Clean Juice

Never will I ever go back. I used to be a HUGE fan of Clean Juice but after this experience I will not be back. I came in with ONE customer ahead of me but my fiancé and I were the LAST people to leave. We only ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. There were many apologies but we were handed the wrong sandwiches for starters and then when I get my correct sandwich it was thrown together. Over 20 minutes for us to be the last customers to receive our food when customers who came in ordered and received their orders ahead of us. Paid an extra 1.00 for a cucumber sliced but I only have 3 pieces on my sandwich. Definitely do better, we have met the owner and that’s why we fell in love with this location. However, this experience has been beyond distasteful and my money will be taken elsewhere moving forward. Not to mention we travel 20+ minutes just to come to this establishment.

I come here after most of my workouts. The gals are great, very friendly, helpful and quick. Plus I'm super picky on my protein powder and I've never found one I liked until their hemp protein. 😍

Alexis was super nice and very informative about the products, helping me choose what would give me energy and quench my thirst. The store is always clean, the service is quick, and I really appreciate that this location isn’t overcrowded. Every time I come in, the team provides fast, clear, and excellent customer service.

I love this place I’ve came here maybe 3-4 times because the juice is delicious but also the customer service is amazing as well! Deja, Aniya, and Alexis keep me coming back every time!

Clean juice is 10/10 The food is amazing! Its always high quality and made with fresh organic ingredients! The staff was super friendly, patient, kind, and helpful. We orded a lot and they did a great job making the food quick and delicious! The juices and smoothies are they’re specialty, The flavors are one of a kind and soooo delicious! We came in for breakfast today and are very happy. Definitely will return.

Absolutely obsessed with this place. The celery juice is amazing, the people are always friendly and funny, and everything is organic. If you're on a juice cleanse or just want to be healthier and not worry about cleaning your juicer every day (or buying one) you must come here!! One of the best clean juices I have ever been to.

Great spot for a healthy, fresh, and quick meal. Came here for a light lunch and I was surprised but how delicious the chicken pesto sandwich was! The sourdough was delicious and the pesto & chicken & balsamic combo was great. I got the sweetheart smoothie which looked beautiful (erewhon vibes but at half the price) and it surprisingly wasn't too sweet. It was very raspberry forward and very filling for $11. The sandwich was a bit pricey for the size but I'm glad the ingredients felt high quality! They have a small amount of indoor & outdoor seating and service was super quick.

Pricey but fresh ingredients. Can't think of what it's called at the moment but I ordered the beet juice. It was $12. They do ask if you want ice and I see why, it's on the room temp side. I usually don't get ice with fresh squeezed juice but you'd need ice for theirs. They do have a rewards program but you have to download the app in order to get points. Bummer.

I got the Relaxation One. Tbh, I got it delivered. But the entire time was ~20 minutes. Flavor was good, but it wasn't near frozen-ish. It was just a good, thick, chilled juice. But I'll try again when I want to drop more on a healthy smoothie than a glamor coffee.

Always love finding a clean juice for after workout needs ! This place is located right by my gym so it's super convenient! Clean inside and quick service . Got your typical post workout green smoothie . Prices are fair and on mark with other places .

Located in a shopping plaza, Clean Juice Concord-Mills is a convenient and friendly location. The employees were professional and courteous offering suggestions as a first-time visitor. Their menu consists of smoothies, juices, breakfast sandwiches, and bowls. Since this was my first time visiting and I just had an intense workout session, I decided to get the immunity juice and breakfast wrap. Both were quite tasty! Like others, prices seemed to be on the higher side, but I can see myself occasionally treating myself to Clean Juice after an intense workout.

So I have been here a few times and everyone is very nice. On the smoothies I have never gotten a bad one. Today I got the Berry bowl and the granola was stale.Kept sticking to my teeth.Not sure if that is supposed to be the idea way to get it, but I think I will try something else next time. The taste was good except for that.

First time coming to clean juice, had a great experience. Alexis suggested some options which were great. Awesome customer service.

In an effort to live a healthier lifestyle I eat better and I juice, but the only problem is, if I'm not at home to make my concoction there's not a lot of good juicing spots locally. Well the lack of good juicing places in my area is no more since Clean Juice Concord Mills was recommended to me. My first visit to Clean Juice was great, I met the owner Jill who took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in my fresh fruit & vegetable made to my specific order juice drink. As an extra added bonus Clean juice had great healthy eating options on the menu and since I have a strict eating plan Jill was very proactive bringing cartons and labels out so I could see exactly what the ingredients were. This was my first trip there but it certainly won't be the last.

The employees here are very nice and very professional. When my daughter and I walked into this place we were greeted by warm smiles and friendly voices. The area was very clean looking. They had a sanitation grade of 99 posted! My daughter and I both ordered the same thing. We got a small Chocolate One protein shake. The shake tasted very good. They were blended nicely and very smooth. I thought they were a little too expensive for what we got. Two smalls came to $17.02. They did taste good.

I visited this store for the first time. Shenasia was friendly, professional, and helpful. She recommended a clean juice for me. She made it quickly and accurately. I ordered the glow juice. I was nervous because it doesn't have any added sugars but it was healthy and made me feel great after. I will be returning when Shenasia works again because she made my first time incredible.

This was my first time to Clean Juice and I had a great experience! This location was great. The service was friendly, and the person who checked me out shared about the rewards program and the $5 off my first purchase. So she helped me save $5 today and I appreciate her taking the time to let me set up the app and save. I ordered the Immunity organic juice and it was fantastic. I also got the breakfast wrap and it was fresh and delicious. This location is clean, well decorated, and has friendly and fast service. Their menu is great and has vegan and vegetarian options. I'm definitely coming back!

So we're from Miami so being ripped off isn't something we're cool with. Wanting some orange juice. (Freshly squeezed orange juice) we decided to try this place since the name "clean juice" indicates they might have some. Well we were right they do have orange juice, however, a cup of OJ will cost you $9.00!!!!!!!!! Lmao!!!! Now I know the folks in North Carolina aren't the brightest, but on what earth can you justify charging someone $9.00!!!!! for a freakin orange juice???? How STUPID do you have to be to think someone will pay you $9.00 for a freakin orange juice???? I would never step foot in this RIP OFF business! What a joke!

Very friendly and helpful especially since I had never been there before. Food was delicious and surprisingly filling.

I used to go to Clean Juice quite often when I first moved to the area six years ago. I remember it not being inexpensive, but I don't remember it being so pricey. I always get the bowls, the beach bowl is usually my go-to and I love the freshness of it. When I visited recently I got one of the seasonal bowls and it was also very good. I really love Clean Juice but I cannot go as often as I'd like.

Visit date 1/8/19 VERY FRIENDLY! A employee greeted me when I walked in and asked if I have ever been there before. I said Yes it was my first time there. She informed me about the company, juicing and the bowel. She was explaining a lot. She informed me about the specials of the month, the juicing diet plan, the most popular items and even her favorite items. She was very welcoming so much I wanted to go back that day lol. I ended up getting her favorite bowel and I'm so happy . Inside- it's small but have a homey vibe. They even have like 3 tables outside. I can't wait to go back. I plan on trying the juicing diet as well. As the weather warming up I can really see them getting a lot of business. Perfect location they just need a little more advertising.

Personally I recommend to shop here. Love the people and personalities that work at concord mills mall. The Chinese food is always on point! The only thing is the woman's bathrooms... They're very unkept.. no toilet paper in half of the stalls.. never able to go when I'm visiting

What I got tasted bad and they refused to remake or provide a different bowl. Would not recommend coming to this Clean Juice.

If you're looking for an awesome Acai bowl, then look no further! This was my first time trying Clean Juice with my boyfriend and we both tried the berry and nutty bowl. It made the perfect breakfast + post-workout. It was so fresh + bright and it had plenty to make you full

Sooo good. The new milks and juices taste great and they also make really good toast and salads. Staff is super friendly. I never write reviews but had to cause they always take such good care of me when I come in!

Yummy! Love it here, I'd eat an açaí bowl every day if I could. I'm a sucker for presentation let alone taste and the smoothie bowls of goodness here are just that. I'll definitely be back

Tried my first Açaí Bowl at Clean Juice! Staff was super nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. This is a chill place to enjoy a light meal and/or get some work done (free WiFi ). Ordered "The Berry Bowl" and substituted the almond milk for coconut water.

I was ignored for a few minutes by the girl behind the register. Rather than taking the time to greet me and let me know they'd be with me in a minute. When I did get her attention she didn't appear to be happy to be there. The girls also prioritized a to go order that wasn't there yet over the three customers in their store. I'm literally still waiting for my smoothie as I type this.

While wearing gloves, an employee coughed in her gloves & touched her hair several times.

One of the best clean juice locations with great customer service and the BEST owner!! I always get an Acai bowl and usually add whey. The employees are super helpful.

This location is rather new however the staff is really knowledgeable about the type of cleanse you need and how to place the order. I really love their seasonal juices and they're seasonal smoothies. The location is in a great spot because there are tons of businesses around it.

This location consistently gets my order incorrect. They don't seem to follow ingredients list for the acai bowls. If you add items they don't remember to make the order correctly. I don't understand why but they have not gotten my order right the past three times I have visited. Three strikes... To make matters worse. Recently I placed an order through Ubereats and they were not even open but the app charged my account. What a mess. I like Clean Juice but this location could use some better management. They are constantly out of items in their juice selection as well. Cacao Milk is usually out. The selection in the fridge is quite limited. Idk. I'll try another location. It bothers me when the ingredients are missing in very expensive Acai Bowls.

First time going and will definitely be back. I tired their Cacao Milk and it was devine. Satisfied my sweet tooth. Tasted like Chocolate Milk without the heavy feeling afterwards. Tried their Pink Juice which tasted tart but drinkable. Something I would probably drink in the morning to wake me up. Also tried their Orange one and it was soo good. Will be going back ! They do curbside and bring it out to your car if you notify them which was nice during these times :)

Warning!!! Juices are pretty good BUT lots of hidden prices that jack up the cost! My juice with no ice was a whopping $14 bucks! They charged almost $4 more for no ice. I suggest looking for a cheaper juice fix.

the food there is really good but very overpriced. there were 3 girls there and 2 of them were very rude. they were laughing at us because we asked how much extra toppings were. i went over next door for a second and they took a picture of my friend. when we left one of them said "what are you looking at?". maybe it was just a bad experience but they were rude
