Cloud 9 Hostel

Everything about this hostel is fantastic. The facilities are superb and the vibes were insane. The man who runs the hostel is so kind and generous and always looking out for you to make your time better. The pub crawl is great and something that everyone should do. Thanks for a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely be back.

The best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! Everything is super clean, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the atmosphere is really social. I originally booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 7, that’s how great it was! The vibe is perfect, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s really easy to meet people here. They host a free sangria night on the rooftop, which brings everyone together, and they also organize the best (and free!) pub crawl I’ve ever been on. Highly recommended, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Cloud 9 Hostel in Lagos! The hostel was extremely sociable and service was always quick and polite. The volunteer Ava led a few great pub crawls and the manager Skye really took good care of everyone in the hostel. I met plenty of cool people and I’ll definitely return sometime in the future :)

The place was very clean and the beds were comfy and quite dark. Only problem is that it can be quite loud from the nightlife outside. A lot of people kept getting food stolen from them, despite being properly labeled and stored in the fridge.

This is def the hostel with best vibes!!! I kept extending my stay!! The free Sangria night was aweome followed by the free pubcrawl. Never had so much fun in a hostel!!! Everything is super clean and beds are super confortable. Recommend 100%.

I’ve stayed in so many hostels and I’ve never experienced so less for what you’ve get compared to the price you have to pay. I put two stars instead of one because I liked the terrace a lot and it was clean. Firstly, and that what anonyed me and others in my room the most: You book a room for 30 €! and the toilet and shower in on the floor - that’s ok, if there would be more than one! But there is only one and there was always a queue because some people wanna go to toilet and some to take a shower but toilet and shower are in the same room. Furthermore one toilet and shower for the whole floor is way too less! There are rooms that have it included but at least 8 people share one, crazy. Now I describe some smaller problems: - there nothing to dry your hands - The lockers aren’t in the room, there in the floor - No little light on the bed to read in the evening - Nothing small to lay your phone or book on in the bed when you sleep - When you take a shower you have to put your shower gel at the floor - There’s an automatic light in the shower so after some minutes it gets dark and you enjoy it because you have soap in your hair and have to get out of the shower to turn it one waving your hands ;) - There’s nothing to dry your clothes although there’s a big terrace So the described things are only small but it makes a difference if there available especially for the price you pay. Furthermore it would be nice if there would be curtains on the bed and some things things to borrow for free like a volleyball for the beach

Saved the hostel from burning down from toaster fire, now got a scarred foot. Didn’t get a free beer. Or the CCTV to accompany after the fact. :( Plus no outside guests? Bro could clearly she was 10/10. No bro code… haha But seriously, no control of your own aircon is why 1/5. CCTV of said events could turn this frown upside down for the lols.

What can I say came for 4 nights stayed for 8, doesn't get any better than this! 🥳🥳🥳 Fantastic location and the best people! Rach, Caitlan and Enya are legends. Skyes pretty alright as well. Would highly recommend the kebabs around the corner they slap! Pub crawl goes pretty hard to say less.
