Cleveland Clinic - Crile Building

The woman who performed the ultra sound on my breast, Jillian D., was absolutely amazing. She made me feel so comfortable on a really scary day! I had a lot of anxiety and her bedside manner made me feel comfortable. The two doctors who performed my biopsy were great to work with, but Jillian made all the difference in my experience.

Great experience here! The nurses and doctors are extremely nice and knowledgeable. Much better than the doctors in my area (outside of Cleveland). The building was super clean and modern. So many maps to help you figure out where you need to go.

Most off your care teams doctors and nurse practitioners will call you in person if you request certain cpn's have their own opinions but they have to file their doctor's orders and they listened to other doctors judgements on judgement called for who you bring with you to your appointment and my long history with this establishment there has been many mistakes and then if they get anything from an outside source wondering about your condition it turns into a conspiracy not a joke . And those little boards they give you in the beginning of your appointment there nothing but trick questions . Be careful what you put down in my experience I wouldn't even use those because my care is getting worse as I feel better and get to primary condition in primary shape they strip me up all medication that helps me and want me to start from scratch done with that been through it for you two and a half years and I tell them I am all right at the moment and they insist I'm switching medications I am not comfortable with and they push it and push it on you be careful if you continue to go to this first off I wouldn't get primary Care through them and then your primary care has to listen to the rest of the conspiracy conspiracy you think maybe expanding in a little bit but go and look at your own records and see how you feel and tell them how you feel and you will see if it doesn't happen to you I guess you're the lucky one.

Had a GI procedure done today, everyone was fantastic! Shout out to Gretchen, Angie, and Dennis. They were great! Same with my whole care team! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful outpatient facility at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. The interior is always nice and clean, and the marble floor and high ceiling entrance makes for a relaxing environment. There is also a lot of natural light too. Great place to receive world-class healthcare!

As a patient I don't think I'd recommend this hospital because the act like the care but then when you need assistance no one will lift a finger to do anything, even if you "nag" them. Which is the worse thing, having a 2 faces physician

DISGUSTING PLACE !! You’d think being cleveland clinic they’d have standards but they don’t. We’ve been waiting for over 45mins I am currently writing this as we are still waiting. All for them to schedule us an appt. So we went to see the doctor once we were done, we were taken to another area TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPT TO GET AN EXAM DONE. WAITING OVER 45MINS TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. And so I kindly approached the desk to notify them that we’ve been waiting for over 40mins TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. They were so nice they went to go check and I over hear one of the ladies say “well they can wait”. Like what?? What kind of system does Cleveland clinic run that you wait over 45mins TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. Are you guys serious? The lady that helped us was nice but this system is so embarrassing for cleveland clinic wow.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Cleveland Clinic . I've been feeling sick for 10 years. My quality of life has been terrible. I've had local doctors tell me that Cleveland would be the solution. That they are the best of the best, and they would help me solve this decade long issue. I even had a doctor who has assured me that Cleveland would be my best option. And to put all my focus into getting in and getting there..which I did. Traveled all the way to Cleveland, Ohio and not a single test was done. No scheduled follow up. Spent a lot of money to travel to Ohio, find accommodations...even my dad took time off work, so I wouldn't have to travel alone . All to basically be told what my doctor in my home state did, was good enough. I feel really hopeless and just sad. Maybe I put to much hope into Cleveland. But I was quite surprised at the lack of care I felt here .

I am a frequent visitor at this Cleveland Clinic - Crile Building. I have visited various specialists and undergo routine care here. This review is the collection of all my experiences. FACILITY: The building is very clean and spacious. You can find seating almost everywhere in the building as you wait. Concierges are available to assist you to your destination. CARE: I have visited various specialists in this building. Most healthcare providers at this location are thorough, friendly, and a joy to interact with. There are a few very gifted surgeons and excellent doctors here that I was deeply impressed with. I had the best experiences here with OBGYN and Pulmonology offices. Unfortunately not such good experiences with ENT's and allergists. APPOINTMENTS: Appointments and follow-ups with this location leave much to be desired. The process is not patient centric. Some appointments here require scheduler approval if seeing a specialist. More than once my scheduled appointments had to be cancelled last minute due to being scheduled with the wrong specialist. They were scheduled either by the main appointment line or the scheduler. The entire process is very difficult and stressful. Easier and more routine appointments are better scheduled through the main appointment line. PARKING: Parking and valet here are very messy. It's been such an evolving problem that I choose to take a ride share every single time. The valet is not efficient, there is a huge car bottleneck. The intake and return of vehicles is very unfriendly. The wait to valet before and after your visit is very long. Every single time I left a vehicle in their care there were subtle changes like seat modifications or other. I absolutely do not enjoy using the valet here. I recommend this location for care. However, please plan for extra time in order to park or valet, navigate the building, and surrounding construction. If it's your first time at the building, please know that there is great support with building navigation.

GPS to the Crile Building. The parking lot there is by permit only, so park in the garage across Carnegie Ave. You will pay a few dollars by credit card. The sky walk across to Crile is on the third level. After walking across the Crile Building is at the end to the right. Note: That is now the 2nd floor. Information people are there if you need help with directions. There is a cafeteria just beyond the elevators. Finding the doctor's office was really easy, tho the campus can be intimidating.

Treated promptly with dignity and respect. Love the Cleveland clinic! Smooth running with coordination between all -- amazing!
