Small, quaint little winery. Didn’t get to actually go on the tour tho-tasting was great and Heather was great. We only did the flight and didn’t purchase any afterwards-we were supposed to go back after walking around the boardwalk but it was so hot we forgot! Blueberry was my fav!!

Google
Hands down a very relaxing atmosphere and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend coming at least for a glass of wine. The Wild Hog Cabernet is super delicious. Not heavy, not potent just right.

Groupon for Sampler Flight for 2 stated call for reservation . Called repeatedly no answer then informed reservation online only with voucher redemption code and additional fee of taxes required via card . I never had to pay additional costs not stipulated on voucher. Very unpleasant tour not included only 30 minute time allotment.

The staff members were so friendly and hospitable. We felt very welcomed there, while they encouraged us to have fun. And we definitely had tons of fun during our wine tasting. They prepared the best charcuterie board for us, and it was delicious and FILLED with all our favorite cheeses, meats, crackers, sweets. They did not hold back. We were very happy and so please. This place definitely offers charm and proper southern hospitality. This is a great place for birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties, etc. Plus, they serve light appetizers and offer a multicourse dinner, but you must make reservations first. The location is so easy to find with easy parking. It is such a great local spot, everyone needs to support cool places like this. Especially if you live in this area. This is also a great spot for anyone vacationing in the Galveston and Kemah area.

Google
Really kind server. Cute and well decorated place. Wines have loads of different flavors. The sweet wines have a decent balance more of a dessert type wine than sweet. Nice place to spend a bit of time. Lots of fun things to look at and would come back and try again.

Came for my birthday during the Pandemic. We had a 9 people and did a wine tasting and even a distillery tour & tasting. It complimented the men and the women in the group. The autmosphere was nice and the Charcuterie board was delicious. We had a wonderful time and the bonus of getting money off on bottles of wine is a plus. I’m planning on coming back for my nieces birthday next month. I would recommend this winery. It’s a must try! You won’t be disappointed. It’s also family owned!

My assistant and I had a wonderful time here!! Mechelle and Heather were both so accommodating to us. We got a tour of the entire place, which has some warm and inviting rooms to hang out and enjoy a glass of wine, or have a private party! The Italian Gourmet cheese board was so delicious!! I love that the veggies are sourced from their garden during the Summer! We did a flight that included the Peach Chardonnay, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon! I have to admit that I rarely drink sweet wines, but the Peach Chardonnay was amazing!! Tasted like I was eating a fresh, juicy peach!! They will also be distilling vodka before the end of the year, including a black cherry vodka!! Yum! This hidden gem is a must visit!!

Yelp
Very chill and laid back atmosphere. Heather was absolutely amazing. We love the nice quite spot where the decor was cute. I had a service animal with me and she was even welcomed. Wine selection was good. Something for everyone . Charcuterie board was very nice. I never knew I liked goat cheese. Was in town to celebrate husband's birthday. We'll definitely be back. Thanks again. Heather for the many texts and questions u answered.

Yelp
Nestled on the coast of Kemah, this quaint little winery has fruit wine and cocktails served in a labyrinth of a building that I dare say is 'intentionally wacky and zany' with misshapen windows and doors. Walking up, it feels like you have to solve a troll's riddle to receive secret passage to the bar. The winery itself has all of the gear and none of the game; an expansive wine menu that is average-tasting and almost zero seating outside on the patio. Overall, the place was cute and had pleasant staff, but it is not a place to hang out with a group for any period of time longer than 10 minutes.

Maryann M.

Yelp
Unique historical ambiance where you can relax and enjoy refreshment of your choice. My choice is one of three (maybe 4) red varietals- Cabernet, Malbec, Sangiovese (Pinot Noir). They also have my favorite charcuterie board in this area (aka Texas)!

Yelp
We have seen many Groupon deals and other offers available. We decided to try it out. The winery exterior and interior were really nice and very attractive. The wine tasting experience was similar to other wineries so they are up to par with the market in pricing and experience. The wine was not great. We were not super impressed with the selection and we tried 8 different wines. We thought we would enjoy a cheese board as well ...BIG MISTAKE!! The cheese board we got was the French board and it was $35, the bread was stale and the cheese ehh. We didn't have high expectation based on the location, obviously wine made by the gulf isn't going to be great. The service was quick and good. My recommendation is it's worth checking out just don't have high expectations and maybe avoid French cheese board.

Brandon M.

Yelp
Excellent facility with decent service, but the wine is not at the same level. Honestly, I'd give the tasting room an A and the red wines a collective C+. The reds are harsh, especially the Barrel-Aged Red Blend. This is probably the worst red I've ever tried in the $30+ range. The whites and sweet wines were really good, though! I'd give them a B+. Aside from that, staff were excellent and the venue was awesome. Would I return? Maybe for the whites - they were decent!

Yelp
I have enjoyed coming here for years. I have been a wine club member at several wineries and this is the only membership I have kept in the last 9 years. The owner and daughter are fantastic. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It is not a kid oriented. We always bring guest with us here and it is a great help to our guests in figuring out if they are wine drinkers. Sine they (our guest) explore their wines and the way they are made they can truly find the grape type or variety they like. My favorite part about the venue is nothing is imported from outside of the states. If you buy a Merlot wine you get 100% merlot grapes nothing added to it. Cabernet, Sauvignon are all the same 100% that grape. No fruits no extra additives just pure grape. This is great for someone like me who is allergic to many of the chemicals added to store bought wine to preserve the taste and make it last longer on the shelf. They also make really good fruit wines if your just starting on your wine adventure and need something sweeter to enjoy. They even now serve "spirits" that are gluten free and they are so delicious and smooth. If you are looking for in depth information on their wines and process talk to the owner she is always willing to talk to people who are willing to listen. Highly suggest that if you know nothing about wines take the tour it is short first, ask many questions, and enjoy yourself.

Yelp
We stopped in here prior to dinner at Eculent. I have to say I was underwhelmed, even a bit dissatisfied in the wine flights here. We opted for two of the red flights and there wasn't a single wine we appreciated of the six. I don't think I would recommend this to any of my friends. Just skip this portion and head straight to dinner at Eculent! I'll give it two stars since the man behind the bar was nice, though he was overwhelmed and didn't have time to go over any of the wines with us.

Yelp
Enjoyed checking this place out. Nice staff that was very welcoming. Small place with some indoor and outdoor seating. You can stay here in one of the little house they have that connects to the winery. Wine was a bit pricey for wine tasting. I did see that some people purchased groupons for the tour, so perhaps that would give you a discount on the the wine tasting as well. We had two options without the groupon. First was to try 3 wines for $17 and the second was to try 4 wines for $25. I did enjoy the different summer flavors they had, like watermelon, blackberry, and grapefruit. These were all refreshing for a hot summers day. They have games you can play with the group your with and a small room with limited seating. Outside there is more seating with shade. Overall I did enjoy this cute little place and will come back to enjoy some more of their wines.

Yelp
I used to be a wine club member here until I switched jobs and I just couldn't guarantee I'd make it to Kemah each month. Let me just say that the wine is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I LOVE the peach Chardonnay. The red blends are phenomenal whenever available. We first stopped by with a Groupon, so we got to try the food then as well. It's also exceptional. All and all, I miss my monthly bottles and can't wait to be in a place where I can restart my membership!

Yelp
Passed this winery for years coming to Kemah and Finally stopped. The tasting room was very nice and quaint. It's a great spot to enjoy a little hide away from The hustle and bustle of the board walk and enjoy some quieter time. The wines we had were all fantastic had 2 flights of reds. Can't wait to go back for a other round.

Yelp
Super over priced and rude service. After coming in with 3 other couples and trying the wine and buying into the bottle club with their liquor, we reviewed our receipt to see they had charged an additional tip after I already gave them a $50 tip. We spent about $300 per couple. She then insinuated that we were somehow poor because, "some people just cant afford good wine." Um.....IF you would read your reviews the wine isn't terrible, just overpriced and multiple people on multiple review sites have said the owner/manager is just rude.

Yelp
Dropped in before an amazing meal at Eculent. Nice tasting room and lots of wine for any palate. 42 options if I remember correctly. When in Kemah, give them a try.

Yelp
It was going pretty good for most of our visit. It was my wife's birthday and we wanted to try this winery out on our way to Galveston for the weekend. They accommodated us as we reserved time in the lounge, but since we really wanted a wine tasting (and there were no appointments available) they allowed a wine tasting in the lounge (we were the only ones in the lounge). Although the server didn't know much about the wines (or at least was reluctant to talk much about the wines), it all seemed to be going well, and we ordered a couple of bottles of wine- to-go after our tasting concluded. I thought it odd that when it was time to pay, they never gave me an invoice, but rather went straight to payment via a tablet. The display only showed the total cost which, based on 2 bottles of wine and a wine tasting with cheese board, seemed reasonable. The first item was to select a tip which I did based on the total . I gave a $17.50 tip - pretty generous for a $35 wine tasting and a $35 Charcuterie Board. I had to ask for her to print out a receipt. She wasn't even going to email it to me if I hadn't asked. Then when she brought the receipt, instead of handing it to me she asked if she could put it in the bag with the wine. I assumed everything was fine with the receipt and order and said OK. We had two bags to carry out ( which appeared to be the 2 bottles of wine - one white, one red - we ordered), and we left to continue our trip. Later that evening after we arrived in Galveston did we realize we had been fooled. I went to get the bottle of white wine we had ordered, but instead of the wine there were 2 wine glasses instead. Then I looked at the receipt. The server had already put in a $13.50 "Service Fee "(tip) into the order prior to me tipping and not disclosed this. Plus she added a $5 "Custom Item", and I have no clue what that was for. So we were tricked into giving the server a $31 tip on a $70 order (before the wine bottles purchased). I was really disappointed in what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to hide the charges from me. I would have probably gone back at some point in the future since it is near the Kemah Boardwalk, and brought friends. But not now. Buyer beware and look at your receipts before you pay if you go to this place. You might want to venture down to Haak Wineries in Santa Fe instead.

Yelp
Beautiful place! Staff very nice! Atmosphere, outside patio gorgeous! Wine Tasting? Wine was great! Price was ridiculous! $25.00 per person for what came out to maybe 2.5 glasses of wine. No thanks! Been to many tastings. I have never paid that much for a tasting anywhere, including California. 3 glasses with maybe 2 ounces each and 1 small Port!

Yelp
Enjoyed the wine. The customer service is a bit lacking. Sweet young girl who served us, but she really didn't know much about wine and spent the entire time stocking shelves. The wine is pricey. A flight was $25. Similar tasting rooms are $10-$15. Bottles here are $40 which we thought was too much. Cheese was good, but pricey. Spent more than 100 for two people to have wine and cheese.

Yelp
This is in response to Bill Cole's review: There is two sides to this story and I will address his issues. I am the acting Director at Clear Creek Vineyard and we strive to provide the best possible experiences to our customers. However, there are times that the customer is not always right and this is one of those rare occasions and I will explain why. Bill contacted me to make a reservation on a Saturday ( which is our busiest Day ) and we were fully booked for the day so I told him the only thing we had available was the Lounge and he would have to make a reservation due to covid19 restrictions everyone needed to make a reservation. Bill went online and booked a single reservation for the two of them which is incorrect its per person. When he paid for his 1 reservation online he was shown all the pricing to all the experiences we have to offer and when he checked out he was presented with the service fee ( which is not a tip) * A Tip is what a customer leaves at their own will for good services provided, it is not required, nor expected but greatly appreciate and is added to all service items and is clearly listed on receipt for customer to see and a sign is posted in the bar letting customers know about the service fee. When they arrived we had them a table set up in our Lounge and told him that since they were from out of town we would allow them up grade to the tasting for the additional $15 fee which is the difference from what the Lounge fee was. ( note customer was never charged the entire $15) only the difference was $5 which was listed as a custom item on his New receipt. Customer then ordered a second wine tasting $35.00 and a cheese board for $34.99. When they were seated they were offered a bottle of water that is in a clear wine bottle*. The server then presented the wine tasting to the customers and went back to attending other customers as we were very busy as I stated previously but made it a point to check on the frequently. Later she provided them with their 2 full glasses of wine of Hog Wild ( red wine). When it came time to check out they ordered a single bottle of Hog wild ( red bottle of wine) $39.99 minus 10% off the bottle to make it $35.99 + tax No service fee added; cheese board $34.99; $5 custom ( wine tasting fee mentioned above ) which included a service fee on cheese board and tasting only and tax. Then the customer added the Tip $17.50 which made the whole order $151.44 (Not $70 as stated) When the customer was presented with the payment method he added the tip to the tablet and signed and handed back to server and asked for a receipt. When the server returned she had the single bottle of wine they ordered the Hog wild in a sack with the receipt inside and a sack with their two free etched wine glasses inside. The other "bottle of wine" was actuality the bottle of water that was on the table the entire time not another bottle of wine. There was never another bottle of wine ordered. The customers left and we did not hear from them until we read a review on TripAdvisor several days later with a long less that truthful account of the days event. At any time the customer could have pulled the receipt from the bag ( which is common practice ) and reviewed it before leaving the establishment if he had questions. Or when he got home he could have called us regarding his confusion about what they purchased and what he was charged so if there was a mistake we could have corrected it. But instead he choose to go to social media and provide false and misleading statements and depriving us the opportunity to resolve the matter. We refunded the customer his $17.50 tip as this seemed to be the basis for his sole complaint, not about the services we provided especially when we had accommodated them with a less than 2 hour notice on a fully booked day at peek hours of business. So in closing I ask that all that read these reviews please keep in mind that there is always to sides to every story. Come Judge us for yourself we look forward to it.

Yelp
If you're ever visiting Kemah add this to your list of things to do. This was my first visit to a winery and I was impressed. We had the best tour guide, she was very nice and answered every question we had. The wine was amazing better than box wine lol. We will definitely go back to get more!

Yelp
A very cute little winery located right near the Kemah boardwalk. We went on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all (which I enjoyed). We tried out the cheese board with the fruit wines and I really enjoyed most of them. I was wanting to tour the place, but I don't think they were offering tours at the time that we arrived. This was my very first winery to visit and I definitely look forward to going back as well as trying out others.

Yelp
Clear Creek is a darling winery, vineyard & resort located in Kemah, TX. The staff was very, very welcoming and extremely helpful. I enjoyed the fruit wines the best...very delicious. I highly recommend Clear Creek for wonderful wine and relaxation.

Yelp
A friend and I bought a groupon for a winery tour and grape stomping. It said it would include a shirt and wine tasting. The shirts were only available in limited sizes. No wine tasting. The tour was short and boring. This event was poorly planned and lacked organization. The staff was rude and would not let us use their bathrooms instead offering nasty portapottys. The food choices were limited, overpriced and they also ran out of pizza. Long lines for wine, food and grape stomping. I would not return. The only positive thing was the band. They played great music and popular songs.

Monique A.

Yelp
It was only OK. It is a nice little winery in decor, but the wine was not that good. Only liked one out of the three tastings I got, but would not pay $30 for the bottle. It's not $30 quality wine. My friend and I had the cheaper tasting ($15), didn't want to spend $25 for a tasting. For these prices you should at least be able to keep your wine glass. It was something to do while my friend was in town, but I won't be going back.
google avatar

Monica A.

Yelp
I really hate giving them a two because the winery has grown and the addition is nice. The staff is a bit strange.. I keep wondering why the owners mom or mother-inlaw thought I would report to her the MENS bathroom is not working????!!! What the What honey this is a whole lot of woman here. The tricky wording of the groupon: it's a winery tour not a tasting. You get half a glass of wine with a cheese plate and get to walk around their factory but not on the grounds. We took a sneak perk on the grounds and their are four grape vines and a few moldy guest house on the property. So glad we ask to see in before I booked. Talk about a time-warp! No I am good but I couldn't get over the smell. Back to the winery I am sadden that bigger is not better at all.

Yelp
The only reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because of Barbra. She is the keeper of the Clipper B&B next door. Same owners. She gave us a tour of the winery in May for Cory's Birthday. Very nice women. So we are staying at the Clipper Inn for two days before we make our way back to Florida. When staying here you are offered a Complimentary cheese platter & winery tour. Cory has to work so I thought I would just adventure over and taste some wine and buy some bottles. We love wine! Wanted to buy some for gifts too. Didn't want to do the tour again. I told her... Not busy it's Tuesday afternoon I understand. I find the women. Told her I was staying next door. Said ok. I said I would like to purchase some wine. Handed me the list and did not offer to help or taste anything. I walked over to wall full of medals they have won to try to see what to get since she wouldn't even small talk with me. I looked over at her and asked her if she ran this place. She said yes.. I made a not thrilled noise. Walked back over. I'll take the peach and the blend. Told me the price and it was 50 something. Telling me the blend was 30 something. I read the prices. I have money ma'am that is not an issue. I look like I'm in my early 20s, but I am in my 30s. Please don't address me as sweety. Thanks I left, I didn't say thank you and I was not thrilled with my last day in Kemah. It's rainy out and you are not busy. Be pleasant to your customers and the people staying in your Inn. Smile, offer something to drink, offer the cheese platter. You are in hospitality! Act like it....

Yelp
Today was great! Barbra gave us the tour and she taught us sooo much about their wine! She was a doll! We used a groupon and got to keep 2 wine glasses, the tour, and 3 wines to taste for less than $20. Totally worth it.

Yelp
We phoned to book a table at very short notice and they managed to accommodate us. There are only seven tables but it is a wonderful experience, the food was well cooked and presented. We enjoyed the appetizers choosing the sirloin sliders and the Mediterranean jam jar with bread and biscuits. Two of the group had the blackberry chicken, one had the herb chicken (which seemed a little tough) and I had the special Mushroom Risotto, all the chicken meals were beautifully presented but the bowl of risotto looked a little over cooked and did not look at all apetizing but tasted very good. Two of the group had desert choosing the berry desert and the mocha coffee desert which they enjoyed.

Yelp
We were told to excuse ourselves from the wine tasting room. Even though we were told to sit in this area. We interrupted the lady giving info on winery not intentionally and she rudely asked us to move to another area. We were paying customers and were the first ones that day but I guess that doesn't mean anything to them. The lady that gave us the wine was very nice and the tour guide not so much.
google avatar

Camia L.

Yelp
The restaurant is named Tabella. It is separate from the winery and tasting room. Search for Tabella to find reviews for the restaurant. The tasting room is a great place to hang out. It is separated into three rooms and not crowded, so you have a good chance to have your own room for your group. There is an outdoor patio downstairs with a fountain and garden. The bartender was hilarious and had great wine recommendations. The waitstaff at Tabella will bring over dessert if you order it from the tasting room, or you can just walk next door and pick it up yourself :)

Yelp
Clear Creek Winery has a very good selection of wine. From the Reds to the Whites. Very cozy spot to enjoy a nice glass or bottle of wine with friends and family.

Yelp
Loved this place! Can't wait to go back. Sexy and quiet. Loved the tour guide! Wine was good, some more than others, service was a little slow, but I know the manager was a little under the weather so I'm looking forward to my next visit to rerate the establishment. Very pretty place!

Yelp
Great winery tour. Barbara is precious! Highly recommend this as part of Kemah adventure!

Yelp
We tried to go here while we were in town for a girl's trip. The place was empty but we were told we could only sit at the bar, facing the wall, and that they'd automatically put 20% gratuity on our bill. They made it clear to all of us we were not welcome there and that its put them out to help us. Very disappointing after visiting all the other shops in town and being greeted with such friendliness. Glad we didn't waste our money. Maybe it's different when there's only two in your party...

T R.

Yelp
Where do I start! $19 for a winery tour. I had a groupon and let it expire because I couldn't work in the weekend tour times with house guests. I was not permitted to use the value for wine, I had to take the tour. Really, you won't let me buy your wine with my green money? It is a 15 minute tour dragged out to an hour by an attempt at clever chatter and a syrupy look on the tour guides face. She overly discusses her admiration for her employee named Camile (?) that can make tables and doors and be their best friend. It was a memorial to Camile... and we never go to meet him... but I guess she had to talk about something because it is a 15 min tour at best. They had a very nice cheese platter with a sip of their wine....that stuff must be made of gold because they are not letting you get more than a taste for that $19. And you get what they serve you, no choice, so the sweet berry Merlot... thanks I prefer dry reds. I understand they need revenue to keep a little boutique winery in Kemah... but the model is wrong. The pricing and the attitude is elite. They obviously prefer to charge more for everything than sell more wine. It is a cute place with cute decor and a good idea that is missing the mark. If you use your groupon - it is a passable experience for $9.50 but soooo not worth $19 per person as the full price. Go find a nice wine bar and buy a couple glasses of wine and speak to the guy or gal that serves you, they love wine and will tell you everything they know and be a lot more interesting.
google avatar

Yelp
The wine is good but the service...what service? The explanation of the wines ..."yes, that one is good." The tasting room food ... Cracker bites. The, well, lets call it what it is ... Bartender was visiting with a co-worker and then disappeared. We left the money for the tastes on the bar and left.

Yelp
Went here last night for the first time since the new management took over. Was not impressed and won't be returning. The woman serving upstairs was cold and unfriendly towards a group of long time customers. Sorry to see what has happened to this place over the past few months. I used to look forward to my weekly girls night out but it looks like we will need to find a new place now.

Yelp
Amazing winery with state of the art operations that you get to see up close. Tremendous selection of bold, bountiful wines. Beautiful bungalows that each have their own character, named after schooners and designed to reference their geographic points of origin. Lovely owners and innkeepers who have paid attention to every detail, even down to the bath soap.

Yelp
Nice concept and location, great atmosphere. The wine isn't good at all though. :(

Yelp
We are new to the area and decided to stop by and have a tasting. I found the tastings to be a bit overpriced 3 tastings for $17+tax. The lady who was behind the bar wasn't able to tell me anything about the wines other than to take the tour and I would learn a lot. The wines I found to very comparable to MD dry wines so that was a plus. I really wish the experience had been different and the staff was more knowledgeable.

Yelp
We found this place on Groupon and decided to give it a try. The location is cute around all the shops and a couple restaurants in Kemah, and fairly easy to get to. The staff is friendly, and the tour was nice and to the point since it is smaller than other winery tours. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job explaining how their wines were made which was pretty neat. The flights are a little pricey and there wasn't much to choose from as far as tasting the different kinds of wines. The wine-a-ritas were great though! I would like to come back and go to their restaurant since it is only open in the evenings, but the menu changes every 2 months. Live music on the patio is great for date night. There is a little boutique which we thought was connected to the winery but they are their own business and don't sell tshirts with the winery name or logo. I don't think I would go back to do a tour, but it is worth going to at least once! There is an automatic service fee when drinks are ordered from the bar.

Yelp
The service was terrible and nobody was friendly. Seems like a local place where visitors are not welcome as much.

Yelp
Beautiful winery hidden in plain site. Never knew it was there until I purchased a Groupon for the winery tour. The tour was great and very informative. Ms. Barbara told us everything we could've wanted to know about how and what they do there. The wine was fantastic! If you pre-purchase a wine tasting for two it's less than purchasing it at the winery. It was like $29 for 2 of us. We both tasted the Rex, 3 flights each. Delicious!! We bought 6 bottles between us to bring home, and I joined the Bacchus Society so I plan to return many more times. Looking forward to trying the restaurant and Clipper House Inn too. All in well worth it!

Yelp
Writing my review 4 months late. Yes, 4 months. - was here in late December and wanted to make it to the New Years Event they were going to make but didn't get the chance to make it after all. This place is newly built and the atmosphere is exceptional. There is soul to this place. I didn't have the chance to sample anything except the wine, some cheeses and olives and I had an amazing time. They have many types of wine and it was the best time I had in a long time. The menu had not been completed yet and was curious on the approach. I believe the menu will rotate according to market and season. I wasn't given the contact information of the Chef there after asking; hoping this will make up for it. Staff helpful, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly. I am going to review this again once I go in for a bite to eat. AMAZING first impression and a hidden gem. A MUST see.

Yelp
Went to the grape stomp thinking the entire winery would be open to tour and do wine tastings and have a nice lunch and cheeses. NOPE. Literally two food trucks with only fried foods, two dinky little wine bars that sold it by the glass. A few barrels to stand in and a band playing. Why on earth a winery wouldn't open their doors so people could actually SEE their winery on an event like this is beyond me. So stupid. I did not want to drive to Kemah from Katy to stand in a barrel for 30 seconds and eat gourmet French fries. You guys should have said somewhere the winery would be closed. They literally had a parking lot event. How ridiculous and SO disappointing. We ended up saving the day at the Kemah Boardwalk. Tsk tsk on this winery for making their grape stomp seem like something it wasn't.

Yelp
Enjoyed the ambiance and staff and it is always nice to have a winery close by but the wines were nothing special.

Yelp
This is over priced for what you get, and the wines were not very good. I spent 75 on two tastings and a cheese tray and you don't even get souvenir glasses. I will not be going back.

Yelp
Very disappointed! I threw a bachelorette party this weekend. Envited a group of girls to their event. Pre-purchased tickets as required for the event. The event was 2-7 with Bar b que, music and drink specials. We wanted to listen to a little music and enjoy some wine tasting before kicking the night off. When we arrived at 6:30 there were people leaving. The staff downstairs directed us upstairs. When going to the tasting room the staff upstairs explained that the manager had closed the event early and there was nothing they could do. Being a party I had to find a secondary route now to feed everyone dinner after already paying for these tickets. When requested a refund due to not having anything available at the advertised time, the manager said they would not be refunding my money. This is poor business and I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place to anyone!!

Yelp
Great place to get together with girl friends and enjoy wine tasting. Service was impeccable and suggestions given were spot on. We also enjoyed a delightful cheese platter as well. Will be sure to have a return trip here.

Yelp
I have been coming to this winery since the first week they opened on Harris. I love the wine, ambience, and the appetizers that I've had from their restaurant Tabella. They have really good prices on their tasting menu, from $2-$4 per tasting. Their wine that I've had is made with lower levels of histamines and sulfites which may eliminate some those pesky symptoms that some might have with other wine such as headaches, running or stuffy nose, nausea, sluggishness, etc. If they have the blue agave wine, you might want to try a tasting of it but they still didn't have any last Friday. They make amazing wine-o-ritas that you'll definitely want to try. The wine-o-rita: Imagine a convenience store slushee but made with wine. It cools you off immediately on a hot day. Dee, their manager, is very knowledgeable in the wine that they serve and make their. Tell her your tastes and she will recommend the wine. If you haven't been there before, I recommend that you try the wine tasting to get an idea of the wine that you'd like to buy. They are in the $2 - $4.00 per tasting range. They have a menu that lists the prices though. Highly recommend this winery over wine bars if in the Kemah area.

Yelp
We purchased a Winery Tour from Groupon. It does not state that it's only for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. We called for this past weekend, and there are no openings. We called for a weekday appointment, and we discovered that it's only available for weekends. We do not live in Houston, and only make frequent visits. The groupon will expire before we are able to use it. These are not in the conditions or terms of the purchase. Had I known, I would not have purchased this. The vendor was not specific on the terms on purchase.
