Dubai Chocolate Lattes and More Late-Night Yemeni Coffee Hits SoMa | Eater SF

"In Yountville, chef Rebecca Weitzman’s Clementine opens on Thursday, August 14 with a big summer‑friendly patio, but the main attraction is fruity margaritas and dishes straight off the wood‑fired grill." - Paolo Bicchieri

Chase Mustard-Crusted Lamb With a Margarita on Clementine’s Sprawling Yountville Patio | Eater SF

"A new Yountville restaurant from chef Rebecca Weitzman, this mostly outdoor, group-friendly spot leans into hyper-seasonal, locally sourced cooking and sun-ready drinks on an expansive patio shaded by umbrellas and olive trees. A wood-fired grill anchors the menu with a boneless half-chicken from Mary’s Chickens with pine-nut romesco, mustard-crusted lamb with an herb and cherry tomato salad, and wood-grilled octopus paired with artichokes three ways (silky puree, braise, and flash-fried petals). A stone deck oven turns out flatbreads layered with peak produce, like stracciatella and nectarine with smoked prosciutto or zucchini flowers with black truffle burrata, alongside salads, grilled or fresh oysters, and sides ranging from french fries to a local-veg pickle plate. The bar skews bright and breezy with a trio of Aperol spritzes (including the Aperol Betty with grapefruit, orange, and sauvignon blanc), a nonalcoholic Clementine Tonic with basil-thyme syrup and Seedlip Garden 108, and the Clementine Margarita that blends reposado tequila with clementine marmalade, dry cacao, and lemon; house limoncello is already in the works, and a Napa-leaning wine list pairs with the restaurant’s Mediterranean influences. Dessert runs through an Italian gelato machine with seasonal flavors like local honey with lavender grown on the property and a rosemary-clementine sorbet, with a regular vegan option. Service and food aim to be refined yet relaxed—“fine, but not fussy”—with hours Wednesday–Sunday (lunch noon–3 p.m., happy hour 3–5 p.m., dinner 5–9 p.m.) and reservations on OpenTable." - Dianne de Guzman

The restaurant has great ambiance. Growing up in napa I came to this spot when it was the previous restaurant, but this new place is elevated. Our waitress Reyna Victoria was gracious, kind, and explained the menu perfectly. It was a delight to be taken care of by her! The food was excellent too! Great service :)

Delicious birthday brunch💕 With a surprise toast🥂 I had a wonderful dining experience at Clementine. The charming staff made us feel welcomed, and the food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was bursting with flavor, especially French toast. Overall, I’m grateful for the fantastic service and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We dined for a light lunch and the food was delicious. Ordered the zucchini flatbread and French fries for the table to share, with a refreshing Aperol drink, with so many to choose from! The ambiance is quaint with an airy garden like feel and the restaurant inside is adorable. Highly recommend a visit here when in Yountville which is such a cute town!

We had a really disappointing experience at Clementine. For appetizers, we ordered the tuna carpaccio and the burrata. The tuna was a miss — it seemed like it was just doused in soy sauce with a few chile peppers thrown on top. It was overly salty, dry, and chewy, with none of the freshness or balance you’d expect. It really needed oil and acid to bring it together. The burrata was slightly better, but still not good. The eggplant served with it was over-fried, rubbery, and tasted like it had been microwaved. The figs didn’t add much, and overall the dish just didn’t make sense. For mains, we tried the $50 branzino, which was thin, cold, and completely underwhelming — honestly no better than something I could have picked up from Trader Joe’s for a fraction of the price. My friend ordered the puttanesca, and it turned out to be a bowl of mushy vegetables in tomato sauce. It was more like a side dish than a main — it badly needed pasta or bread to make it a complete meal. Oh they also gave us complimentary bread that was hard as a rock and tasted like perfume. The service was also very inattentive. I kept trying to flag someone down to get the bill, but all the waiters were gathered at the bar chatting instead of checking on tables. The one redeeming quality was that the atmosphere was very pretty. Unfortunately, that alone wasn’t enough to make up for the poor food and lackluster service.

Love the French vibe and non pretentiousness of Clementine. Much needed . Wonderful food , great friendly staff , seating outside . Small seating , so reservations highly recommended . Great aperol cocktails. Burrata eggplant , salt fries and aperol. Yes.
