I received a rotten sandwich and got sick

The employees were nice but had no sense of urgency, so it took 30 minutes with only us and 2 other people in the store. The wrap was miniscule, and the smoothies were like the “La croix” of smoothies: water with a hint of flavor.

Absolutely love this franchise. This particular location is in a very nice area and has an exceptionally nice staff. Highly recommend it!

My friend put an order in this past Friday. I was going to pick up for her with my juices I ordered Sunday morning. Drove all the way from CB to only be told that none of our orders would be fulfilled due to the truck order on Friday. The girl offered me to sub other juices but clearly that would have not made our cleanses the anti inflammatory the 3 of us wanted. Stated they were going to reach out to me, but not sure when that would have happened, considering they had plenty of time to reach me from when both orders were made. After dropping $120 I was told my refund couldn’t be processed until a manager came in on Monday. I asked why wasn’t my friend who ordered Friday notified and the girl said she wasn’t working. Nothing but excuses and no phone call from a manager today apologizing for what turned into a Sunday of disappointment.

I had a positive experience here. They offered to customize any of the juices I wanted, so I got exactly what I wanted. I also got my juice half off for signing up on the app. The outdoor seating on the sidewalk was a calming place to enjoy my juice.

The ascai bowl was just ok, the base was pretty tasteless which was quite the let down. Toppings were so, so as well, weren’t very fresh.

If I could leave a negative review I would. Was famished and was excited to get a protein smoothie. So I spotted their protein smoothie menu… specifically looking for a protein smoothie. I asked for half whey and half hemp protein powder - the girl said she could do that. Got my order and left only to realize they put no protein in it and added half n half instead. Very disappointed and confused. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding, but for $11 bucks, 16 oz of orange juice doesn’t cut it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Sophia P was the name on our cups at 3:04 PM. After taking our order (2 drinks) she started chatting with the lady that came in after us that she seemed to know personally about Olympia restaurant, that she was Italian not Greek. That she was working 2 jobs, They talked about their Thanksgiving lasagna dinner and light salad dishes. After about 10 minutes we stood up and saw the 2 EMPTY cups still sitting there. I should have just asked for my $19 back. But I watched her make them really fast. There was another person working there that left and went to the back while she was talking and not making our order. I have spent MANY years in Retail/Customer Service. She needs to be coached or retrained. This was our first and last visit here.

I went out of my way to find a Clean Juice while on vacation because it's one of my fave smoothie chains. I arrived at 9:17 AM on a Sunday, the store was closed (even though the store hours say open at 9 AM) but I witnessed a young employee dangerously drive through 2 stop signs in the parking lot and run to unlock the door at 9:18 AM. I gave her a few minutes to open the store before I entered. All said, my smoothie was refreshing and hit the spot.

Quick, fresh, tasty, lotsa choices. Would try their smoothies if I was around when the dreary weather clears. Large enough serving that I have my dinner salad for tonight!

I am frustrated that they post a phone number that doesn't work. Businesses should have a number that allows you to talk to someone to ask questions.

I am from out of town so it was a different experience at Clean Juice Mayfaire. It was my third time in the south and I am not used to how openly religious some business branding + philosophies are. I think it's very powerful and emphasizes freedom of speech when expressing an allegiance to a certain religion (Christianity in this case) through product offerings. The juice was very healthy and made me feel refreshed after drinking. I'd go again! I ordered a smoothie that had the label "basic" on it. I felt slight discomfort when I could see the latest prayer request due to the clear mason jar. But again, freedom of speech and political/religious differences.

Worst experience ever. I have never left a review in my life but downloaded yelp just to do so. I went into this location Monday to order a 3 day cleanse and a 4 day cleanse. I requested the cleanses be ready Wednesday afternoon so that my fiancé and I could start the Thursday. Almost $400 later, I was all set and told they should be ready after 3pm Wednesday. I was in the area Wednesday a little earlier and called to see if my order was ready to go ahead and pick up. I was then told that they were missing 3 juices from each day of each cleanse. A shipment had come in Tuesday and they didn't receive them, but they could substitute other juices they did have. Obviously I didn't have a choice so when I arrived we substituted juices for the first 2 days of both cleanses and I was told I could pick up the 3rd and 4th days on Friday after 1pm because they would be receiving another shipment Thursday and I would have all of the correct juices for the remainder of our cleanse. We'll surprise. It's Friday at 1:30pm and I decide to check on my order and the cashew milk for the remaining 3 cleanses is not done and will not be done because the employees boss had already left for the day and was the one who makes those! First of all, a call when the shipment arrived Tuesday reflecting that my cleanses would not be complete on Wednesday would have been nice. I would have cancelled the order then and went with another company. However, not only did it happen once but TWICE. Where I should have been able to pick up my cleanses up in entirety Wednesday, I have now had to go to Clean Juice TWICE to pick up INCOMPLETE cleanses. And had I not called, I guess I would have just been surprised when I showed up to pick up my order. UPDATE: Picked up remainder of order yesterday Friday 1/6 and some of the juices are past their "enjoy by" date.

Good clean environment with friendly staff, delicious smoothies, and more. The smoothie bowl I had was delicious and sizable! The toppings were of good quality and it didn't feel like it was missing anything. I was able to sit in the corner, enjoy my smoothie bowl and get some work done on my laptop. All around good experience.

I've been working on giving Clean Juice more shots and I'm glad I have. First off, let me tell you about their November promotion! They had a deal going where you get a free Fall colored mini juice if you posted a picture and tag them on social. How cool is that? I tried the charcoal lemonade mini juice and was very pleasantly surprised! It was the perfect combo of tart and refreshing. The staff my past few visits have been nothing but helpful and kind. With my unfortunate almond allergy it makes it hard to have the creamy thick bowls/smoothies but I've been trying other alternatives now that they've shared they have coconut water and can use veggie juice as a base. My favorite smoothie so far has been The Pumpkin One with a carrot juice base. Juice wise I really like The Hard Core One. And protein wise my favorite is The Intense One with no ginger. Clean Juice has quick wifi and cool promotions! I wouldn't recommend it as a place to post up and work all day but great coffee shop alternative for an hour or so of productivity. I would love to see them get hemp milk, oat milk, cashew milk or some other great milk alternative for their creamy bowls/smoothies one day! In the meantime, I'll continue to try creative trial combos.

Pricey but worth it for healthy clean juice. Staff is kind and quick to make your order.

The staff was friendly. The were super accommodating. I brought my service dog. They spoke to me and not my dog. HUGE BROWNIE POINTS. The said she was beautiful then asked me what I would like. They always ask if I'm a rewards member. They get your order to you fast! They advertise all of the local business. They even have a prayer jar! I love this place

Came into the restaurant on Saturday 8/28. COVID protocol not being followed by 2 of the 3 employees. No mask and handling food - total disregard for their customers health. Disgusting.

I love this place! It has such a nice vibe. My dragonfruit lemonade was sooo goood! Whenever I'm in Wilmington, NC, Clean Juice will be among my first stops!

I had my first lunch here via DoorDash today. I was extremely pleased with the pricing and the quality. The chicken noodle soup had to be one of the best I have ever tasted. The noodles were perfect and so was the broth. I didn't even need to add any pepper to it. The hummus toast was so good and I loved the bread it was on. I added tomatoes to make it even better. I will definitely be ordering more from here.

When you wanted to give your body a great cleanse this is the place to do it. Place your order and bam cleanse he body does ya some good. Plus the taste is great Cost is up there but it's worth the price to me. When I was cleansing for my endoscopy & colonoscopy this past August they set me right up for the week plus what I had to drink from my doctors office for my cleanse. I was drinking nutrition plus cleansing my body at the same time. I was getting two worlds at the same time. The people were extremely helpful and very informative about how to do things and what juices and why. Which was extremely nice to know and why. Glad I asked also. No drinking red or purple stuff on a colonoscopy prep - green yellow or orange only lol lol lol. I was not hungry which was nice the summer before I was starving lol so I am grateful for Clean juice! They are awesomeness! Please check them out ! They are worth the price especially when getting ready for a cleanse or and a colonoscopy prep !

I love juicing, but hate the mess. Clean Juice is the answer to my problems! Unlike all the fad smoothie shops that have opened up, this is much simpler. Just fresh organic veggies... and that's it. They have several made to order drinks as well as bottled options. The price per drink is reasonable- however it's not a habit I could keep every day as it will add up quickly. I like green veggie drinks (I know, I'm weird) and I enjoyed their green drink thoroughly. The shop is clean and well maintained, staff was friendly. Prices seem fair and most of all the juice is ultra healthy.

The chocolate one!!! Smoothies are great and so are the staff! They will accommodate any need you may have. I'm currently on the whole 30 and they were able to work around what I can't have right now. They also do juice cleanses for those who are strong willed enough for something like that! No complaints here!

uhhh all I can say is YUM! Stopped here for a quick, refreshing breakfast. The new bowl was delicious and the breakfast wrap wasn't any less. Prices are a little on the higher end, but you get a lot of food and very filling! Two girls working were so friendly!!

Clean Juice offers a variety of smoothies, fresh juice shots, açaí bowls and much more. Being a frequent customer, I love the freshness and quality of the products. I often get the immunity shot when I feel that I am getting sick and it has always made me feel better. Not sure if it's the placebo effect, but it works for me! Also, açaí bowls are so yummy, and they fill you up like a meal. Love the seasonal bowls. Clean Juice is pricey. It is $10 for the big bottles of juice, but you are paying for quality and organic products! With that being said, a few times I have gone in and not received a good quality order. Avocado toast is my go-to and a few times now, I have received toast that was very burnt. Whenever this happens, I don't see why it's served. As guests, we can smell burnt toast. I'd rather them be honest and say, "hey I'm so sorry, I burnt your toast, give me 10 more minutes why I make you a new one" rather than giving us avocado toast that's black. It's almost as if they try to cover it up with the avocado and see if the guest will say anything. It is disappointing when we're paying so much! The last time this happened, the girl who served it to me ignored me at the counter when I brought it up, never acknowledged me, nor apologized. She pretended I wasn't there. Finally, the manager came over and acknowledged me. The manager took care of it though and was nice and professional. She made it right. The service is typically good here, and the quality is usually great with the exception of a few instances.

I put in an online order on Thursday 12/15 to pick up a 3 day detox on Friday 12/16. At 7:15am I got a app notification that my order was ready. When I got there at 7:30 to pick it up at first she told me she didn't have a order. Then when she pulled my name up she told me I could pick my juices out the cooler but they were out of the white juice. She offered to substitute it. I asked if I could cancel the order. She told me she would refund it and a receipt would show up on the app for the refund. I still haven't received the refund. There also is no refund receipt showing in my app. I stopped in around 12:30 on 12/21 asking again about the refund. The guy on the register told me he couldn't refund his manager would have to do it. He texted her and told me he would give me a call back when he hears back from her. I still haven't heard anything back yet. Tomorrow I will be contacting my bank.

I'm 100% a sucker for juice bars and healthy/gluten free food. Also the branding and atmosphere at this place is SO unique (I've been dying to get my hands on one of their "Oh Kale Yeah" shirts for a while now). I'm gluten free and finding things at this place is such a breeze. I haven't found anything on their menu they can't modify for me if it isn't already gluten free. I'm a huge fan of their avocado toast (and I ask for it on GF bread). Today I tried out their "Slushie" smoothie which was pretty good. I also find their juices to be tasty and filling. "The Energy One" is one of my favorite juices - it has beets! Overall, and awesome place. I like how involved they are with the community. The only thing they could work on is they're a little slow. I do understand that most of their staff are relatively new though, so hopefully in time they'll work that out.

Update: This place is a total mess! They are slow, they are not polite and they have no respect for customers. Going on 20 minutes and I still don't have my order, and no one behind the counter seems to care! They are just not that busy that they are this far behind. And don't give me the "people order ahead" excuse because the person beside me ordered ahead and has been waiting longer than me!! If I hadn't already paid - I'd be gone. Just ridiculous. The Durham and CH ones are soooooo much better managed than this one.

This is probably my favorite juice bar in town. As a person who is a novice in healthy eating, this place is a great introductory. Their juices can be pressed two different ways- cold press or heat pressed. I enjoy the cold press because they last longer and every dollar I spend, I know I spent it wisely! Don't forget about their açai bowls or their steel cut oats! The oats are an underrated menu item. From a person who grew up eating packaged oatmeal I fell in love with their oatmeal. It's sweet enough and topped with the freshest ingredients as well. Don't forget about the friendly staff, although most are in high school or college, it's great to see people my age wanting to work and trying their best! Thanks Clean Juice for a healthy option here in Wilmington!

i got the buffalo chicken sandwich and i couldn't even tell that there was chicken on it. The two slices of thin deli meat chicken they gave me looked like a slice of provolone and the sauce had no resemblance to a buffalo taste. overpriced.

Today was my first experience at Clean Juice, and I can promise that I'll be back! It is such a cute place with lots of healthy but tasty options! There wasn't a lot of seating, but if it's a nice day, there are tables outside. I enjoyed everything we ordered today! I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk. It's very good! It's cheaper than Starbucks coffee (only $2.45 for 16oz), and I was really impressed with the flavor! I split The Nutty Bowl with a friend, and it was delicious! I highly recommend it! It was $10, but it's big enough to split. My friend got The Immunity One juice and let me have a few sips. It was incredibly good! I was afraid it would have a weird carrot taste, but it was mostly orange with some hints of pineapple. The employees' shirts said "I run on juice and Jesus", which I think is adorable! I also didn't know it was a Christian company! That makes me even more excited to support them :) I also downloaded their app and linked my debit card to it before I ordered, and they gave me a $10 credit just for doing that! I ended up only spending like $2! It was great! I can't wait to go back!

I have a couple friends who work here who encouraged me to try it out, so that's what I did one morning before a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I got the 8oz cacao milk drink from the refrigerator and the avocado toast. I must say both were delicious! Simple, organic ingredients with big flavor. I honestly can't get over the prices though, as $4 for one piece of toast is pretty absurd no matter what you put on it. Even though the $5 drink was also overpriced in my opinion, it was so good I would come back for the larger bottle and pay for it anyway. The two items together were a little less than $10, with the drink being 30% off. I will definitely be back but couldn't afford to make it a regular spot!

Hello all! Stopped by Clean Juice this morning to pick up an order that my wife placed online. I'm the acting delivery boy for my wife's work crew at Carter Kayte lol. The Staff greeted me as I came in and are very friendly! The place is small, but clean. It can get a little loud with the juice machines going, but that's just the sound of deliciousness being made! I can't speak as to how everyone else's juices tasted, but mine was amazing! I got The Chocolate One with whey protein! Clean Juice is awesome and a must visit for anyone wanting a healthy juice/food/smoothie option.

AWESOME ACAI BOWLS and delicious avocado toast! **Having 99% organic ingredients is almost unheard of, and I love that they have a board which lists the few items which they are not always able to source. I wish all businesses could follow this model! I am very picky when it comes to acai bowls & normally make my own- these were a little small but SOOOOO GOOD. The avocado toast had EVOO and the added red pepper flakes which I adore, but I will say they should serve at least 2 slices (not one) for the price. If there had been 2 pieces I would have given them 5 stars. THANK YOU for a delicious breakfast while away from home. :)

Way over price and the drinks are a scam I got a intense one drink and it tasted like it was fake. This place over charges and the setting it was too much into todays college like felling I see people working there with clothing that's not good for a business. This place needs a dress code. I don't like how greedy this place if they lower the price it be cool.

This is a super trendy place in the heart of the Mayfair shopping center. A nice spot to run into and grab a refreshing healthy organic juice, smoothie or smoothie bowl. My drink "The Tropical One" was amazing and definitely made with care! Would most certainly recommend this place!

If you're going to splurge, this is the place to do it. All natural ingredients, and smoothies and açai bowls to die for. And even though their smoothies and delicious toast may be your best friend, their prices are most definitely not. A great place but a little on the expensive side.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a healthy meal or snack in the morning! The smoothies are filling and tasty. Clean Juice clearly uses the highest quality whey protein available to put in their smoothies. The acai bowls are wonderful as well. I've also had the cold brew iced coffee which was very refreshing and the almond toast. You can't go wrong with pretty much anything on this menu! Also the best part about this place is that you can order and pay with an app so your food is ready when you arrive!

First time here. First time trying an Acai bowl. I had the "beach bowl" and oh my...it was so good. Presentation was almost too pretty to eat. I can't wait to go back and try something different.

There is no place I love better! This is the best place in Wilmington to get a quick bite or drink and not have to worry about what you're putting in your body. * Not only is the staff is unbelievably friendly. (I'm always happy walking in here) they know their stuff!! And are pretty excited to share it... *there is nothing on the menu that I don't love. NOTHING. * 100% organic, cold press juice ready to grab and roll. I know if I'm in a hurry there is something in the fridge I can grab to flood my body with nutrients. *NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS! Woohoooo! Anything that tastes like dessert (nommmmm white) is sweetened naturally and organically. *do a cleanse and I promise you will crave veggies. *my boys love the Orange cold press. If they get a smoothie or a bowl I can hide all kinds of veggies and they never know the difference. I could go on and on and on about how amazing this place is. So just go!

Stopped in today for their first official opening. I was very excited to see a healthy juice and smoothie bar in Wilmington. It's a small space, hidden off the main road down the mall towards the movie theater, across from Which Which. A few tables outside and a few tables inside with a long counter bar with seating against a wall is available. Industrial style. It was a bit awkward as there was so many people standing around with the crew of CJ. It was hard to figure out where or who was in line as they mostly blocked your way to the area to order. It felt like a frat party and as a customer you weren't invited. Not the best professional impression for me and I could see it each time with new customers coming in, experiencing the same thing. I think I wanted more of a warm welcome on this opening day or some background information on this new business while we waited. Something interactive to make it a great experience for those willing to come try your place of business out. They have a great menu. Acai bowls, oat bowls, avocado toast, smoothies and pressed juices. They also have organic coffee, tea and cleanses. I had "The Intense One" and it was very fresh and delicious. The smallest size was $7.95. I would check out their menu to see the different flavor combinations. They have something for everyone. It's on the expensive end but, I believe in good ingredients you will typically pay for those in good quality. So, please keep that in mind! It's a good addition to the area. As long as they can open up their arms a little bit more to the customers versus the workers and friends hanging out they will be gold!

5 stars for the juice, smoothie bowl wasn't as good. I love the juice I got! The smoothie bowl didn't do much for me. I make way better smoothie bowls at home. Staff was very nice.

Love Clean Juice! As a frequent "juicer" I know it's often pricey. But here, you get your monies worth! Would always recommend the "basic one" as a starter for someone who doesn't know what to get.

Stopped in yesterday after my yoga class... bad idea. The place was super crowded and the inside is very small. I waited 15 minutes to order and another 15 for my drink to be made. I got the detox juice which was just ok... but not worth the wait or $8. I will for sure give this place another try because the menu looks amazing and the staff was super friendly. I always feel a little out of place in businesses like this because everyone including the customers is skinny and white so it was wonderful to see a beautiful curvy black woman making my drink.

This place is so interesting. They have so much more than I expected. It was a bit chilly today but I wanted something other than Starbucks. Was so happy to see that they had four warm drink options. The girl at the counter was very knowledgeable and helped me choose between the matcha latte and the golden milk latte. I went with the golden latte and I think that next time I'll be trying the matcha latte and an açaí bowl.

Slowest service I have ever experienced at a Clean Juice...the staff spent more time talking to each other than making our drinks.

I had a rewards card and was close to my free smoothie when I went last week. I was told that they have a new system and I was sent an email where I had to download the app to get the $10 off . I did not see the email (does everyone open emails from all of the many businesses that bombard them?) Anyway the points did not transfer and I was SOL zero attempt to rectify the situation from cashier. The girls who work there are not polite they never say thank you (you have to thank them) very contrary to their whole Christian vibe. Service is very slow and very over priced. The management should talk to these girls about CUSTOMER SERVICE I watched as everyone before and after me was handed there smoothie not ONE thank you from the employees! Also they should list the calories! I will not be back.

I love the menu but I'm tired of the inconsistency with the execution of bowls and drinks. I ordered the beauty bowl today to go and what I received was complete liquid in a bowl. I should have gone back in but I had a screaming child in the car and didn't want to wait another 10 mins. Better training for staff please. Smoothies, bowls and juices is really all they do their so I feel like the staff should all be good at making them.

If you're after healthy, clean, organic juices and bowls this is the spot. Of course you pay for that luxury- but it is worth every penny.

I wish there was something like this closer to where I live. I had the beach bowl, avocado toast, white one, and I got my husband the immunity one. I got the avocado toast because I didn't think that the bowl would be enough, but the bowl was substantial and I couldn't finish it even though I wanted to because it was so delicious. I agree with other reviewers that the avocado toast was pretty small for the price ($4.99, I think), but it was really good. Immunity juice was great, as well. The white juice was okay, slightly bland compared to the other things. I also sampled some of their new bottled shots, of which the Hot Shot (spicy!) and Matcha were my favorites. I would definitely come here on the reg if I lived in the area.

Delicious! Excellent customer service and friendly staff. We tried the berry and nutty bowls. Great proportion sizes and very tasty. Will definitely return next time I am in the area.

Such good juice and smoothies and one of the nicest environments i've been in. I'm from out of town, and this is a much better juice bar than any in my area. The staff is very nice and were willing to answer any questions. My favorite part is the prayer jar, it felt meant to be since I was in Wilmington on a Mission Trip. Overall I would totally recommend Clean Juice.
