance making it easy to grab a smoothie or juice. I even had a bad cold for a bit and came here twice to get their Immunity One juice and it made me feel so much better drinking it. They have fast and efficient service which is great because some mornings they've been pretty busy but still manage to get your order done quick. I like that they use all organic ingredients and no added sugars. That's a big one for me when I find juice/smoothie places. My sister had their coffee smoothie recently and really enjoyed it as well.

The fresh juices were great but the inefficiency of making the drinks by the employees were very poor. The owner needs to train their employees to more efficient when processing orders.

Love this place. Organic ingredients and a great menu of great tasting juices and smoothies keep coming back! My favorite? The coffee one with spinach and hemp protein. My son had a stomach ache and one sweet green juice and he was back.
