I went into the coffee bar next to the Clear Flour bakery because they started selling the Orange Chignon only in the coffee bar and not in the bakery like they used to. I picked up their Jambon Beurre to try and really liked the sandwich. It has a good amount of ham and butter and not too salty. I had also tried the ham and cheese sandwich on a different day. It's smaller than the ham and butter version but has a good amount of ham. However, it was way too salty. At $15, it's not as good a value as the other. I did notice there was a weight difference between the two ham and cheese sandwiches that I bought. I weighed them just because I had the digital scale on the counter. There was about 1.4 oz difference between the 2 sandwiches. Need better quality control? I wish they would continue to sell the Orange Chignon at the bakery as well. This way I don't have to get in 2 lines just to get my regular weekly baked goods.

10/10 for their bakery, but a 6/10 for their coffee. Their coffee wasn’t extraordinarily impressive like so many people recommended it to be, but the bakery was AMAZING. The staff was so so sweet and amazing and gave me recommendations on coffee and bakeries in the area since I’ve been touring and reviewing a bunch in the greater Boston area. I got the golden latte and although it was good, it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary. I did love that they had a “pay it forward” area where you could buy someone’s coffee for them! The vibes of this place are definitely unmatched.

Great coffee and matcha 🍵. Their homemade syrups are also yummy. I had the vanilla lavender latte iced which was awesome. I wish they had bigger ice cubes :(. Service was fast and efficient and everyone was nice. Definitely recommend stopping by at the pastry shop next door

Cozy beautiful cafe with a great service. They are serving with nice and welcoming attitude. We visited this place to grab some savories and get coffees. Their savories are super great. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to try great things.

Hands down the best Iced Latte in Boston! The coffee was strong while still being adequately sweet and with the appropriate amount of milk. I loved it! Can definitely see myself going here multiple times!

Beautiful cafe with a great service. They are serving TinyArm coffee here for all the drink from drip to espresso. And I highly recommended you to try their Mocha with Oat Milk, it is pretty good and very yummy! Also they sell fishwife and many more selections here. Also the seasonal drink is amazing. They are very creative with their seasonal drink. This month they have the Raspberry Lime Rickey. It is super good and tasty.

Great food, great service, a cute spot. There are two sides of the store with two separate outdoor entrances. One is the bakery and Brad shop and the other is the coffee shop with sandwiches. I got a chocolate brownie at the bread shop and then a sandwich and coffee at the coffee shop. All was very good! I also dropped half my brownie on the floor because the baggie that was given had a hole in it and one of the staff saw me drop it and immediately brought me another one without charge, this was very kind! My latte was quite good! We'll have to come back so she can try it. Very cute little outdoor area as well! Only downside is that the sandwich was very pricey for what it is.

I have always loved clear flour bakery and was an early supporter of the coffee bar. It was always the best coffee in town, I'd even bring people visiting Boston to try it. Back then, the baristas were all great at making coffee and were absolutely lovely and welcoming no matter what. Unfortunately, all of this has changed in the last couple of months. There is now a crew of men who all seem like they do not want to be there. They are impatient, rude when asked questions, sometimes they even roll their eyes. The coffee's quality has dropped SIGNIFICANTLY, which makes it not worth the price anymore. Worryingly, one worker seems very biased against Muslims or brown people, he regularly gets mad at a family members for the way their name is spelled and is always hostile and antisocial with us and then immediately nice to White patrons. It is a shame, he ruins the atmosphere. It is really sad because this used to be a place worth 5-stars but has taken a turn for the worse lately. I hope owners address these issues and hire staff who are good at crafting coffee and who are more helpful to customers.
