Clean Juice

Ordered a gluten free breakfast wrap and juice online. After an initial mix-up got the right wrap and it was delicious! The GF one has speckles just FYI.

Amazing experience! Store was immaculate and my server was so pleasant. I used the online ordering option and it was ready when I got there! Will definitely continue to be a patron as well as recommending Clean Juice to family and friends!

Very exquisite in the inside. Kind people who are able to serve you well. The drink was scrumptious.

Updating my review: When this location first opened I thought it was fantastic. The service was great and friendly and the drinks were made really well. I’ve been a regular customer since it’s opening. However, lately, it’s been disappointing. The store is not open during listed open hours which is a huge inconvenience when I make it part of my daily commute to/from work; the staff hasn’t been as friendly, and the drinks are not often being well made. It’s been a hit or miss. Yesterday my drink tasted only like protein powder and was terrible and had to be thrown away. This has happened multiple times now. I’m hoping they get it back together because I really do love clean juice!

My wife did a pickup order. It took an extra 15 mins when she arrived even though the order said “ready.” They then gave us a card for six free smoothies. Today she went to use it and at the same location and they said they didn’t accept the card at that location. Furthermore they TOOK THE CARD FROM HER so she couldn’t use it anywhere else. They gave her a free smoothie today and another for the next visit. Great. But we are confused at such poor service and why they would give us a reward and then take it back. Seems sketchy.

Placed an order on the app on 04/09 and when I received the order I was missing the Green Bowl. Called immediately and talked to a guy who said he refunded my money for the bowl. 04/19 and still no refund. Food is good but feeling a bit ripped off and will have to call again to resolve this issue. The guy told me three times he had refunded my money. Not loving the customer service and being lied too. Deleting app as soon as I get my refund. Update-Changing this to 1 star as called on 4/21 to try to get refund for the 4/09 order and they said they can only see 3 days back. Said a Manager will call me on 4/22 and took down my number. No call on 4/22. Called on 4/23 to speak to a Manger and there was none available and they could not tell me when one would be in.

This business is an atrocity. I have no idea how they are still open with the careless and clueless customer service. My girlfriend and I got a bowl, a wrap, and a smoothie. My girlfriend received her bowl but they continued to make numerous bowls/smoothies for other customers and completely forgot our sandwich and smoothie. We paid $50 for average food and horrendous service.

When I ordered my first juice blend, the price was different from what I was reading in there to go menu. I was told once I addressed the concern that the menu needed to be updated. That is not my problem or fault that your prices are misleading. If I am reading a price that says $8.00 and some change, and you correct me and tell me it's been changed to $9.00 and some change, wouldn't you think to abide by what I see as opposed to what it has upgraded to. Crazy if you ask me. The smoothie blend was refreshing, but not pleased by how this situation was handled
