Very modern design convenient layout and efficient! Lots of art everywhere here. My checked bags were delivered quickly and my Lyft driver showed up minutes after I booked a ride.

Google
All good here , very easy access for you get on the gates , restaurants, coffee shop , many restrooms 🚽 around, and also clean , comfortable chairs , many quite areas if you need work on the computer 💻 or make a meetings Have no complaints here

Google
Great airport but getting picked up outside is a NIGHTMARE. Vehicles triple parked, waiting for people to come outside. We're standing here forever because our ride is stuck in the gridlock. MAKE PEOPLE MOVE IF THEIR PASSENGERS ARE STILL INSIDE!!!!! We love visiting Ohio but this sucks every single time.

Google
I retract my previous 4 stars upon arrival and update to 1 star as this is worst designed departure airport second only to Miami. All the buses drop off on the bag claim level. The walk isn’t too terrible but they have no escalators or stairs and a bank of 2 elevators taking people up 1 floor it took over 20 minutes at 5 am to get an elevator. TSA pre has only 2 lanes and longer lines than regular entry. There is next to zero signage as to where the airline checkins are. It does allow me to gamble and choose left or right and limp the length to find out if you picked correct or not and u turn

Google
One body scan? The tsa line took an hour to get through for no reason. The workers are lazy and are just hanging out instead of doing their job and if that’s not enough… my biggest issue is how NASTY and DISGUSTING this airport is. Trash all over the floor as if they have never even thought to clean it! We travel ALOT and this is by far the worst airport I’ve ever been in. 🤮

M L.

Google
Cleveland airport TSA has the longest line that I’ve ever experienced. Also prepare comfy shoes because there’s lots of walking to the Gates.

Google
Cleveland Rocks! And the airport loves to display this in an artistic way throughout the concourse. For an International Airport it's not too big or overwhelming. Pretty easy to drop off or pick up as long as it's not crazy busy. If the traffic is jammed then do the pickup all the way down at gate 7 where it's usually empty. Cell phone lot is convenient but there are no bathrooms if you're waiting. For travelers plenty of food and drink options inside, and if you're from out of town I would recommend the local Great Lakes Brewery beer.

Google
Dropped off my wife and was punching in the location in Gmaps to my next destination when a police officer in their vehicle pulled beside me and barked out orders through their car PA system, "no waiting, move your car now" I leaned over to finish adding the address when the officer says, " move it now, no waiting" and added a bunch of jamd waving at me, so I pulled away and began to drive, no knowing which way to exit the airport and wondering why the officer thought I would be waiting in the departures level and only just pulled up to drop off my wife. So either the police put the poorest trained weakest minds at the airport, or the airports administration is as weak as it's facilities are old and failing. Mind you, I was one of a total of 3 cars in the entire terminal, it was a ghostown. So although this isn't a busy airport that means you can get in and put quick, I give this airport low marks for poor, rude, and unsafe management. Do better Cleveland. So much of the town is doing great. Sad the 1st impression many get is a failure due to terribly managed airport and law enforcement at the airport. Someone should be evaluated for these failures. Unacceptable that drivers are put into unsafe situations by the very people paid to protect us.

Yelp
For the most part, I don't have issues flying in or out of this airport. Having TSA pre-check is a time saver. Even when the line is long, it is typically efficient. Generally, staff are helpful. I really like the mural for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Superman mural as well.

Tiffany O.

Yelp
It's a mediocre airport. Not awful, but not the best either. When I've arrived at night, the place looks dead with everything closed. It's easy to find a space to get dropped off at departures and picked up at arrivals. TSA is fast if there's a short line. Otherwise, it takes a while during peak times. I could only find one checkpoint. Since the airport isn't THAT big, it feels claustrophobic and tight inside everywhere there's people. If a gate is boarding, they basically take up most of the walkway from crowding around. Also, whenever the cart/car thing for the old and/or disabled comes driving through, it's just tons of honking (actually more like beeping) because there's not enough room in general. There's only charging stations in designated areas rather than built around the seats. The Wi-Fi does work, so some basic necessities are met.

David H.

Yelp
I remember this being a pretty nice airport in the past when Continental Airlines used this as one of their hubs. Now that United owns them, its been deprioritized. I was flying Delta which has several slots in the B gate area. They have TSA precheck and Clear which seem to always have long lines. Clear is definitely much faster. Just before the Delta gates there's a Club CLE which uses Priority Pass. A nice stop to relax or work prior to flying. Plenty of shopping opportunities as well as restaurants. I prefer over the Canton/Akron airport.

Sy L.

Yelp
The airport seems pretty small. I was able to Walk from concourse A to concourse C in 10 minutes. During the walk there are several restaurants that you can stop at to eat. There are a few stores to stop in and shop. I noticed a Cleveland photo op area. Also, it appeared that most restaurants were closing by 8pm.

Erick W.

Yelp
Dirty airport this morning. The urinals and bathroom sinks near B3 were dirty. The floors and windows and seating area at the gate were dirty. We were the first flight of the day from the gate - so the conditions of the airport are what was left from (at least) the previous day. This airport also has a rental car facility that is several miles from the airport and that makes renting cars here inconvenient and a hassle. They have the best flight schedules in the area. That's there good luck charm. They really need to get it together. It's just an older, unkempt cramped airport with an inconvenient rental car process.

Stephanie T.

Yelp
It's crowded. Different zones for Uber/Lyft and shuttles. Hotel shuttles are towards the back after you pick up your luggage. Ubers are through the numbered doors (sliding doors). Avg cost $28-$38. You're better off going all the way down and taking the light rail train (RTA) to downtown (tower city center) for $2.50. It's the last stop. Go up a couple Floors to the mall area the you're on the street. You're around a lot of hotels or grab a Lyft. It's cheaper here than from the hotel. TSA at this airport is minimal. No line whatsoever. Bye Cleveland For more of my travel reels, look me up on Insta @MyMijas559 or #YoloSoloTravel #YoloSoloConcerts on FB.

Yelp
Parking here was very expensive, more than my home airport in Columbus, Ohio. It was $90 for four day and 4 hours in orange lot. He security line was fine and seemed to be pretty efficient I was impressed with the amount of medium priced food places. Including shake shack when ordering they were very fast. I felt like the walk to concourse C was very very long and I definitely could've used her bus or something.

Rosario S. C.

Yelp
The Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is well-maintained and clean. Although it is slightly smaller than many other airports, the airport is very convenient for travelers. It offers a full range of amenities, including restaurants, stores, bars, and a sky club. The security checkpoints are easy to navigate, and there are ample ground transportation options available.

Gwyn C.

Yelp
Checking was easy but I'm TSA pre check. Medium sized airport in need of an upgrade.

Jasmine W.

Yelp
Small and efficient airport. Nothing fancy but I've never had any issues flying in or out of CLE.

Scott W.

Yelp
It's a shame we didn't get to spend more time at this airport because it has a lot of great photo op areas for rock-n-roller's like us. We had to meet a family member in the luggage pickup area who had already been waiting over an hour for our flight to come in, so we were in a bit of a rush. Regardless, we squeezed in a few minutes for photos and to check out the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame store. Airport transportation to our rental location was fantastic. I definitely would like to come back here one day to take in the whole experience; unfortunately, I may not be back here for a while.

Jacqui C.

Yelp
This airport is usually pretty busy. Sometimes takes a little longer to fo through security, so always make sure you arrive 2 hours prior to your flight.

Karyn M.

Yelp
The Cleveland airport was a lot nicer than I expected. It's smaller, so much easier to navigate than O'Hare, and I mildly panicked when I saw the lines for TSA. Thankfully, we have Clear and were able to breeze past the incredible line (which looked to be about 30-45 mins). I got randomly selected (again!) but this time they checked my bag only.

Yelp
As stated on the "Drew Carey Show", Cleveland Rocks! And the "Cleveland Hopkins International Airport" in Cleveland, Ohio is no exception as everything went smooth as silk for me both when arriving (on Tuesday 9/12/2023) and departing (on Saturday 9/16/2023). Many factors can go into reviewing an airport that can be from one extreme to the other. This includes weather-related delays, computer glitches, mechanical failure with the aircraft, or lost/mishandled luggage. Fortunately, I did not experience any issues at all. This was my first time going to this airport as I wanted to enjoy some of the entertainment and attractions in several cities including Cleveland OH, Detroit MI, and Erie PA. Since this airport is in close proximity to those cities, it was a no-brainer arriving here from St. Louis MO. I flew here via-Southwest Airlines and noticed how small this airport was, always a plus. After I landed, it was a relatively short walk to the baggage check area. After receiving my luggage, I ended up taking the airport shuttle to the rental car area (which was roughly a 6-minute, 2-mile drive) also with no hiccups. But going back to the airport itself; the TSA employees as well as the staff that work at the general information kiosk were very helpful and informative during my two visits here. Some of the specialties carry dedicated Cleveland merchandise including your standard t-shirts, hats, hoodies, magnets, postcards, and key chains. Additionally there is quite a bit of sports apparel representing the Cleveland teams; Browns (NFL), Guardians (MLB), and Cavaliers (NBA). However, prices are higher than what you'd find at an actual sports store. There are also stores that sell cell phone accessories, travel pillows, and various gift stores. Some of the unique things located here are a smaller, scaled-down version of the Cleveland sign that I took a photo of as well as photos of dozens of influential musicians representing the Rock 'N' Roll Hall of Fame Museum, several murals, artwork, guitar displays, and much more. Much of the dining options consisted of fast food eateries but there was some exclusive places to eat including "The Pub", "Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill", and "800° Woodfired Pizza". Finally, this airport has an ample amount of public restrooms located throughout as well as charging stations that included AC outlets, USB, and USB-C outlets. This is a relatively older airport that looks as if it hasn't been updated for awhile but nonetheless it was very simple to navigate around while the signs directing you where to go were easy to read. With that said and done, I am giving the "Cleveland Hopkins International Airport" an above average four-star Yelp review.

Cynthia H.

Yelp
Easy access to get to the shuttle for the rental cars. After you exit the gate, follow signs to Ground Transportation and take the stairs down. Once there take the path all the way to the end as if you are going to Baggage Claim 1 because that's where the exit is to catch the rental car shuttle. There are restrooms at Baggage Claim 1, too. The ride to the rental car center was about 15 minutes. The bus can get crowded but manageable with standing room. There are plenty of food options from fast food chains to restaurants in the airport terminals.

mike c.

Yelp
My god... what a terrible airport. Rental cars feel like they are miles away, and the facilities are very dilapidated. TSA hates their life and have terrible attitudes but I can't blame them as their machines have malfunctions, the hallways are narrow and they have to lift the scanning carts manually over their heads to refill them. Lines are long and they seem short staffed. Very inefficient. Sort of represents their city as being really behind in investing in their infrastructure....

Helen H.

Yelp
I dropped off my rental car and took the shuttle to get to the airport. When entering, I spotted one of the Cleveland script signs- photo op. Even though it was quite early in the morning, there was a line for security. Other than that, it was uneventful.

Doris A.

Yelp
I am 70 years old and parked at long term for 6 days, upon my return at night no one was there to show me how to get to orange long term. I finally saw a worker moving a wheeled passenger, but he did not speak english. The walkways and parking garage were dark with no one working. I finally found a valet guy who showed me the way. It was dark the entire 8-minute walk. I retrieved my car and got to the exit. Again, no worker, the sign told me to use the same card I used 6days ago. Who knew? When I entered long term there was no ticket or information, just a request for my credit card. No ticket or person was present to provide me with the process. I am born and raised in Cleveland and know how dangerous it can be at night. I dropped my silk scarf on the way to get my car but was afraid to try to retrace my steps. i paid 18.00a day to for my convenience and safety. I am appalled and disappointed because of this ordeal. You know better, so please do better. Mrs. Doris A30 $126.00

Yelp
I was traveling with my almost 100 year old Mother in a wheelchair and employee Jackson was amazing. He has a longer birth name, but he said I could call him Jackson. What a fantastic employee. He was such a great asset and kind. It was so refreshing best way to start a trip. The woman at the gate was very lovely too.

Yelp
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport pleasantly surprised me with its efficiency and convenience. As a mid-sized international airport, I like that all of the concourses are connected without needing any kind of shuttle system. One of the highlights for me is the selection of restaurants. Whether I have time a quick bite or a sit-down meal, the airport offers a range of options, including major chains. The ease of access to the city is a major plus, with multiple transportation choices available. I usually take an Uber, which comes out around $30, but there's also a train, which takes you right downtown but at the expense of a bit of time.

Brandi I.

Yelp
Eh, it's alright. It's an airport. It will hopefully get you where you need to go. But if you can avoid a layover here I would. It doesn't feel super clean.

Elle Z.

Yelp
Nice and quiet on a Sunday. Clean and seating area is ample and the seats themselves seem pretty new. Love when the seats have power chargers. Getting thru airport was super easy. I have TSA Precheck. My carryon ALWAYS gets flagged. The folks were nice and fast. They swabbed my hot cocoa can, but did not keep it cuz it was, well, COCOA. Lolol I do like the airport, I have to say.

Angela C.

Yelp
If I could give it 0, I would. I need wheelchair assistance since having a knee replacement recently. Flew Southwest and was met outside by some guy with a wheelchair. As I was going through security, I placed tip money in my shoe, way up inside where There was no way of it coming out. Upon getting through security, lo and behold, my money was gone. Dude said "oh it must have fa.llen out" . He had a sheepish look on his face, I know he took it. Besides that, he jammed my cane together to where I couldn't extend it to use it. Also ran with me past numerous bathrooms after I asked to use one. My family is in Cleveland, but from now on. I'll fly into Akron or even Columbus to avoid that garbage airport

Rachel K.

Yelp
I feel like the "OK" rating fits the Cleveland Airport pretty well. I'm spoiled with SMF (Sacramento), which has become a favorite airport and I'm so lucky to live near it. Some things I like about the airport are that the shuttle runs 24/7 so on trips like my last one where I had to turn in my rental car at 5am, I don't have to worry about how I'm getting to the terminal. The actual shuttle ride depends on who's driving- I've had great experiences with friendly drivers and not so great ones where you can tell they're ready for a break or to go home. The actual terminal is easy enough to navigate, but the lines can get very long. On my latest visit a staff member had to yell through the crowd to direct them to another security entrance that had a shorter line because the one close to them was getting backed up. They also could use better signage for TSA-Pre and regular boarding, they had some staff members helping but I definitely saw some people coming back through to get into the correct line. I stopped and grabbed a coffee from one of the stores as well as a couple other items and the staff was really welcoming and quick, especially for so early in the morning. As I was heading to my gate a group of people were running through the airport to their gate, trying not to miss their plane and some people sitting near me discussed how long it took them to get through security. Thank goodness I have TSA Precheck. With some additional signage and crowd control I'm sure more people could be an even better experience.

Greg S.

Yelp
Cleveland Hopkins is the worst run Major Airport in the nation. TSA takes an hour to get thru. People miss flights as a result. Even with clear choice expedited TSA screening it takes 40 minutes. I requested Handicap assistance in advance, no one ever showed. Gates and parking are far. Half the escalators and moving sidewalks don't work. Most Cities have beautiful & Friendly airports to present a glimpse of their city's attributes. Cleveland must not want to bestow a good image. Replace the management and oversight. Until then we will fly out of Columbus or Detroit

Rachel M.

Yelp
The airport itself is fine. Reasonable food options for a small airport. However, the smart parking garage is a problem for me. They have increased the price so much over the past year or so, and the light system in the garage that's supposed to tell you when the spot is open by lighting up that spot with a green light above, does not work! I spend so much time driving around because I see a green spot, and then I get to that spot and the spot is full. If I'm paying this much money to park, their system should at least work so I'm not aimlessly driving around looking for a spot.

Jon L.

Yelp
I made an arrival here on JetBlue which was fairly straightforward. It's busy but not overwhelming and I found everyone on the staff to be adequate. It's kinda of an older feeling facility but it gets the job done. The arrival pickup is easy, well marked and the traffic flows smoothly.

Amanda M.

Yelp
This airport has a great flow and amenities! Traveling can be a pain because of long lines, delayed flights, and a number of other reasons. Traveling to different airports I can appreciate the size of the cle airport. It has great signage to find where you are going. Parking garages are easy to access and quick to get to the security check point. Drop off is simple as well. And the food selections are great. They have fast food, sit down restaurants or grab and go options for whatever amount of time you have available. My biggest complaints are just the overall cleanliness of the airport. Fountains were broken or carpet was stained. Sometimes in areas where you had to wait.

Mike L.

Yelp
Great CBP staff after arriving from Cancun. Dated building. Need to build something new. Had to clear TSA AFTER arriving from foreign flight. Facility not equipped to handle international traffic. Great restaurants. Best sports town in the county.

Andy B.

Yelp
For a city that wants you to believe it has world-class museums, symphony orchestras, and libraries, Cleveland sure does have a janky airport. Everything is dirty. Everything is unrepaired. The airport staff loudly complain about their jobs (and, in one case, the "laziness of Puerto Ricans"). One sad little security checkpoint is open, with angry TSA folks and no conveyor belts. It's the only airport available, so you really have no choice if you have to go to Cleveland. But beware: it's gonna gross you out.

Dan P.

Yelp
Smaller airport with zoned out employees. Two different employees (one Southwest and another In security) misdirected us to the normal security screening when we asked for TSA Precheck. The precheck lane is completely separate from the general security area. WiFi is slow. 13 Mb down/ 2.5 up. Overall cleanliness: below average

Vinay Y.

Yelp
Cleveland's primary airport is a medium sized airport. It would be even better if it had more connections to major destinations. It used to be a hub for Continental/United but they still have flights to major hub cities like Chicago and Newark. Very good food selection and security wait is okay, hit or miss. Just wish the car rental center was closer to the main airport.

Van D.

Yelp
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport is a really small airport. There were limited options to fly non-stop to Cleveland. From LA-area I had to fly out of LAX for a non-stop flight. On the bright side, it was an easy and quick process for my friend to pick up and drop me off at the airport. There was minimal traffic around the airport, which all really helps with trip planning. What really annoyed me about my experience leaving here was when I was trying to figure out where to go for the TSA checkpoint. The rude employee was like READ THE SIGNS. No sh*t!! Your stupid signs are too small... like your... *ahem* RAWR. This is 5:30am I am not in the mood for your lame comments. Be useful and tell me where I should go or shut up and leave me alone. TSA machines seemed really out dated. There was even a dinosaur machine where you put your items in without the bin, where people's belongings would get stuck on the conveyer belt. Most of the people went through a metal detector and some random folks got picked for the nicer machine. I feel like they should use the more advanced machine consistently. There was not too many shops or restaurants to enjoy while at the airport, which is one of the criteria I use to access airports. They have a United Club lounge but it wasn't open at the time of my very early flight. I would only fly back here to visit my friend. And that's it...

Cindi R.

Yelp
Look at Terminal D entrance from Terminal C. There is a dinosaur exhibit in front of it now. So sad. We need an airline to call Cleveland home.

MarshA V.

Yelp
The airport itself is fine except every bathroom I went in was disgusting. (Should I add photos? LOL) The rental car return is not well lit and the signage sucks so that was a little difficult especially in the dark. ‍

Michael A.

Yelp
Cleveland Hopkins International airport is fun airport to fly through. It's not too big, so getting around is not a big issue. The team that takes care of the facility does a good job of keeping things clean and orderly. Safe travels and enjoy your time here!

Steve M.

Yelp
This airport is simply meh. Cramped corridors, aging infrastructure, and piss poor bathrooms (see what I did there?) . It's decent to fly in and out of and they have the standard shopping options (overpriced snacks and more electronics stores than you know what to do with). The dining options are decent though. The Pub and the Great Lakes Brewing Company location are the best parts here. Parking is atrocious and it's always a log jam in the pickup area. This whole airport needs modernized.

Brett J.

Yelp
A simple and nice airport. After traveling through places like O'Hare, Atlanta, and such going through Cleveland is like a walk in the park. However usually with smaller comes less places to eat less shopping less to do. However this airport had it going on with so much updating it was amazing. Lots of places to sit, charge your electronic, get something to eat... it was seriously amazing. I was impressed with how nice this airport was..

Jeremy T.

Yelp
I landed into this airport for the first time and quickly realized this was an older tired looking airport. I was partly correct, as there is a plaque inside terminal A that says it was built in 1955. The hallways were narrow, dark and many of the smaller spaces for businesses were closed in the middle of the day, which is never a good sign. After taking the escalator down to the baggage claim level, there was a long walk to the left which reminded me a little of Miami airport, in its particular design, although this was a straight walk left. For rental cars, you must get on a bus to the rental car center which is a few mins away. The signs are not that great, as most lanes are for parking shuttles and just 1-3 are for rental cars. Definitely check out the rock n roll hall of fame gift shop in the center of the airport, near the entrance to terminal B. Being a rum connoisseur, terminal A has a Sammy's beach bar & grill where you can get cocktails with his rum. They have 3 varieties of his rum here. On the way to your gate, they have basically closed down 2 of 3 security check points and have most everyone funneling through checkpoint 1, closest to Terminal C. The line is long and sometimes extends to check point 2. Luckily. If you're pre check, or first class/premier, you are able to go into much shorter lines.

Joe B.

Yelp
Just a really pleasant experience (knock on wood) I hope I didn't jinx myself ha. Smooth security process, lots of food options, not overcrowded, even with small delays everyone was friendly and communicative to patrons flying. Not confusing to get to pickup, ground transportation or Uber.

Melinda A.

Yelp
The service at Avis goes up and comes down. In my experience, I usually get a good clean car that mechanically is sound. It's always full of gas. My local agent is fantastic in the Marietta powder Springs location. That's all of the good things that I have to say about Avis. The problems enter when they don't have cars available at any of their locations. You wait in a long line to find that out. Even if you reserve to go to a local office where there is no line they don't call ahead and tell you that your reservation is actually not a reservation because they don't have cars. Some of these other local agents sometimes the cars are not clean. I returned one rental before leaving the gate because it smelled like smoke only to get a second one at the Cleveland airport that smelled like marijuana. And most distressing is the security hold that they place on your credit card which takes up to 14 days to release even after they've placed the final charges on your credit card. I just found this out recently. I couldn't see why my available balance was not all available until I called American Express to find out that Avis had such a hold on my card. I appreciate the financial system. Businesses hold your money to make investment money for themselves, but this has really gotten out of control. They are effectively using my money to make their money under the guise of administrative processes. On my last visit to the Cleveland airport last week, they took the money out of my credit card account, but did not even provide me with a card saying that they had canceled the reservation and I couldn't make another one because my card wouldn't authorize for that amount minus the amount they had already taken. This has got to end. It ends from me right now in that I am not renting from companies that place such security deposits on your card. Right now my go to National. They have some crazy policies at the Atlanta airport with holds on local rentals, but they don't do it out of town locations. Service is automated and they are my go to at this time.

Sharon H.

Yelp
This is a decent airport, it's easy to move through and get to your gate. Definitely wish it had better signs in the front to alert you to TSA lines but we finally found it after asking. Basic restaurants and snacks to make sure you have a bite to eat or drink before take off. Until next review Kisses

karina k.

Yelp
Manageable and clean and good airport with all you need for comforts and necessities before and after flights. Bathrooms are easily found and modern food places including WOW BAO bun place nearby gates. Modern charging stations and comfortable seats. Even Cleveland Ts for sale at a vending machine for some Cleveland pride. Only thing is the bathrooms have touch paper towel dispensers instead of no touch so I didn't like that part having to deal w other people's hand germs to get paper towel

Gabriella F.

Yelp
Fine airport, easy to navigate inside, rather small--thus security was super quick when departing!! However the rental car situation at CLE is rough. The buses are slow, and take about 8-10 min to get to the rental car area. Nothing that bad.. but certainly inefficient compared to most airports I've rented cars from (which I do bi-weekly or so). Bag claim was a hot mess with 4 planes landing back to back and all luggage going to 2 baggage claim carousels directly next to each other. But of course that's no big deal since I'm sure that enables the staff to be the most efficient. Clearly none of this is even worth writing a review about haha.. but helpful if you're a seasoned traveler that is used to more of a methodical process. Long story short--it was enough of a delay (55 min from deplaning to getting to the rental car area) that I'll 100% fly into Pittsburgh or Akron whenever I'm in this general area.

Jamie S.

Yelp
Overall an easy in and out airport. Ground crews are THE WORST! This is the only airport I ever visit where I sit on the tarmac waiting for a crew. Today it's been 25 minutes waiting! When they do show up, they play the 'let's see how slow I can walk' game.

Glenda R.

Yelp
Recently went on an international flight to Ireland from the airport. We chose an offsite short term parking area. Quick ride to airport and it was pretty easy to check in and get to security. We got there 3 hours before our flight and it was more than needed. Took about 30 minutes to get through a full security line. Staff was friendly, airport was clean and flight on time

Yelp
The airport is very clean. Seats are equipped with charging ports. Shuttle service to and from car rental stations is very efficient. Security was quick and professional. We are pleasantly surprised and happy to have great experience.

Yelp
My arrival was great. I had wheelchair assistance and was taken to where I could find a service to get to my hotel. However, when I made it to the airport to try to do curbside checkin, he could not find my reservation in the system! Needless to say I started getting nervous. That was the flight that I needed to get home on time. Once the stewardess cleared that up. I noted people sleeping all over the place due to flight cancellations. Then I make it to my gate and was dropped off by wheelchair assistance to see more chaos with airport staff and more people dealing with flight cancellations by Delta!! While sitting there I noted that flight info disappeared from the board in front of me. I waived at the stewardess who said yes the gate assignment had changed. I had to wait for assistance, and was taken to the correct gate. I am not sure whether this is because it's a smaller venue or not, but I certainly was not left with a great deal of confidence after that experience. It was a convenient location near the Hilton that I stayed at, but that was another experience all together!

Yelp
A mediocre airport at best. It's my home airport and sure it's easy to navigate but the Wi-Fi is frequently terrible, the plug-ins and work stations are few and far between. For a regular business traveler it is disappointing and inconvenient.
